  I truly can’t say enough good things about this company. We live in a Bradenton and our neighbors had a bad infestation that went on for years. We hired them to do a heat treatment for us and our neighbor and all the bugs were completely … More killed after the first attempt. I’m so happy we found them. They really took their time to assess the problem and didn’t overcharge us either. They even offered multiple discounts to us for getting the neighbor to agree to the treatment as well. I don’t know where we would be if we didn’t find this company.

Because of all … More the wonderful reviews, I trusted that this process would work… $3300 and I let them heat treat my house. Praying that I would wake up without the little blood spots on my sheets and the bites on my arms.. That was NOT the case. The one and done did not work.. I was hoping it was a few stragglers, but here we are almost 4 weeks later.. They also came back and sprayed……Still to this day, have NEW blood spots on my bed and continue to get bit daily .. I send the company pictures and they tell me no it’s not bedbugs. Maybe I have a bloody nose or maybe I nicked myself somewhere but the spots are all the same small red blood spots. I’ve asked them to Please do the heat treatment again. But they just keep telling me. That it is not bedbugs.. You would think the first heat treatment would kill whatever it is(Bedbugs) but it did not and I’m still living with this problem. I have asked for a partial refund so I could find someone that can deal with this problem. They say no and then the other breath they’ll say that they guarantee their work but yet they won’t come out and do another heat treatment.. It’s very hard to believe that all these reviews are true. I did not want to write this review but I have no choice. I’m out $3300 and I still have the bedbugs… …
