Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Why choose us
We kill bed bugs. Only bed bugs. One method, done right, in a single visit — heat and a residual product together, on every job we run.
Unmarked vehicles and personnel
No logos, and no mention of bed bugs on trucks, equipment or uniforms. Neighbours see a van; they do not see why it is there.
Total peace of mind
Sixty days of cover on every job. Should bed bugs survive the treatment, which is rare, we come back out and eliminate the problem for good at no cost.
No other pests, ever
One method, done right, in a single visit. It is the only approach we sell, which is the reason we are good at it.
Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

If they are silk flowers, they are fine to stay. If they are that thin plastic flower, best to get them out of the area.
Answered by Dori on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Seminole and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Rescheduling because sometimes people need more time like them with the family emergency. We've rescheduled. Some people have to reschedule because their houses are cluttered and the more cluttered your home is, the less effective our treatment is because our heat has to combat with all that floor clutter.
We do an all-day heat and spray treatment. We usually start between 8 and 10 a.m. in the morning, depending on where our tech is traveling in from, our technician, and then we promise to have everyone back in the home no later than 8 p.m., usually about dinner time when they can come back. But sprays alone is not going to fix the bed bug problem, even if we came out and sprayed for you.
Then you know even if we have to send someone out to inspect we can do that that'll be at no charge and of course if if you just say hey we just we guarantee we still have bed bugs we'll send someone out there to treat it again but that seems very unlikely to happen
With sprinkler heads they are throughout the whole building you can't just turn an apartments sprinkler heads off we have to prep them manually to make sure they do not go off during the heat treatment if they do they're going off in everybody's apartment and that creates just a huge problem. So if there are sprinkler heads, that quote would throw up. There are, you know, for a fact.
We charge about the same so we can definitely set up an inspection and if you do indicate that you have the bed bugs, we'll just take that $200 away from the $1,900 that I just quoted you in the day of treatment you'll just owe us $1,700. How does that sound?
Then the rest do the morning of the treatment unless we arrange a payment plan with you, which there's just a $100 financing fee if you need to set this up in payments.
Reason why you're probably not feeling the bites is because bed bugs are extremely small. And of course, they're little probiscus, they're little straw that sticks into us and drinks our blood is extremely tiny and fine. So we don't feel it, at least most of us don't feel the bite. They do have a little anesthetic on that probiscus.
I don't know what this would be from but you definitely need to let your landlord know and have they usually have a pest control company that comes out and sprays and get them to come out and take a look at this to save all of this This is not bed bug related, but I'm guessing it is some kind of bug related.
Kind of blocks the parking lot from the units. Is there any way that he could drive in? Into that fence with his truck and trailer? It's about the size of a landscaping trailer.
That's going to help and then what you want to do is take your vacuum and you want to vacuum very slowly very thoroughly absolutely everything you can't put into a high heat dryer so headboard mattress box spring bed frame your baseboards your flooring no matter what kind of of floor you have do the same around your living room furniture too and then immediately when turning that vacuum off you take that vacuum dirt and you throw it into an outdoor trash can that is going to help
Prep that you would need to do for your home. And while I'm doing this, because I talked to you on two different phone numbers today. So I am just trying to find out where your main phone number, which phone number is your main phone number?
All the laundry hanging up or folded up. And that way it's a really good heat treatment.
I would say what you might want to do is go to your primary care physician and they could give you a steroid cream that might help with the itching. I think that would work better than the desiccant.
If we hovered up at the ceiling, we'd worry about ceiling clutter, but we worry about the clutter down low. So if things need to be moved, cleaned up, gotten out of the house, and you're going to keep these items, you need to be very, very careful. Check them fully for any bed bugs or eggs before you move them out because what you don't want to do.
It depends if some people don't even show bed bug bites at all because they don't have a sensitivity to it. If you're sensitive, you will feel the burn, you'll feel the itch, you'll see.
The owner deserve proof, because if these people are visiting from out of town, from out of state, they don't know everything in Florida wants to bite us. They could have gone to the beach and it could be sand fleas. So that's why we ask for evidence from the guests. Um, because sometimes they don't know if they wake up with the bite, that doesn't mean that they got them overnight, they could just show up, you know, overnight.
The garage is not going to have any, that's not going to be a place for where bedbugs are going to aggregate. They're always going to aggregate around people. So it's going to be inside our houses with, you know, along around beds and around furniture and carpets and yeah, drapes. We've seen them in walls before and yeah, so, but not in the garage. And the garages.
Now, when, okay, you got the bites under your armpit the first night. When did you get the bites on your neck? Was it that next night or was it a couple of days after?
We would spray the whole house. But again, like I said, the sprays, they just really don't work that well.
Then it will automatically save it and send it right back to us. You don't need to worry about that. Okay, now, besides the combustible items, that pre-treatment checklist is a big list. You're not going to have everything on that list. You might have just a few things, okay? We're just letting you know that these are items that will have a problem with heat treatment. We want everyone to make sure that those items are protected and out of the heat treatment area. Your sensitive electronics are fine to stay in the home. Your TVs, computers, laptops, computer monitors, just unplug them for the day, okay?

Older housing stock means more cracks and crevices for bed bugs to harbour in. Rentals turn over faster than owner-occupied homes, and turnover is how an infestation arrives.
We use a combination treatment: a proprietary residual spray plus Heat Assault thermal heat. The heat raises the whole structure to a lethal temperature, killing bed bugs and eggs at every life stage, while the spray adds lasting protection against survivors and re-introduction — often in a single visit.
Most homes are treated in a single day — that's our "1 Day & Done" approach. We bring the structure up to a lethal temperature, hold it for several hours to penetrate every harborage, then verify with temperature monitors before finishing.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by home size — so most homes fall between roughly $1,800 and $2,800. Larger homes are priced by square footage, and a few factors — extra stories, distance, sprinkler systems, or heavy infestations — can affect the quote. We give you a firm, all-in quote up front.
Yes. Our combination treatment is performed by trained technicians who follow all product-label directions. We provide a prep checklist covering pets, children, and heat-sensitive items, plus clear direction on how to prepare and when you can return home.
Heat penetrates wall voids, furniture, and bedding to kill bed bugs and eggs on contact, while our proprietary spray adds residual protection against any survivors or re-introduction. Used together, they're more thorough than either method alone — which is why we use both.
Yes. Our heat treatments are backed by a warranty — if bed bugs return within the covered period, we come back. See our warranty page for full details on coverage.
Preparation is minimal. You'll remove a short list of heat-sensitive items — aerosols, certain medications, pets, live plants, and a few specific valuables. We provide a complete prep checklist when you book so your treatment goes smoothly.
Our office at 5100 95th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33708 serves Seminole, Pinellas Park, Madeira Beach, and the surrounding west Pinellas communities. Call (727) 353-2375 to book a single-day bed bug heat treatment or inspection.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Seminole, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
