We don't do exterior. I do have to say, though, that our spray, even though we only guarantee for bedbugs, it'll wipe out anything else that's in your house, too. We Yeah just only guarantee for bedbugs because that's what we do. And that spray lasts for well over a month, so it's a really good secondary level of protection that we give you. Okay. So, and with our guarantee, if you need it to come back out, that is no additional money, okay?

You can do those at your leisure. Yes. Because we will just come in and spray for you in the garage, but if nothing is going into the house from that garage before treatment, just leave them where they are. And at your leisure, just make sure that you don't break anything into that house.
We don't treat just one room because what will happen is they will spread, which we want to avoid. So we do treat the whole home. That way we can ensure we get every bug, egg, and larva.
Don't leave it in the vacuum. Don't leave it in the indoor trash. You want whatever you suck up out that may help keep the population down a little bit. Don't spray anything. Don't put any powders down. That will spread into other rooms. Okay?

I know it sounds a little weird, but we can tell if a bed bug has gone through treatment or not, how quickly they die in the Ziploc bag. If they die within a couple of hours or by the next day, that bug's gone through treatment.
If it's a monitored security system, we would need that put into test mode for the day, because usually with monitor systems, they have heat sensors in the house as well. And when we turn on that heat and the heat rises, we don't want the fire department to come out for no reason.
If we came out today to do an inspection for $200, it would be like throwing $200 at the wind because we would have to be extremely lucky in finding any kind of bed bug evidence. So that's why we're going to help you over the next few days over the phone for free.
Make sure, you know, that they're like in the kitchen. Now, if they're bins that you go into all the time or boxes that you go into all the time, if they have clothing in them, I suggest running that clothing through a high heat dryer, checking that bin, making sure there's no bed bugs or eggs on it, and then just repacking those clothes right into that bin, put the lid on it and put it in your kitchen.

He has more attitude than all of them. Okay, so many people that we hear from Mark that have been traveling, that have been on cruises, what have you, had an issue with bed bugs while they were traveling. They get home, they bring everything in, and then a few days later they call us.
They do need to leave bedbugs free so they don't accidentally re-infest your home after it's treated, okay? So they need to take just what is needed with them tomorrow, not what they want, but just what they need, and everything that they take with them should be checked to make sure it's bedbug free before they leave the unit, okay?
We are a bed bug exterminator and bed bugs are all we do. So I would think any general pest control company should be able to help you out with roaches.
You may want to just let them know unless it's okay for you to have any work done on your home, if you've had people bring in trailers, things like that. Nobody cares, then we don't need to worry about it, but we may need approval to be there, okay, because we don't want to stop in the middle of the treatment and leave you with bed bugs.
Newer units, it's harder for bedbugs to go from unit to unit, but they're so, so small, even though firewalls are in between units, they can travel through that little, little space that's like around the drywall
We'll have all the laundry done. My concern is my daughter has a lot of clothes in her closet, so I'm trying to pull some of them out and dry them, and then my friend travels on the road, so I was going to put them at her house in her laundry room.
