I don't think this is a good, the best fit for us. We typically tend to spend our marketing dollars for people that are searching for the people that need our services. If we were general pest control, I would think yes, because everyone needs general pest control. But with bedbugs, it just depends on if you get them.

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in St Petersburg and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
I don't know if the temperature is going to get above 122 degrees, and 122 degrees is very specific because at 122 degrees, it's a scientific fact that their exoskeletons will collapse the babies, the adults. The larvae, they would all die. That's why when we do our heat treatment, we bring the interior temperature up to about 140 degrees and we leave it there for five to six hours. So you could put the belongings outside or if you think there's a mattress or if there's.
Going to send you some information so you have us right at your fingertips. But give me just a few minutes. I know they are in the process of finishing sprays on the house and I'm setting up the heat treatments for everyone today.
I know. Yes. Okay. So for your size property, you're looking at $1,800 to do the heat treatment and we get it done in one day and you get your life back to normal that very same day.
It's possible, it's probable because these are converted spaces. They weren't built to be apartments with firewalls in between. Like it's not an apartment building or a complex. It's very possible that you would need to treat both sides.
With us, we do a combination process of spray and heat, and it's simple. So basically what we do is we come to your property, your residential area, and we will spray the perimeters of like your door jams, your windowsills, your floorboards, stuff like that. And then we have a commercial trailer we call heat assault. So with this trailer, and by the way, it's completely unmarked.
I'm still trying to work out the scheduling, but I need to find out, need to know what side those condos are facing. Are they the north side or the south? We're trying to figure out the parking situation because we do have to bring a truck and a trailer.
Bed bugs are hitchhikers so if she's been visiting with that lady or maybe she's come over to her home then maybe she could have possibly brought them back with her and now there's an infestation I will say even if you've only seen them in one room we don't treat just one room we do a whole home treatment

If it's a bed bug that has actually gotten into furniture somewhere like that behind a baseboard and you're steaming baseboards if it doesn't get that full blunt of that steam that temperature it could move away and survive but moving away means it goes deeper into wherever it is

In the same bed it is very hard now bed bugs there are rules for bed bug bites now bed bugs don't read I'm going to say this up front they don't read and they very rarely follow the rules okay but Yeah.

We've got, you know, we're talking to you, but we're also talking to Peter, but there's also a tenant as well. So I want to just make sure that the preparation that everybody understood that there was some prep work that needed to be done. And so that there's no surprises when we get there on Monday. That's good. Then it might actually work for you. What I would do after that, okay, anything and everything that is fabric in that tiny house, you want to run it through a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes, okay? It'll kill any bed bugs or eggs that are in them, okay?
What you're looking for are if somebody took a black ballpoint pen and kind of dotted or ground on your sheets or your mattress or something like that, that's called spotting, okay? And spotting is, sadly, it's their feces, okay?
What we'll do, it makes it a lot easier on you. Even with the 2%, you know, where they have larger infestation problems, we come in, we do a respray, nip that tiny little underlying problem in the butt.
I just sent you a picture of what bedbugs look like and then it has a video. It's like a, it has a video if you want to look at that, but you don't have to look at that right now.
It's, yeah, everything's unmarked. So it is discreet. We don't share it really and truly the equipment we use under it looks very similar to like mold remediation or deep carpet cleaning.
If it's on the other side then it wouldn't be an issue that the renters have okay that's why I wanted to find out unless You know they come over to your house or you go over there So I would ask them if they're having any problems with any kind of bug bites just

August 2026. Discovered what he thought were bed bugs the night before he called. Wife is sensitive, but with the eczema she did not realize she was getting bit; the nest was found under her side of the bed. 1,145 square feet, Heat Assault 500X, five and a half hours at 150 degrees. Infestation was pretty heavy — the bedroom was full of them, the bathroom and kitchen had quite a few roaming around randomly. No issues with the floor at all: all vinyl flooring, held up very well. Follow-up: finding a lot of dead bed bugs. One large one went into a ziplock bag as instructed — it died within a matter of hours.
August 2026, a couch. Tons of bed bugs on it. Grandfather and granddaughter slept on the couch the night before; she was covered in bites, he does not show bites. Called him back to book, went over prep thoroughly. Very patient and understanding.
May 2026, a teacher's house. Son's room ground zero, master bed as well. Months of DIY, not working; got rid of furniture and everything. 1,650 square feet, booked a couple of weeks out so school could let out first. Heat Hammer, five hours at 150 degrees. Bed bugs confirmed.
October 2025. A 2,100 square foot home, an elderly couple, and the family believed the bugs came home from a nursing home stay. The daughter handled arrangements, and John Wieber had agreed to an inspection at the three-week point, no cost, whether they saw bugs or not. Per Chase Matthews there were still bed bugs at that follow-up — found some eggs in a groove of the walls, baby bed bugs — so the respray went on his schedule.
September 2024, a three-story townhouse. Fifteen fire sprinkler heads, not the five we had planned around, and real concern the third floor would get too hot for a sprinkler situation. Chase made the executive decision to leave the job. Refunded in full.
September 2024, cigar beetles. The call sounded like bed bugs; the inspection said otherwise. John set up a short weekly course of sprays instead of a heat job nobody needed.

While bed bugs have grown versatile enough to thrive in almost any location, many properties in St. Petersburg suffer because so many homes were built during the post-war rush.
