Probably because that diatomaceous earth will clog, okay? But immediately once done vacuuming, you need to make sure that you throw that vacuum dirt into an outdoor trash can.
Answered by Dori on a call,
I don't work in the office and I don't know what his schedule is. And I don't and I'm yeah, I wouldn't be able to give you his contact information either. So your best bet is this best bet is to try back later and maybe you'll get lucky and you'll be able to.
Answered by Mike on a call,
The clothes that you left with that you're wearing when you come back I think it's good advice to just go ahead and wash and dry those clothes yes
Answered by Mike on a call,
I don't think they're good. I think we are booked up the rest of the week, but let me check.
Answered by Dori on a call,

Some things about the apartment or the condo that I need to discuss with my team to see if we are even capable of doing a heat treatment. Being that it's on the 10th floor, I don't think that our equipment that we bring with the trailer will reach that far. So there may be some other options there for you.
Right? We also offer a 60-day guarantee or like a warranty that you won't find any new live bed bugs. at your property after we treat it with the heat and the pesticide or if you do you contact us we'll come back and we will treat it again until the problem is eradicated but that's a rare occasion and only happens in extremely severe infestations where the house was just very cluttered and such so Um, so we, we're very, we stand behind that. We're very proud of that.
Regarding that 30-foot camper, we would charge $300 to do the spray treatment, but there's a caveat here, and it's a big one. You'd have to bring it to...
Not a problem. Not a problem. I was just going to say, depending on the property management and your lease, they may help pay for treatment. But again, they may not. You know, it just depends on the property management company or the landlord.
Why we've expanded our areas is because there's so many people that need help that spend money for heat treatments that just don't get the most affected treatment. And, you know, they're coming to us and, you know, their relatives abused us and they're like, can you please come a little further? And so we just started expanding our areas because we had a couple customers that had.
Soon okay. as it's empty. Bring extra bags with you because if by chance there are bedbugs and eggs on the pillows or on any clothing you're putting into a bag.
Now, it's actually six hours that we do this heat, and we're really, really good at what we do, but if an infestation has been around for a long time, then you're going to fall in that 2% where we do have to come back out. So with homes that have major infestations, okay, that have been hanging out for a long time and that have clutter, those are the people that we need to come back out and visit.
That's pretty good because as long as there's no clutter we should have no reason to come back out to your home we should be able to get it with that heat and that spray the very first time all
It's a 1,400 square foot mobile home. So we know the size. We know that your... You know, you, mom and sister are disabled and you have had bedbugs for a long time, okay, and you need help with prep. So we've confirmed bedbugs. We know the size. We do not need to come out and inspect. We were able to give with the square footage a quote for our services. So the tech. Okay, it looks like your brother Chuck up in North Carolina, he's our point of contact.
We will first take our proprietary blend of pesticide spray, and we will spray the perimeter of each and every single room and closet. We'll spray very carefully underneath and inside all furniture and then throughout the home any cracks or crevices we find where bed bugs like to hide and nest. That will be with a second layer of protection that lasts for well over a month. month.
900 square foot okay and in your apartment ceilings or walls do you have sprinkler heads for fire suppression so if there's a fire those sprinklers would go off and wet everything down okay
Shoes in the bottom of your closet are fine to stay if you have bins or boxes. Those should really be moved out and maybe put on the kitchen floor.
Just for that because we know how important it is with Airbnbs you need to get them done quickly you know because you've got other guests coming in and stuff so and what we do If you aren't a negative inspection for bedbugs, we give you an inspection letter stating that, okay?
Also, I think I forgot to mention that we do charge $100 for that in-house payment plan. So if you're seeking the payment plan, the cost would then be $2,500, not $2,400.
They will lay, an adult female that's bred one time will lay five eggs a day every single day for weeks before she has to breed again. And when a bed bug egg is laid from the time it's laid to the time it hatches is about 14 days. So it could have been one female bed bug that came in with these guests, or they could have come in with the guests previous. Hard to say. Okay, bedbugs are bad right now all over the United States.
All right. So if we got out, let's see, if we got out in the next couple of hours, you could probably come back home by about like nine o'clock tonight.
With it being six months later, um, it would pretty much be a reinfestation at this point. Um, so we had came out and did the heat treatment in January. Um, and then, uh, it was two months after, um, that you guys had let us know that there was still an issue. Um, so we came back out and we did a respray for you.
What we hope for is no floor clutter throughout the house, okay? We want all clothing laundered, hanging up in the closets, folded up in the dressers, so no clothing and dirty clothes hampers, dirty clothes bedbugs love them, so we want them washed, hung up, folded up. And then... Any kind of combustible items like aerosol cans, fire extinguishers, oxygen tanks, firearms, ammunition, lighters and vapes. If you can move those into your garage or onto the back porch, that's great.
It's exceedingly rare to have to do a second heat treatment. Um, and I wasn't even aware that we had done one before, but just through the talking with management about it, uh, and they mentioned that, yes, we've had to do it one time before. So it's very, very rare. Um, although, you know, we're not going to completely take that off the table, but we do want to do another respray and then we'll take it from there. You know what I mean?
It'll leave you with PTSD I mean we've had customers that will call us and say you know we feel we feel like we have bed bugs and we're like you actually just experienced this this post treatment stress and feeling that you still have bugs on you it's it's very common we've seen this happen a lot So it's a real thing, so don't feel bad.

One method, done right, in a single visit. It is the only approach we sell, which is the reason we are good at it.
Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Over the years, we have developed a clear process and plan that works no matter the scale of infestation. As time has passed and our team has worked together more, we have focused on delivering treatment and solutions for bed bugs that are proven to work. To do this, we follow a strict five-step process that helps us to prepare any property in Immokalee and beyond for the removal of bed bugs:
This five-step process means that we can, more often than not, eradicate all bed bugs present in your building in one visit. Instead of a course of return trips, you get a solution that is covered for a minimum of sixty days. Plan on the crew being with you for most of a working day: a full heat cycle plus the spray usually runs somewhere between eight and eleven hours, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.
| Heat only | Chemical | Combination | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kills eggs | Yes | Often misses | Yes |
| Residual protection | None | A few weeks | Weeks |
| Reaches hidden voids | Bugs flee deeper | Limited | Yes |
| Visits needed | 1 (with gaps) | 2–4 | Usually 1 |
| Guaranteed | — | — | Yes |
Bed bugs die at 118°F held around 90 minutes, and 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
Rentals turn over faster than owner-occupied homes, and turnover is how an infestation arrives.

Yes. Immokalee is inside our service area, worked out of our Bradenton office, about a 142-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Immokalee sits roughly 142 minutes from our Bradenton office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
Clearly, you are dealing with an infestation of bed bugs in Immokalee. Some of the most common signs that we recommend you look out for when dealing with bed bugs include, but are not limited to:
