Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.

We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
We do that immediately. I usually set the equipment up and then click it off. This is I'm about to spray pesticide to make sure there's no pesticide going airborne. And I'll prep the house, get the fire extinguisher, any aerosols, and they'll be filed away.
Answered by Victor on a call,
It looks like it was quoted a $1,600 that you were going to be shopping around for quotes, but they go over differences of the treatment.
Answered on a call,
To get an estimate or a quote, we would need to get some information from you regarding where you live. It looks like you haven't been given a quote yet, so I can help you with that.
Answered by Mike on a call,
I'm sorry, if you were speaking to me, you were too far away from the phone. I couldn't hear you.
Answered by Dori on a call,
I would say three, four, five pieces in a stack should be fine.
Answered by Dori on a call,
My name is Charles, and the first guy that you spoke to was Mike.
Answered by Charles on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Collier County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
You're in Brandon? Okay. Yeah. Okay. I don't have a technician in that area for the next few days. that could do an inspection for you. Being that our technicians are busy doing all-day treatments, we do inspections when we are close to the area because we do all of Florida except for Panhandle and the Keys.
We do both. It's a combination. The chemicals we use, we have a proprietary blend of pesticide spray and growth inhibitor. That gives you a protective barrier around your home that lasts for well over a month. That's a second layer of protection. We come in with our heat assault system. We raise the heat up to 140 degrees in your home and we hold it for a few hours. And that way it kills all bed bugs and all eggs in a one day and done treatment.
We ask that some prep be done to the home's floor clear of clutter, and that doesn't mean that we want you to pick up that floor clutter and put it on couches or beds or chairs. We need those empty because they need to get heat treated really, really well because those are the hot spots. That's where bed bugs want to hang out around is where we sit or lay down for hours.
Would be that would be ideal if we, you know, it's better than nothing. But when we do a spray inside of an apartment or house, they have to be they can't be in there for at least three hours.
Then we do a perimeter spray with a proprietary blend of pesticide and growth inhibitor and that is the icing on our cake it gives you a second layer of protection that lasts well over a month I'll tell you it actually lasts for six months it starts dissipating at about the two month mark so in a situation like that really really important with the growth growth inhibitor. And then we set up our heat system and raise the temperature in the home to 140 degrees and we hold it there all day steady. So it penetrates everything, furniture, walls, you know, and kills the bedbugs and the eggs, which both die off at 122 degrees.
Then just wait until we respray before you put them back. And I will talk to our owner and make sure it's okay that we spray the walls for you behind the bunk beds. So what we might ask you to do is before we get there, pull the bunk beds out a little bit so Victor can really access the walls really well.
Freestanding candles. Any small items that you feel might be bothered by the heat, you can put them in your ovens or your dishwashers because those are heat resistant.
I would say no. I would say no. If you were having charging, if you were paying us to do treatment, no, because with bed bugs, it spreads the issue.
Usually, I mean, because you have to figure out, you know, where am I going to bring the dog? So if you do like an Airbnb for a night that's pet friendly.
If you if you come back and you weren't able to find anybody or they don't do the heat give us a call back so we can go ahead and get you locked in for that 11th would be as soon as we can get you in there okay because we want to see you get that phone. You're very welcome.
I would think if it was something like mice, depending on where they are, you know, if they're up in the vents and a spray in your home is not going to cut it.
This is Dory with Bed Bug Exterminator. You called in and I think I might have inadvertently hung up on you. I apologize for that.
Hi, good morning. This is Dory with Bed Bug Exterminator. You reached out to us last night and... We were away from the phone, so just following up to see if you've got help, if you still need help.
You got a 1400 square foot house in the villages. You'd be looking at $2,100 for a one day and done treatment.
With bed bugs, they hitchhike. They cling on to clothing and shoes and bags. That's how they get into your house. So there is a very high probability that after they got into the house, they're bringing on people's clothing and going to other parts of the home without you even realizing there's a problem yet.
That makes a little bit more sense. Okay. So I will tell him his best recourse is to get someone out there that can spray for him. Okay. Whether that be us. Whether that be another company, you know, whatever he wants to do.
Then of course the adults are like an apple seed, which is not big. So that is how they're easily brought different places because people just don't see them.
They don't jump, but they will cling. So if by chance they happen to move somebody right before you that had bedbugs and eggs and they fell off, they could, yeah, they could cling onto your stuff and be brought into your home, you know. So, I mean, they can get in hitchhiking on anything, okay.
That's a good thing. That's a good thing. We're worried because with, you know, with the clutter that you had and the extra laundry and stuff, we're worried that the infestation was able to get out of hand a little bit again. Um, so hearing that is a good thing.
We usually have you back in by dinner time but yes yeah eight to eight um is the time frame that we give everyone and uh let me see yeah if you're going to get a hotel at night then when you come home in the morning it'll be cool enough just turn the ac on and and plug your electronics in and and get to getting
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Collier County, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
