Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
Most pantry items are fine to stay right where they are. We suggest foods like chocolate. Put them in the fridge. Breads will get dry and hard. Put those in the fridge. Medicines in the fridge. So we give you a pre-treatment checklist and we go over the prep for you and with you.
Answered by Dori on a call,
Certainly. Of course, you have to do your due diligence and make sure that the tenant is comfortable and hopefully not imagining things, imagining anything about that, but if they are, that's certainly a possibility.
Answered on a call,
That's correct. So we need to get the 200 just to secure your spot on the calendar to make sure that our technicians can see when they're going to come out. And then yes, the remaining balance will be due on the day that they do come out. So hopefully we can get you that tomorrow.
Answered on a call,
I don't have a technician down there yet. We go all over Florida, and I don't have one down south at this time. I've got everybody up north for the next couple of days. So what is the address? I can pull up pictures on Google Maps, kind of get an idea of what we're looking at and talk logistics with our technician and owner and then get back with you.
Answered by Dori on a call,
Just as long as you're spraying the bed only. Okay.
Answered by Dori on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Parrish and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
We can help you with this. We do offer a guarantee, and most in, you know, nine times out of ten, that's one day of treatment with spray and heat combination, which is what we do, we'll get them all in one day.
Dryer? And your vacuum cleaner are your best weapons. So any soft textile items you have around the living rooms, the bedrooms, so bedding, any clothing laying around stuffed animals, throw blankets, throw pillows, run them through a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes. It will kill any bed bugs or eggs that are on them. And then if you truly do not need those items right now, get a brand new garbage bag and directly from the dryer. here.
It's your choice. I don't think that it's going to work well. Once you've got bedbugs in the home, the spray treatments don't really work that well.
We only treat bed bugs. We don't do general pest control and we only do the combination spray and heat treatment. We use the heat assault, which is the best type of heat. Propane heat is sometimes too hot and centered in one part of the house and electric heat is too small. That's more for like hotel rooms. So this heat, we heat up the whole house.
We bring that trailer to your home. It's unmarked. Nothing, anything we do says nothing about bedbugs. Most people think we clean the carpets at your house. Your neighbors aren't going to be like, yeah, he's got bedbugs or whatever. I don't know. I treat bedbugs in, you know, millionaires houses on a regular basis.
If there is room left for expansion, because once the heat starts rising, the flooring is going to expand. So if there, when a floor is properly installed, there is going to be room.
Sometimes if we have other issues to follow up with them, we will, but we do ask our customers to keep an eye out. If they see something, immediately say something, grab it, put it in the Ziploc bag, let us know, and then we get back out there and retreat.
Worry about the garage. We'll go in and spray for you just as a precautionary, okay? But you don't have to worry about anything in the garage. They don't want we want.
If found positive for bed bugs, that $300 goes towards treatment. That acts as your deposit, okay? If found negative for bed bugs, that's 300 bucks. That's why we try and help you, you know, figure out for free what it is.
Was it infested? It's possible that it, there's also the other possibility that, you know, someone could leave their house when they start the treatment in the morning and they had bedbugs.
Then of course with all the clutter that she could easily fall into that two percent so I was expecting us to have to come out and respray once Well, at once, not
The treatment in your home will be a success, okay? If they are dealing with bedbugs below you, unless they are spraying...
It could very well be that it was just too early to see any evidence. The only way sometimes when it's early is for people to sit down or lay down in that area for hours to see what happens. So sometimes it is way too early to tell if there are any evidence of bed bugs.
Based on everything that you're telling me, that's pretty solid evidence of bedbugs right there. So even if you haven't seen them, but you're seeing what you're seeing, though, is the evidence of the fecal spotting.
How long they take to die whether they went through treatment and they're just dying a slow death or whether we might have missed something or y'all brought them back into the home. So this helps us if you have them in a Ziploc baggie and they die within a few hours to the next day, that means they went through treatment, okay, and they're just dying a slow death.
I'm thinking it might be like, and weird to say book life. Okay. But it could be book life eggs. I'm going to send this to our technician. Okay. Okay. Yeah, those are not.
That means well there's no additional cost um but that would be that after we do That would mean that after we do our treatment, I would ask you to stay vigilant. If you see anything, let us know immediately.
What we, I mean, it's your quote for your house, your quote's $2,100 for your square footage and layout of the house. I can check on doing, you know, maybe like a $200, $10%, $200 discount. I can probably, we can probably do that. Or if you have a situation.
Three beds. Okay. So yeah, there would definitely be one in each bedroom, one or two in the living room and kitchen, sometimes two, okay, and then probably one in each closet. So I'm thinking you have what, three closets throughout the home?
Are found positive for bedbugs, that $200 goes towards your bedbug treatment. Okay.

Unmarked vehicles and personnel
No logos, and no mention of bed bugs on trucks, equipment or uniforms. Neighbours see a van; they do not see why it is there.
Total peace of mind
Sixty days of cover on every job. Should bed bugs survive the treatment, which is rare, we come back out and eliminate the problem for good at no cost.

One method, done right, in a single visit. It is the only approach we sell, which is the reason we are good at it.
Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Yes. Parrish is inside our service area, worked out of our Bradenton office, about a 32-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Parrish sits roughly 32 minutes from our Bradenton office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
