Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
We have a 60-day guarantee. And we know if we keep you clear and free for 60 days, it's a 60-day guarantee that this infestation is gone, okay? If anything happens after the 60 days, that is a new infestation. Bed bugs, even if an egg was laid at 7.59 a.m. and we started our treatment at 8 a.m., bed bug eggs take about 14 days to develop.

Are fine to stay sensitive electronics tvs computers laptops computer monitors we just ask that they're unplugged for the day and i know you're in texas you wouldn't be able to do it when was the last time somebody was in that apartment that Could tell me is
Answered by Dori on a call,
Let me say I'll have to get back with you on that one. No, I don't think he'd sit on a windowsill. But make sure he doesn't be bringing a backpack with him or anything full of stuff. If so, everything needs to be fully checked. That backpack needs to be vacuumed out thoroughly inside and out or run through a high heat dryer. Because teenagers, you know that teenager. And anger angst does not stop when you're dealing with bedbugs. A lot of the times the kids are the ones that'll bring it back in, not even thinking about it, you know. Parents are frantic. They're trying to get everything ready and the kids are bringing everything and the kitchen sink with them because they want their switch. They want their this. They want their, you know.
Answered by Dori on a call,
Absolutely send them to this number and it'll fall right up under you so I know exactly who it is.
Answered by Dori on a call,
You And they do look similar. There are some similarities, so I can see why they, you know, especially if they're finding them on the bed, a lot of the times they just jump to bed bugs. Sometimes it's like a little carpet beetle or a grain beetle that actually happens all the time. We get that quite often, which is why I was like, okay, well, let's start with a picture, and then if it does look like a bed bug, we can kind of go from there. But we are very honest and transparent because, again, we don't. You don't want to have to charge somebody for a bedbug extermination that's pretty extensive versus something that can be taken care of with just like a general spray or a deep clean.
Answered on a call,
I'm i'm not located there uh but we do have a we do have our technicians out there in florida oh
Answered by Charles on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Brunswick and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
This process will take about 10 to 12 hours to complete. We get to your home around 8 o'clock in the morning, and then after we do the pesticide spray, we start with the heat treatment. And like I said before, we get the temperature, we raise it to about 140 degrees, and we leave it there for about five or six hours.
If you have common areas, we would suggest we spray those areas. For the room, we suggest a heat treatment and the spray and for the rooms, one on either side, a spray. Okay. That way, just in case there's some that it might have gone through the wall, it's more precautionary. This way, everybody surrounding that room is a little protected as well.
What we do is we do a one-day, all-day and done heat and spray treatment for the whole home. We use the latest state-of-the-art technology with our heat system. It's called the heat assault system. We are, gosh, one of the few, I think there's only two companies in Florida that use the heat assault system, we being one of them. Everybody else uses electric heaters or propane heat. And the heat assault system is three times faster, raising the temperature up in the home.
That will start pumping heat into your home and it'll raise the temperature of your home pretty rapidly and we get it to about 140 degrees and it's what that does if there are any bed bugs there it will absolutely collapse their exoskeletons.
You would definitely need property management approval. When somebody approaches and say, hey, I've got a heat treatment, you know, I have bed bugs, I'm getting it treated. Most of the time, they do not say no, okay? But there are some companies that will say, well, we have our own people that they want to come out and do it. When that happens, it is usually... a spread.
We know that doing a spray is a long, miserable, ongoing process. You are going to be living with bed bugs for months, if not longer.
It could be on the lower end of that estimate, but we really need to know the size of the apartment. If you can get us the size of the apartment, I can give you a better estimate.
Fire spray. tech. Yes, it is a proprietary blend of pesticide and growth inhibitor that took years to perfect, okay? The growth inhibitor, if there is a wayward bed bug out in that garage, when it crosses that pesticide barrier, it gets that growth inhibitor on them and it immediately starts shutting them down. The growth inhibitor makes it to where they cannot...
It's understandable. Okay. Now, what you want to do because your appointment's tomorrow. Do what you can tonight. Get them bagged up after they're heat treated. Get them bagged up in brand new garbage bags. Get them out of the way. The ones that you cannot run through a high heat dryer tonight, then you bag them up, tie those bags up tight, and you put them in a totally different area out of your house, away from the ones that have been run through the dryer. You do not want to get those confused. Okay.
We do the $200 deposit and then $900 on the day of treatment and then on like July 9th. We do a $500 payment. We can do that.
I'm going to need to know exactly so I can quote you a price for our services. So are you in a house, an apartment? What are you in?
It shouldn't be anything on the brand because again, you would be their food source and they wouldn't be looking for anything like that. They're hiding. They're in your frame. If you have a frame, like a bed frame, your mattress, if it wasn't covered, couches, chairs, carpets, things like that.
We're so we're very discreet. So when we first get there, we answer any questions the homeowners have and then we send them on their way. All people and pets need to be out of the house for the whole day, as I said, okay, until about 8 p.m. So then what our technician does is they take our proprietary blend.
Inspection this morning. He's worked an overnight job. He's going to be exhausted. Infection this morning, but he lives in Seminole this morning.
One way they're going to do that is by moving over to the next unit so we could be we could end up scattering them into the other other units, which would obviously that's not the most ideal situation for the other renters.
All clothing, no clothing laying around. So all clothing hang in the closets, folded up in the dressers. And then I'll have to double check because some technicians will light the sheets stripped and in the laundry. So that way you've got fresh sheets when you come back. Others like them to stay on the bed. So I'll double check with him. But basically that's it for prep.
If so I'm guessing carpet moth would be very similar to carpet beetle their larva carpet beetle larva they have tiny little hairs all over their body the larva and when it brushes our skin it makes marks that look that look like bites or small cluster rashes. I'm guessing carpet moth could very well be like that too. Oh, you know what? Okay, exposure duration maintaining this peak temperature for 30 to 60 minutes. Okay, ensures complete thermal eradication of all hidden larva and eggs.
Now that being said, they could be, you know, it would be easy, easier if we could see them. They could be or they could be also other type of bug.
Could be, but then again, no stams, chiggers, sand fleas, fleas, they will bite in like rows as well. 13 bites in a row, though, that's kind of an odd one. Um, so that's why I'm thinking mites. Now, mites, they will, some mites, I don't know if all mites do, but I know some mites will get under your skin. And I think it's more they come up for air. I don't know what it is.
Then she's the one that needs to go through Airbnb you have to get her on board or if she's there is she there in the house with you okay

We kill bed bugs. Only bed bugs. One method, done right, in a single visit — heat and a residual product together, on every job we run.
Unmarked vehicles and personnel
No logos, and no mention of bed bugs on trucks, equipment or uniforms. Neighbours see a van; they do not see why it is there.
Total peace of mind
Sixty days of cover on every job. Should bed bugs survive the treatment, which is rare, we come back out and eliminate the problem for good at no cost.
No other pests, ever
One method, done right, in a single visit. It is the only approach we sell, which is the reason we are good at it.
Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Over the years, we have developed a clear process and plan that works no matter the scale of infestation. As time has passed and our team has worked together more, we have focused on delivering treatment and solutions for bed bugs that are proven to work. To do this, we follow a strict five-step process that helps us to prepare any property in Brunswick and beyond for the removal of bed bugs:
This five-step process means that we can, more often than not, eradicate all bed bugs present in your building in one visit. Instead of a course of return trips, you get a solution that is covered for a minimum of sixty days. Plan on the crew being with you for most of a working day: a full heat cycle plus the spray usually runs somewhere between eight and eleven hours, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.
| Heat only | Chemical | Combination | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kills eggs | Yes | Often misses | Yes |
| Residual protection | None | A few weeks | Weeks |
| Reaches hidden voids | Bugs flee deeper | Limited | Yes |
| Visits needed | 1 (with gaps) | 2–4 | Usually 1 |
| Guaranteed | — | — | Yes |
Bed bugs die at 118°F held around 90 minutes, and 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
Older housing stock means more cracks and crevices for bed bugs to harbour in.

Yes. Brunswick is inside our service area, worked out of our Bethesda office, about a 68-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Brunswick sits roughly 68 minutes from our Bethesda office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
Clearly, you are dealing with an infestation of bed bugs in Brunswick. Some of the most common signs that we recommend you look out for when dealing with bed bugs include, but are not limited to:
Unfortunately, these signs prompt that you are dealing with a bed bug problem. With that being the case, taking action as soon as possible would be wise. If you spot even one of these signs, it is probably a clear indication that you have bed bugs loitering around your home or business.
