You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.

A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Why choose us

Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Measured across 7 call-backs where a caller in Port Charlotte did not reach us first time. Counts come from our own phone record. No caller is identified.
Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
We will spray the garage for you. So any items that you do need to bring out of the home that you might be worried about, then just bring them right into the garage. We suggest you put them more towards the center so that way our technicians can do the perimeter spray and add that to the protective barrier.
Answered by Dori on a call,
Absolutely. That worked. Okay, I got it. All right. Well, I would normally send you a little information on us, but because you're on a landline, I can't, but I will make sure you get that info through.
Answered by Dori on a call,
That is, since we did have one opening to a last minute cancellation, I did give a discounted price. We typically charge about $2,200, but I did have a spot to fill. You wanted to take it, so I know the owner would be okay with that.
Answered on a call,
I'm not getting anything. I don't know why this is not working. We have people texting us every day all the time. Okay.
Answered by Mike on a call,
1800, what an RV camper, that's our base price. So it would be 1800 to drink camper.
Answered on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Port Charlotte and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Then he's going to set up the heat treatment. It is our trailer, so he will back the trailer up in your driveway as close to the front door as possible. He runs the hoses in. He sets heat fans all throughout the home, and then he cranks that bad boy up, raises the temperature to 140 degrees, and holds it there all day. That way that temperature penetrates everything. And if there are bedbugs and eggs, he will find them and fill them where they are hiding.
Then when you're talking about heat, you want to find out what kind of heat treatment they're giving you. I would avoid propane heat as well because the propane heaters are so very hot at that element, they cause carpet singeing, hardwood singeing, vinyl warping, okay? So rule out the propane heaters. And then you want to, with the electric heat companies, you want to find out what the highest temperature is that they go to in your home. You'll have a huge home there.
Do me a favor, the reason why I've been vacillating and going back and forth with my mother and what I wanted to do about the treatment of this house. I removed her immediately from the apartment.
Yourself with making sure the floor is free of clutter of course furniture is fine okay that can stay that can stay you don't have to worry about that And we'd like to make sure that the chairs, couches, and mattresses are totally free of anything. So don't stack things up on. That furniture that people sit or lay down on we need to make sure that gets a good heat treatment Because that's kind of where bed bugs will hang out where we hang out for a while.
Just come and spray. Now what he'll do, he may end up pulling up the sheets, things like that just to kind of check to see, you know, do an inspection while he's there. If so, then, you know, all they have to do is just put the sheets right back on the bed and stuff. Just make sure that the floor is free of clutter and all laundry is done and that'll take care of it.
Means treatment worked and they are just slowly dying so I would say if it makes you feel better grab your vacuum cleaner and really slowly and very thoroughly vacuum the couch and that way if there are any others in there it will suck them up so vacuum slowly so that suction can pull them up from right underneath the surface as well and then immediately throw that vacuum dirt into an outdoor trash can.
This has been going on for a while. It's going to be a pretty bad infestation and we guarantee to get them all. But here is how that has to work.
Now, bites sometimes because there are so many variations to bites, as I was explaining, sometimes it's hard to tell unless it is that clear three bite zigzag pattern, that clear three bite straight line pattern. And of course, depending on the size of the bite.
Fine okay perfect those will all be fine um if And I know he was a hoarder and I know with bedbugs when there's a lot of clutter, they can be found absolutely anywhere.
Beetles can also do that too, but they don't bite you. But the carpet beetle larva has hair on them that if you are sensitive, it can look like bites or a small cluster rash.
I'm going to give you a little bit of info so you're a little bit more educated on bedbugs. If one bedbug bit you, they usually bite in a little cluster of three, okay?
Get up in the middle of the night, sometimes you could take a look and you might see them. How it works is bed bugs, when you go to sleep, your body gives off additional carbon dioxide. That tells bedbugs that it's time to eat and they come out and they bite you Where on your body are you getting if the bites?
Minutes away? Okay. That might be the hotel that I get Victor so he can just go from Hollywood over to your area, stay the night and do it that way. So, okay. So you like the Marriott?
I think what they would have to do is park above and then drop their hoses from the 10th floor down or the 8th, which was the open air, the 10th floor.
My goodness. Okay. Okay. And that's a lot when they're so very tiny. And so that to me means that you've had them for at least a couple of months. So, yeah, it could have been when you were traveling.
That can be bad. What kind of treatment did you have? Was it spray or was it heat or a combination?
I would just say give them a really good nice massage all the way down their body, all the way down the tips of their tails and their legs.
Text it to me right where you were texting all the other info where we were texting. So text it to me and I will let you know if it's a bed bug or not. Mites are...
If you can just do the best you can, okay, get that phone up as close to those little black blobs as you can so we can see if it's bug or not bug, that would be very helpful, okay?
They cling on to clothing and shoes and bags and stuff. So everywhere you're going, you're leaving bed bugs and just taking some with you. So, um, where are you located now, West Palm?

Yes. Port Charlotte is inside our service area, worked out of our Bradenton office, about a 72-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Port Charlotte sits roughly 72 minutes from our Bradenton office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
