Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Answered by Chase on a call,
I would think you would want to put that in the trash. I saw pictures of that and that was infested with bed bugs. Of course, they're all dead now. But yeah, I would say you want to put that in the trash.
Answered by Dori on a call,
It's basically just talking with me and me getting some info on your home, and then I can give you a quote for our services.
Answered on a call,
I can see if we can maybe do an overnight. When John calls me, I'll run that by him as well.
Answered on a call,

Answered on a call,
Now, earlier today, I spoke with Valerie, who is DOE-A. I believe she's the one, the elder affairs, the background checks and the clearinghouse and all that stuff, because I had watched videos. I have read 58 pages of that 59 page PDF and I'm like, okay, I'm still confused. Where am I getting this number? Am I doing this strictly for the business or is it, am I entering all this information for each individual employee?
Answered by Dori on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Manatee County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
We will send you an inspection letter that you can send on to Airbnb and Verbo. And we do a lot of treatment letters and a lot of inspection letters. So if we had to treat your home, we would send you a treatment letter as well.
Absolutely. So I'm going to have to reach out. We have one of our trailers was getting worked on at the end of last week and the trailer is our heat system.
After speaking with your sister, I don't think Victor's a little under the weather and he's in the middle of a heat treatment today. So it's probably not a good day for him to be speaking to anyone.
He will prop up your mattress on some risers that he'll bring to make sure the heat and the air flows really well all around that area. He'll open up all your cabinets and closet doors. He'll flip up your couch cushions and open recliners and, you know, he knows exactly what to do to get that air moving and the heat in every inch.
I appreciate it. I appreciate it. And, you know, send the pictures that you have and then try and find, you know, if you go on a midnight hunt tonight, you know, try and get me some and when you can get some in a Ziploc baggie so we can see because our treatment, the spray that we do, I mean, the heat treatment nails everything on that day, but the heat of the spray that we do lasts for well over a month. And we'll continue killing.
Them out and then dry those clothes on high heat. And that's really the best protection that you can, that you can take that day.
If the pet can move around those rooms pretty easily and nothing's really piled up with junk or with stuff, if it's just a normal typical house.
If they're at the head of your bed, they'll bite your face, your neck, your upper torso. So if it is bedbugs and they will have fallen off or hiding and nesting in close to that area where you're getting bit.
The back of, right, they're inside your house, we run hoses from the back of our trailer and that pumps the glycol through the hoses and it passes through all the radiators and the radiators get hot and the fans blow air across the radiators and then that heats up the house.
If we're using the regular truck and trailer we have that available in Orlando already we're going to have to send a second tech as well to help because the equipment's very heavy we're going to have to send it from St. Pete to Orlando location.
It's rare occasion, but it has happened. I mean, sometimes there's just a really bad infestation and we've had to go back. But generally speaking, you know, with our combined treatment, it's extremely effective.
It's usually in a tiny cluster of three little bites, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and then they're going to go back to their dark little hiding spot and they're going to digest your blood for three to five days. So you won't see that bed bug for three to five days until it's hungry again and then it comes out.
Very nice. Okay. I will pass this on to our owner. They are traveling right now. I don't know if they'll reach out to you or not, but I will definitely let them know.
Bed bugs have a three to five day feeding cycle. So if by chance the people that were in before these guests and there were bed bugs and They got fed on. Sometimes people don't show the bite, so they have no clue unless they see a bug. They could have fed the bed bug and then a week later, you know, here come your other guests. But I would think the first night would have been the night they got bit if there were bed bugs already in there.
Then let me see. I know we were talking about we haven't booked anything, have we? Let me just remind myself here. I know we've talked a couple times today and I've talked to a whole bunch of people in between. So, okay, so what you want to do then if you want to get the house in order, then do so. There is some prep that needs to be done. Okay. Now, so you're not going to want Sunday. I mean, Sunday.
More of an older people respond like that. For one, I think it's to hide their embarrassment because they grew up on old, okay? We grew up hearing that only dirty people had bed bugs.
Bug. I know, I know, and I'm so sorry, but, you know, as a property manager with bed bugs being so very bad in the United States right now, you need to know, you know, you need to know that it's not, now two mangoes, you share a space in between the two mangoes in this name.
I would just keep in contact with us tomorrow but what do you want us to do in preparation like should we move stuff away from the walls or no like
Was full of them. Okay, okay. And the bathroom and kitchen had quite a few roaming around randomly, which usually means that they clung on to someone and then they fall off, okay?
We're not a general pest control company. We only deal with the bed bugs. So I want to get that clear.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Manatee County, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
