Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Request a commercial quoteEvery question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
We do an all-day heat and spray treatment. We usually start between 8 and 10 a.m. in the morning, depending on where our tech is traveling in from, our technician, and then we promise to have everyone back in the home no later than 8 p.m., usually about dinner time when they can come back. But sprays alone is not going to fix the bed bug problem, even if we came out and sprayed for you. There's no way anybody can guarantee that they're going to kill all the bed bugs. It only kills the ones that are on the surface. Bed bugs aren't all on the surface at the same time and the sprays definitely do not affect the eggs. That's why we do a heat treatment because bed bugs and their eggs die off at 120 degrees. in 22 degrees so we actually heat the home up extremely quickly to 140 degrees and we hold it there all day so that heat penetrates everything and hunts down the bed bugs and eggs where they're nesting and hiding.
Answered by Dori on a call,
I don't think you have his direct number, and so it's just going to ring to several of us. I can have him give you a call, but I can have him just give you a call right back.
Answered by Mike on a call,
We got you all booked up and we've got you set with our technician Victor who's gonna come out tomorrow morning at 8 a.m.
Answered on a call,
It is possible if there were any that were that survived the treatment.
Answered on a call,
We only provide bed bug extermination. That's the only service we do.
Answered by Julie on a call,
Also, bedbugs don't do any harm to humans.
Answered on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Frederick County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
A company or two around the area that do. We do treatments on the whole home. And it is an all-day heat treatment that we do, and depending on the size of the home, it depends on the price of square footage.
We'll spray the perimeter of your home like your door jams, windowsills, floorboards, and then we come in with a commercial trailer we call heat assault.
Key component is when the temperature gets above 120, that's when bed bugs, babies and eggs die. By keeping the temperature at 140, we use fans and we basically create like a really hot tornado inside your house. And that heat penetrates everywhere in your home, drawers, under your bed, your mattress, in the electrical outlets and the vents, everywhere. So your house basically becomes 140 inside and we keep it there.
It slows down, I will let him know. And then when we have a couple quiet moments, we can figure out when we can get in and do a respray for you. So basically what that would mean, the prep for a respray, as little floor clutter as possible. Okay.
Also our technicians from being able to spray all the baseboards so we ask that there's no floor clutter throughout the home we ask that all clothing is laundered and hanging up at the closets and folded up in the dressers That doesn't mean
Of them. Right. It doesn't kill the eggs and it doesn't kill the ones that are deep in maybe baseboards or wall outlets or somewhere deep enough to where the spray can't get.
If you have your mattress encased and your bed was stripped, these things would end up on top of the encasement. So, I mean, they wouldn't get into your mattress. So either way, you know, whatever makes you feel more comfortable. You know, if somebody gets bed bugs, they're like, oh, I got an encasement. I can't get bed bugs. No, you can't.
Let me send you the pretreatment checklist now. Okay, I'm going to say it's a big list. Don't freak out. You're not going to have absolutely everything on this list. We just put in anything that can be harmed by a heat treatment, okay? So if you have the ability to print it off and then take a highlighter and highlight what pertains to you, it makes it a much more manageable list. And then we'll go over that when we do books. I know with you being past moved out, you're not going to have a lot of prep. So, you know, let's.
Because we have to hold the heat at that temperature in order to guarantee that the services will be done properly.
That's why they put you on a monthly because they know they're not going to be able to kill all the bed bugs with spray. I have run into a couple of companies that only spray where their technicians will actually tell people, listen. If we come in and just spray for you, it's going to be a long, miserable time. It's going to be weeks, if not months. Okay. And they're thankfully honest enough to say this and buy heated heat treatment and we don't offer it, you know.
They absolutely could have brought bedbugs in a bag and threw it on your bed and took a video of it. And you know what, sometimes the crooks just get away with it and there's nothing you can do about it.
We have locations in St. Petersburg and we have locations in Winter Garden and or I should say a location in St. Pete and one in Winter Garden and we do all of Florida except for the panhandle and the keys out of those two locations.
What we do is a An all-day treatment, depending on the area that you're in. If you're close to a tech, we start at 8 a.m. if the tech's got to drive in from anywhere because we send them all over the place. We start about 9 a.m. We need all people, all pets, all plants out of the home for the day. And we promise to have everybody back in the home no later than 8 p.m.
I have some really great news for you, okay? I talked to management and I was able to secure a $1,000 discount on all three of these properties. So the one I quoted earlier at Riverside Drive for $3,400, we can do that one for $3,000. The one I quoted you $1,900 on Benjamin, that's the apartment. We can do that one for $1,700. And the triplex on Eleanor, I quoted $2,100, and we can do that one for $1,700.
Those are actually fine, McCart. It's more like if it's loose papers on top of the desk, just you'd want to make sure those are weighted down just because sometimes with the air circulation, like the heat air circulation can blow them around and if it's important paperwork, we don't want anything to happen to it.
Do you even take off your clothes really good and stuff like that for you went home just to make sure you didn't bring it back home.
When you send in your resume to our email, then, you know, they keep it on file. And when we are hiring, we go back and look at those and contact people.
Absolutely. And so what our technician will do once they get there with Airbnb, you know, the owners usually just give us the door code. You can meet us there if you want, you know, but if not, just give us the door code. We go in, we assess the home, and then we do a perimeter spray with a proprietary blend of pesticide and growth inhibitor, and that leaves a protective barrier.
It's fourth floor. Now, when you open up that door, leaving that unit, when you walk out onto the fourth floor landing, is it open air or is it an enclosed hallway?
We understand it's not cheap, but it is very effective, far more effective than if you called just a regular exterminator.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Frederick County, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
