Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.

Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.

I will definitely make a note that you're concerned about the garage. Now, we can only do the spray down there if it's partially finished or unfinished, meaning that if it has cement, the heat treatment would not be effective there. So that's why we just do the spray.
Answered on a call,
I'll check the counters for you. That would be $1,600 up front, so that would be the $200 deposit and then $1,400 on the day of treatment and then the other $1,600 we would divide up into equal monthly payments for six or eight monthly payments, whatever works for you. The Okay.
Answered by Dori on a call,
We do take visa. Let me just double check the calendar. We've been pretty busy this morning. So let me just refresh that calendar. I don't want to give you a wrong date. Oh, gosh, I can't believe today's already the 18th of March. We could actually if your home is ready and I'll talk about prep a little bit so you know what's needed. We could actually be out. tomorrow or Friday. So what we ask with our heat treatment, it's very important that there is no floor clutter. You know, if you have furniture, that's fine. If you have a thousand shelves with a thousand things on them, that's fine. The heat rises and treats everything. Okay. But if there is floor clutter that breaks up the heat that we need down low where bedbugs are hanging out.
Answered on a call,
Miss Malika, if you want to give us a call back, we'd be more than happy to assist you further. Okay.
Answered by Mike on a call,
This is stressful. I want to say maybe about a year ago when I seen bedbugs in my daughter's room, it was really stressful.
Answered by Charles on a call,
They could be, but usually what happens is that would be more of you're infested.
Answered by Dori on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Bethesda and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
The only reason why we do a 60-day guarantee is because bedbugs are bad in the United States right now. If we did a longer guarantee, we would be doing tons of free heat treatments for people that are going back to the same places they picked up bedbugs and bringing them back home.
Heat will. So we get the temperature of the house up to about 140 degrees pretty rapidly. We leave it there for about five or six hours. And that process takes about 10 to 12 hours. So you'll have to be gone for most of the day from your property.
Will not know what's going on, okay? We have a specialized blend of pesticide and growth inhibitor that is the icing on our cake. Our cake is heat treatment. We use the heat assault system. It is the only system ever created.
You moving those out of the heat treatment area. If you have a vinyl record collection, man, we know how people feel about those. If, you know, they're thicker vinyl, but they could warp a little bit. And if you have a tiny little warp on an LP, that ruins the sound.
I can't say that because, you know, where were your clothes? Did you drop them on the bed? If you had bed bugs or eggs on them, a couple could have fallen off. You know, so I can't say yes, they're gone. But once you take those clothes out of a high heat dryer, those clothes are bed bug free.
It's a proprietary blend of pesticide spray with growth inhibitor. It is non-harmful to people and pets, and there is no scent detectable. If I didn't tell you that we sprayed, you would never know.
Our one-day-and-done treatment, what we do is we start at 8 a.m. in the morning. We need all people, all pets out of the home, so if you have any guests in, they'd have to be gone all day. We promise to have everybody back home by 8 p.m. in the evening. And we have the latest state-of-the-art technology with our heat treatment that we use. It's called the heat assault system.
We want to make sure that there is as little floor clutter as possible throughout the house, okay? So we don't have shell with things on the shell. But floor clutter will hurt the effectiveness of our treatment. So no floor clutter. We would like all your clothing, make sure they're laundered and hanging up in the closets or folded up in the dressers. So no excess clothing laying around on furniture or anything like that. No clothes in the dirty clothes hamper, okay?
I believe that it is. We actually did do your treatment because I'm looking through your. We have a record of our conversation and the text messages that we shared with you last year.
Ours is cheaper by far and ours doesn't leave a residue on everything in your home. It's easier to prepare for it and, you know, it's less time.
They usually will not feed on animals, okay, because they prefer humans. If no humans are around, they will definitely feed on animals. But when you've been dealing with it for two years and you are as infested as you are, then yeah, they'll probably feed on the cat too. So how mobile are you? Are you able to, do you have a washer and dryer there in your unit?
I'm surprised. Usually the ones that are built like before the 2000s, they usually don't have sprinklers in there. Well, good for them. So how many rooms does he have in his apartment?
I'm making notes of that as well okay And, okay, next guests stayed from the 7th, and you've reached out to those guests, to the 11th, and absolutely no issues.
You'll get that and then I'll follow up with Victor, find out, you know, have him give me an update on that. And then if you are negative for bedbugs, we will give you a treatment letter that says that. I'll type one up and I'll send it right to your email that says that we did a comprehensive bedbug, you know, inspection. And at this time, you are negative for bedbugs. That makes Airbnb happy, okay?
All right. Well, you have a good day, buddy. I'm going to send you a little information on us so you have us at your fingertips. If you find any of those agencies that can help you, they will say we need a quote. That's when you come back to me and I give you a nice formal quote to give to them. Okay.
We're that careful. We're that thorough. And I'll share the list with you. Well, I'll send it now. We usually don't, you know, we don't want to overwhelm people. So we usually don't share the list until, you know, we're getting you on the calendar and then we go over prep because there's a lot of info. So, but I'll share that with you. You can take a look at that.
We did the whole house. So a lot of the time bedbugs will die in the baseboards or in the walls or wherever they happen to be so they don't usually come out and die. Sometimes they do just depending on. Bedbugs kind of do their own thing. Okay.
He's like, I have to go, but he likes to tell the whole world that he's going to, so I apologize if he barks. So they have anesthesia on their probiscus. So for those people that have a slight reaction, when they stick their probe into us, it swells up a bit.
This, I mean, we can take care of your problem, okay? I think it would be wise for your landlord, you know, to, like, give us a call, talk to us or whatever. I'm going to send you a little bit of information on us. So you can just share it with him. He can look at our website. He can check out our reviews. He can give us a call if he wants.
I can give you... More quality information if you tell me what's going on in mother-in-law's house. Is it just she's getting bites or have bed bugs been seen?

Older housing stock means more cracks and crevices for bed bugs to harbour in. Rentals turn over faster than owner-occupied homes, and turnover is how an infestation arrives.
Treatment is priced by the size of the home, starting at an $1,800 minimum, so most Bethesda homes run somewhere between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no surprise per-room fees, and we go over the exact price with you by phone first. See the full pricing breakdown.
The reliable way to kill bed bugs at every life stage, including the eggs that store-bought sprays tend to miss, is our combination treatment. We pair Heat Assault thermal heat, which kills the bugs on contact, with a residual spray that keeps working for weeks afterward to catch anything that survives. You can see the temperatures that kill bed bugs in full.
While heat treatment will kill off bed bugs of all shapes and sizes, they are hardy creatures that can shrug off the heat of an ordinary hot day. Therefore, do not rely upon the warmth of a closed-up room: you need something that takes the heating level right up, which is what our professional Heat Assault equipment does.
No. This is the most common myth we hear. Bed bugs are drawn to warmth and the carbon dioxide we breathe out, not to dirt, so a spotless home is no guarantee against them. A tidy home simply has fewer places for them to hide.
More common than most people would guess. Bethesda is home to around 65,000 residents, and with roughly 36% of homes renter-occupied across Montgomery County, there are plenty of multi-unit buildings where bed bugs can spread from one home to the next.
They could have arrived by someone bringing them into your Bethesda home unknowingly, or through cracks and gaps from one property to the next. What draws them in is body heat and the carbon dioxide we breathe out, and not clutter, though clutter does give them more places to hide. Our bed bug FAQ covers more.
They will not. The bed bug is an elusive creature that can easily move from one part of your home to the next and never stay in one place, and it can wait months between meals. Left alone, it simply has the time to spread to other rooms and, in an apartment, to the units next door.
Bed bugs are easily mistaken for other pests. Look for small reddish-brown insects about the size of an apple seed. Other signs include rusty blood stains and tiny black fecal spots on mattress seams, along with pinhead-sized pale eggs and itchy bites in lines or clusters. Around 85% of bed bugs are found in or near the bed.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Bethesda, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
