Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.

Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.

It's probably not going Yeah. to be bedbugs because the bedbugs usually crawl across the mattress and they feed on the skin that's the closest to the mattress.
Answered by Dori on a call,
We can't guarantee that you won't see them in other rooms if we only do one room. So that's why we can't.
Answered on a call,
If well I was just going to ask you if we do four months I believe that is let me just do it on a calculator
Answered by Dori on a call,

Answered by Dori on a call,

With any kind of bed bugs, and good to know as a property manager, a heat treatment is truly what is needed. The spray that we do is more the icing on the heat treatment cake. Okay.
Is only going to kill the ones on the surface. That spray is not going to reach deep into your furniture and find the ones that are hiding and nesting there or reach into your baseboards or wall outlets and find the ones that are hiding and nesting there. That's why they heat treatment is so very important. Now, right. we do spray as well, but the spray is the icing. on the heat treatment case.
We do that immediately. I usually set the equipment up and then click it off. This is I'm about to spray pesticide to make sure there's no pesticide going airborne. And I'll prep the house, get the fire extinguisher, any aerosols, and they'll be filed away.
What you have to try and get the rest of the groups to see is you want to spend almost as much, sometimes more, for a spray treatment and then having this problem continue on and not fixing it? Or do you want to use the most effective heat treatment out there and try and whip it in the bud in one day? You know, I...
Exactly. Once the temperature gets to be 122, the eggs and bugs die. We heat to 140 and monitor it all day because that heat will then permeate wherever they're nesting. It could be behind a baseboard, behind a headboard, in cracks and crevices in the walls. They could be, you know, anywhere and they can scatter. You know, you have to heat the whole house and knock it out in one day.
A heat and we use a pesticide spray. So we have a combined treatment.
1,100 square feet, two bed. Okay. So for us to do our one day and done treatment, we start about 8 a.m. in the morning. We need all people, all pets out of the home all day from 8 a.m. and we stay until 8 p.m., but we usually have you home by dinner time.
I just wanted to put that out there because I've heard from other people that have purchased. and found out later that there were bedbugs in the home as they were moving their stuff and they're coming out of the walls and they purchased it as is so I found out from them that they are you know it's up to them to take care of it okay so for for an 1100 square foot trailer for our one day and done heat and spray treatment it is an all-day treatment we start about 8 or 9 a.m. in the morning And then we have you back home by about 8 o'clock at night.
Thankfully it's Florida and it's hot So they die off at 122 degrees, the bedbugs and the eggs. So hopefully if they're just cruising around in that shed, they will die off.
If I sent somebody out to do an inspection, it could very well be a wasted $200 for you. So I don't want to do that. We don't want to charge people, you know, for no reason.
Me decide. I mean, if it was me and I was getting neck surgery on Thursday, I would just get a pet-friendly Airbnb for the night.
Bugs are bad in the United States and all it takes is for someone to go the wrong place at the wrong time, sit down in an area and they bring a couple home. We have people that reinvest themselves once a year because they're still going.
Do it yourself or if you have a company that just sprays, all you're going to do is kill a few that are on the surface and not all bedbugs are on the surface at the same time.
Double wide trailer okay four rooms okay if you don't mind sharing your address i can pull it up on zillow and see if the um square footage is listed we can find out together
Mosquito bites and spider bites, they're never on the side of your face. It's just because basically bedbugs are probably looking for an easy spot to bite your son. And if he's in some kind of sack or something, the easy spot is right on his face.
Those that have caught the infestation pretty quickly, they keep a, you know, neat, tidy house. We're there one day, we're done. You never have to deal with us again.
You couldn't get in and just spray because there was a lot of stuff in there so um and when he came out and re-sprayed I think he was able to get in I don't remember this is like hundreds of clients later you
On your lap for a couple hours, you know how hot they can get. So we ask that they're just unplugged, you know, just unplug them before you leave and then wait until they're cool to the touch to plug them back in when you get home.
The other reason I ask is because sometimes they like to nest inside of a cloth headboard. So a lot of the times people will be able to peel that back too and then find them there. And if it is a newer infestation, just know it is a little harder to detect in the beginning.
Towards that $1,800 balance, and then the remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Pinellas County, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
