That is really your best bet. That is, it's very rare that they live in cars. It doesn't, it can happen because obviously a single bug might be on you, but we don't see it very often at all. So I would just, you know, leave it in the sun. When you leave, you can park it in the sun for the day.

I think now with DHHS, okay, just as an example with the Department of Health and Human Services in Michigan, we'll have customers reach out to us sometimes. It will be their caseworkers that reach out to us. We quote per that residence, and then DHHS runs it up the flagpole, gets it approved. and boom you know we're doing the the customer so we use the Sigma portal with them with the area agency on aging down here in Florida unsure how we're doing that yet but I think what they do is when They are helping people that contact them. They have a set of approved vendors. They send the customer our way. And then we're supposed to keep them at a percentage of our normal cost to make sure that they're getting good treatment at a fair price.

So now down here in Florida, we are just becoming approved to do the Area Agency on Aging down here for Southwest Florida. So we're slowly getting into it. Mainly we do residential and then we do a lot of businesses. But, you know, we know that bugs are bad and we're just exploring our options and, you know. As we learn about different things, we're trying to get approved to become providers and that way we can offer more people our services.

It could potentially damage artwork. If you have oil paintings, those are the ones that we were most concerned about or that's the only ones that we're concerned about rather. If you have any oil paintings, we would recommend you take those off the wall and just place them into the garage while we're doing the heat treatment.

Look, yes, yes, yes. There are minuscule differences between a bat and a bed bug, okay? The bat bugs have a little bit longer hair on their body. Their mandible is a little bit wider and their... eyes bulge a little bit more so all of these things you have to look at under a microscope or have a really good clear picture you know so you can really tell the difference thankfully we know the differences so we can tell you you know if it is that bug what they would need to do first is get up there or remove the bath and then make sure sure everything is sealed because we could come in and do a treatment for you. We do bed bugs only. We've done bat bug treatments before, but we only guarantee four bed bugs. One thing about bat bugs is if those holes are not sealed off properly, you are going to continue having issues because the bats will keep coming back. They know they can nest in there. So that is why we say we only guarantee for bed bugs. It will pretty much wipe out any other bug that's crawling in Florida and wants to eat us, but we only guarantee for the bed bugs. So what we would want to do is definitely confirm whether it's bed bugs or bat bugs. Now, we have had a couple crazy instances where bedbugs will be found on the ceiling, but that's usually because there is an apartment or a bedroom above. You don't have an apartment above you, so that's why I'm leaning into a bad bug and not bed bug. Very possibly so. But stranger things have happened.

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Clearwater and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Slowly and you want to vacuum thoroughly absolutely everything that you could not put in the dryer. So I'm talking all sides of headboards, bed frames, mattress, box springs, crib, anything in and around that bed, baseboards, flooring, do the baby's room as well.
That raises the temperature up to about 140 degrees, and that kills all the bedbugs in their eggs. There's no way for them to survive. So I don't know if you were interested in a heat treatment or if we were just looking for a spray treatment, so we're not a general pest control company. We only deal with destroying bedbugs in their eggs.
Spray or you bomb or you use powder and it may kill a few of them, but it's not going to kill the ones that are infested in a mattress or upholstered furniture or in somebody's
Why you want to vacuum before you make beds. You vacuum everything, headboards, bed frames, mattress, box springs, baseboards, flooring, whatever you can absolutely vacuum. And then immediately after turning off that vacuum, throw that vacuum dirt into an outdoor trash can. Now, I do want to let you know if you decide to sleep in other rooms.
We have a pre-treatment checklist that goes over the things that need to be removed from the treatment area. What you can do is you can put them in your refrigerator, your oven, your dishwasher, your washer or dryer. Most of the fridge is fine.
Your message said that you had a hotel stay at Disney and since then being back home you've had itchy clusters of bumps each day.
Fire extinguishers, those would need to be removed from the house and put into the garage before the heat treatment. Okay.
Your benefit, I think you need to find a bed bug company that's really close to you that can come in and spray for you and do it quickly.
If they get into your home, they hitchhike into your home. They don't just appear. They don't migrate from next door unless sometimes you're in an apartment and, you know, and they can move, you know, in between the walls. But if you're in a house, they don't migrate from house to house. They're hitchhikers. They are opportunistic bugs.
May have to start at like 10 a.m., but we would still have you back home no later than 8 p.m. Our technicians that drive down south are really good, really thorough. You still get the same solid treatment. It just may be a little hotter when you come home, okay? We try and get you to stay out of the house a couple hours.
The clothes in piles in the house when we're trying to do a heat treatment makes a very dense mass, okay?
You're asking your mother and your brother. To be totally honest and go through their stuff and get rid of all the bed bugs and eggs.
They answer any questions that you have and then they send you, your family and any pets you have on your way for the day. We start at 8 a.m. We promise to have you back home no later than 8 p.m. It's usually about dinner time when we get you back in the house. Now what we do.
Going to help you monitor. Yeah, we'll help you monitor, but I need you to start doing your laundry, getting all the clothing, anything that's laying around, run through that high.
You can try and step on them and kill them. You can just let them cruise on into your yard. They're not going to make their way back in. they'll just eventually die off.
I know that's usually where people hang out and eat their, you know, lunches and things like that. So it might put lunch a little bit later on if they want to get in there after the spray dries. Then they're more than welcome to eat in there. There's not going to be any spray on the tables, the dishes, the cabinets, you know, won't be sprayed. It's a perimeter spray. We spray the baseboards around the rooms. We spray any closet perimeters.
Bugs or eggs, okay, that's a good thing. If there are bed bugs or eggs, then I could easily transfer something into my closet, you know. So, yeah, what we would ask or hope for is her closet not be stuffed full of clothing hanging up.
We bought our house, I think about five or six years ago, the day of closing after we signed all the closing documents, we walked into the kitchen and found termite for us.
Really, really early infestation of anything, you could fix your own problems for free. If it's had a chance to set in, probably not so much, but at least you will be keeping whatever population it is down and making you guys feel a little bit more comfortable in the home, okay?
