Is well it just depends um the one day and done The cost is for $2,100 for whatever it takes, but that typically is just one day. Come in the morning, spray the place, heat the place, monitor it all day, check every corner. He goes in like once in every couple hours and checks in case he has to adjust the heaters and adjust the fans. And then you come back in at the day.

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Madeira Beach and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Now, we offer a combined pesticide and heat treatment. I'm not sure if you've done any research on what it takes to completely eliminate bed bugs and their eggs, but we use a heat treatment to do that. We have to treat the whole house. We can't just treat one room or one bedroom.
1,100 square feet. So for us to do an 1,100 square foot home, we do a one-day-and-done treatment. We start it about 8 a.m. in the morning, sometimes 9 a.m. if our tech has to drive a little, you know, if he's out of the area. And then we get everybody back in the home no later than 8 p.m. So we do need all people and pets out of the home for the day. It's a one day and done heat and spray combination.
The bedding that was on your bed, yes, we leave it there. We pull it up. We make sure it gets a really good heat treatment. But as I said, we are not a cleaning company. We are not a laundering company. We come in and we obliterate the bedbugs and eggs that are in your home. And that is what we do.
Do that and then what you want to do before you even go to the doctor, I would suggest any of your bedding pillows, blankets, pillowcases, sheets. Um, anything that you can put through a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes, do so.
Heat. Yeah, so we use a proprietary blend spray and we also use heat assault. The heat assault technology is a commercial piece of equipment that we own the generators. It's on the back of our trucks and we run the hoses into the office building and then we heat that to 140 degrees when we hold that temp there for about five to six hours. And that's after they do the spray of the perimeter. So they'll spray the window seals and baseboards.
Sprays make it a really long drawn out process that you are living with bed bugs. Because the spray just can't reach where they're hiding.
We'll go over it we know exactly what to do but it'll be very important that you follow it it'll it would void the warranty if you guys don't follow the prep basically but we guarantee we guarantee this is going to work and in the rare case it's one day treatment 98 of the time in the rare case we have to come back out that's on us we'll pay to come back out and spray again again
Absolutely, absolutely. And our technician didn't realize there is an event that he needs to be at later on that evening. And if he can start at 6 a.m., that means he can give you a good thorough treatment and then get home, get ready and make it on time to his event.
If it's any cat toys, okay, anything that they may put in their mouth, make sure it's not anywhere near baseboards. Make sure it's like a good foot or two away from baseboards.
Can have someone there. They'll be there around 8 o'clock in the morning. And all you need to do is just, you know, grant them entry. They have to be set properly because of the heat. So we have, for lack of a better term, cami sprinkler head koozies that have ice packs in them that keep them cool. Okay, so how many sprinkler heads are in that unit?

There are only two companies that use the heat assault system in Florida. It's us and Bed Bug Assassins. So I would love to recommend Bed Bug Assassins, but they're going to be in the same problem we are, you know, not being able, they're a good solid company, but they're not going to be able to do it because they use the heat assault system like we do.
They start buying sprays and that will spread the issue. You know, when you're carrying your mattresses out through the house and if you have bedbugs or eggs on them, they can easily fall out throughout your home, you know.
That's that's a weird one um to me that sounds more like mice Um, because a bed bug will bite you in a cluster of three. Okay, it's breakfast, lunch, and dinner is what we call it. It'll be in a straight line. It'll be in a zigzag pattern.
There is always that chance, especially because they're so dang small, you know. They just hide everywhere. So what we would want now if it's in the next week or two legally we have to wait seven to ten days before we go back into your home because we did pesticide. So legally we would have to wait seven to ten days but if it's after that within the 60 days heck yes immediately we'll get back there and help.
