A lot of the times we don't, you know, on the surface, we don't see it. But if we're not moving things around, we really don't see the amount of dust and dirt, especially in Florida. Our dirt is so fine. And then of course, dust, pollen and stuff that gets in our house all the time. We just don't realize until we start moving things. It's like, oh, maybe I should have moved this earlier.

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in New Port Richey and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
They could move deeper into the wall or into your wall outlets or deeper into furniture if that's where they are and just makes them harder to get rid of. So your best weapons are your dryer and your vacuum cleaner. Okay, so no sprays, no powders.
Do you have activity in that house? So and with you being on Airbnb and Verbo, I'll send you an inspection letter that says, yes, we found evidence of this is our treatment cost. This is what we'll do. You can give that to Airbnb and it's up to you guys.
Go without. We would prefer to do it especially with bed bugs. It is a proprietary blend of pesticide spray and growth inhibitor. So that way if there's any way we're bed bugs, it crosses over. But yes, we can do it without the heat. That's not a problem.
What we do, we can definitely help you. We do a one-day and done heat and spray treatment. Our secondary office is right here in Glenwood. Of course, we have those texts kind of going all over Central Florida and South Florida. But we can get somebody in there, I believe, early this week. Do you already have another renter ready to go in?
I'm afraid that any company that you call that's going to have the same kind of heat treatment like we do are going to give you basically the same types of they're going to give you the same pitch, the same information, the same. It's very similar. So.
We do a little bit different for everybody. Some people stash keys for us. Some people have a neighbor that has a key. Other people say, I'm just right around the corner, so I'll come by and lock my own door. Other people say, I don't care, leave it open. I'll be home in a couple hours.
We are hoping that that spray that will last for well over a month will slow down the infestation. You know, I have to go back to when we first talked, when you told me that you were still dealing with bed bugs and we came out to do a respray for you. We did our treatment for you October 23rd, okay?
Then after we did the heat treatment, did he check absolutely everything thoroughly to make sure there were no bed bugs or eggs when he brought those items before he brought those items back into the house? So a lot of the time people think, okay, I'm good. I can bring everything back in. But they don't check it thoroughly. They're carrying all this back in and I'm not just talking about clothing.
Just time is dwindling. So I do hope that he, you know, talks to you and lets you get your people in there to spray and that way he can stay going forward. So we hope the best for the situation.

It's, it's, um, it's, it's, uh, Getting rid of, you know, we're eliminating the bed bugs that can be. A difficult process if you don't use the right equipment and the right tools, sprays don't really work that well. You may have to have somebody come back and spray the interior several times, which is a hassle and disruption to the home.
Take, this is what you can do, all right? You could get a change of clothes or a couple of changes of clothes if you're just going to be gone for a couple of days.
It really depends. Sometimes right after treatment, for those that have been dealing with bed bugs for a while, for those that have a little heavier infestation, it's rare, but they may see a straggler or two that first day or two. These are ones that have gone through treatment, they can tell they're dying when the customer sees them, but they want an audience to die.

I think what would be ideal is if we can get to do your respray on Tuesday the 28th. That way Victor can start treating that downstairs, those two downstairs units.
Where is it in relation to your apartment home? Where is the parking lot? We have about 100 foot of hose, but we don't like to do those in high traffic areas where a lot of people are walking over the hoses, you know, just for tripping hazards.
We don't do individual items. If you have a suitcase, I would suggest grab a vacuum cleaner, vacuum it out inside and out really, really, really, really well. Vacuum thoroughly and slowly and then throw that vacuum dirt into an outdoor trash can. And when I say thoroughly, I mean pull back the seams, pull back the zipper flap in the pockets and everything, and you can, you know, take care of the issue yourself for free.
It's all right. So you don't have anything scheduled, and it appears as if we're not quite sure that you actually have bed bugs. So there's some notes here about your nephew might have mentioned it and was going to take pictures.
