Why we run both, on every job

Heat

Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.

Residual

Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.

One visit

Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.

Asked on a call from New Market

May 2026

Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.

How much is it for a 500 foot?

Your 500 square foot home in Kissimmee is $1,700. Now if you need a payment plan that's $1,800 but we divide that in half and the first half the $900 is due $200 when we place you on the calendar $700 on the day of treatment and then the other $900 we break up into four monthly payments for you.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Do you service only Tampa area because we have a few properties?

We service everything in Florida besides the Panhandle and the Keys. We have technicians going all over from our two locations. We have the St. Pete location and Winter Garden location near Orlando.

Answered by Dori on a call,

How much does all this cost anyways?

If we were to be able to park downstairs, if we were able to reach, your cost would be ballpark like $2,300, $2,400. It's not cheap.

Answered by Julie on a call,

Now, do you guys, once you completed your heat treatment, do you guys come back with the chemicals, or are you only doing the heat?

You don't want to hire a different company to do the chemicals.

Answered by Dori on a call,

We should come back around four o'clock to so or when do we pay though?

Come back, come, well, you have to pay them in the morning.

In our own words

20 from recorded calls

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in New Market and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.

We guarantee that you won't find any live bedbugs within that 60 days after we do the treatment. If you did find any live bedbugs, then we would simply just contact us and then we would go back out there and repeat it again with a spray treatment.

Mike

We do what's called a combined treatment and we show up with an unmarked trailer and truck and so it's very discreet. Your neighbors won't know that you're getting treated for bed bugs. To them, it just looks like you're getting carpet cleaned or something. We spray the interior of your home with a... with a three-part pesticide spray. And that commercial equipment that I was talking about that we show up with on a trailer, it's called a heat assault.

Mike

Remember that your oven and your dishwasher are heat resistant. So any small items that you are worried about might not do well in a heat treatment, you can just put them in the oven in the dishwasher.

Dori

We, we have to treat the whole home though. That's the issue because we can't just treat one room or just, you know, one or two rooms because once we start to heat up, it's going to scatter the bedbugs. They're going to run for their lives. Um, some, and they easily go into the next rooms.

Mike

We don't want them to be destroyed in the heat because, again, that's going to be 140 degrees, which is why we asked you to put certain things away and make sure that your clothes are laundered and put away.

If you wanted to be completely completely sure you would spray the two units once not heat but spray the units on either side But I don't know if you want to go through that. You'd have to let them know. It would be like an extra $150, and you'd have to let them know. And I don't know if you even want to open that door to, hey, you might have bed bugs, when I don't think they do.

Julie

That's about right. That sounds, that costs about, yeah, that's typically what we would charge too if we're going to do a spray treatment only.

Mike

They could have been brought over. from the other home so right now it doesn't sound bed bug related but what we want to do is we want to keep our eye on it Robin I suggest you doing what you're doing using your high heat dryer running those clothes and the bedding items in a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes okay that will kill any bed bugs or eggs that are on there if it's bed bugs.

Dori

Is well it just depends um the one day and done The cost is for $2,100 for whatever it takes, but that typically is just one day. Come in the morning, spray the place, heat the place, monitor it all day, check every corner. He goes in like once in every couple hours and checks in case he has to adjust the heaters and adjust the fans. And then you come back in at the day.

Julie

To know whether they've gone through treatment or not okay um so and i'll let chase and the team know um tell them absolutely do not spray anything or put any powders down our treatment has worked let it continue working and We're just waiting and seeing right now if

Dori

Bed bugs are hitchhikers. So if you're in one area and you're sitting there for a while, they come out to feed like every three to five days. And then once they're on you and they're feeding, if you do go and sit in another area while they're still on you, then yeah, they can travel that way.

I'm not worried about that. We don't work on. We don't work on commission. We just want to make sure that people are bed bug free. So we are trying to eradicate the reinfestation of the United States of America one house at a time.

Dori

I am looking at this apartment now on like this picture on Google and when a place is built to be apartments, there are usually firewalls in between and they don't travel through. Now, if it's a place that's been broken down into apartments like a house that's. It has just regular walls in between, but this looks to me like it was always built, you know, it's almost like a motel looking layout.

Julie

They usually, if they land at the bottom, if those hitchhikers, when they come off of your clothing, land more towards the base of the bed, it'll be the feet or the legs that you're getting bit. So you're getting bit more on the upper body. So if it is bed bugs, it is somewhere around the upper half of your bed.

Dori

I'd want to know some more about your apartment, though, because normally with apartments, they're built to be apartments and there's a firewall in between. And so they're not going to be traveling in between apartments. But with older houses that might have broken down into apartments, you might need to be thinking about like, is it like that?

Julie

If they could maybe take the bird into the clubhouse with them so he's in the AC, hopefully that wouldn't be an issue for just a few hours, you know.

Dori

They are small. So as adults, they're no bigger than an apple seed. You know, the babies and the eggs are about the size of a head of a straight pin. So very tiny.

Dori

Have seen them. You might have seen them staying in a hotel if the last customer was in that room dropped a couple off. You might not have seen the couple and they could have come home with you that way. I mean, they can come from anywhere. Sadly, it's just seeing it the wrong place at the wrong time, you know, and all it takes is if you bring like one adult female.

Dori

Nobody's been getting bit you only saw this in the car so right now we are going to keep our fingers crossed and say that you've taken care of that issue but what you want to do is any of those bags that you brought any

Dori

Not quite yet I will update you as soon as I do have a date we're just kind of waiting on him to finish up with prepping and things like that
