Professionally, I’ve spent over 25 years in the tech sector, focusing on application support, B2B troubleshooting, and delivering remote client solutions. I take pride in being genuinely customer-focused—listening closely, communicating clearly, and making sure every client feels supported from the first conversation to full resolution.
Building that trust through responsive, straightforward communication is what I enjoy most about the work.
Personally, I’m all about getting outside and hitting the trails—I’m a big off-roading and camping enthusiast, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than packing up my 4Runner to explore national parks and travel to new destinations.
