Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
We price by square footage because we treat the whole home, being that bedbugs are hitchhikers and that's how they get into people's homes. There's a very high probability that they hitchhiked into other areas of people's homes. They just haven't realized it yet.
Answered by Dori on a call,
We don't rent heaters. We do all day treatments. We start at 8 a.m., have you back home by later than 8 p.m.
Answered on a call,
If it's bedbugs, then we don't need to do an inspection, okay? We would just say, let's get rid of them.
Answered by Dori on a call,
We can definitely uh get you on the schedule here but yeah i just don't see it in the notes or anything i do apologize no
Answered by Charles on a call,
Because usually when bed bugs know there is a food source close, they're not going to stay dormant unless there is a pesticide barrier they don't feel they can cross. As I said, our pesticide barrier is very bed bug specific. They don't sense that. They don't sense the growth inhibitor. So if they're left behind, they come marching across like it's just a regular day for them and that growth inhibitor attacks them.
Answered by Dori on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in North Bethesda and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
We have it on file, okay? And I've already made notes under your account. We may have to come out and do a re-spray, okay? We have plenty of time to figure that out. So we want you to be perfectly comfortable and confident knowing that that heat treatment worked.
All of that has been heat treated. Okay. But yeah, all of the laundry that you had piled up in the shed was washed and dried and then put in that empty hamper in the garage.
What you want to do while you're deciding who you're going to go with for treatment, while you're preparing for treatment, use your high heat dryer, any bedding, any excess
Worries about that because the team, when we show up, our vehicles and our trailers are unmarked, so it's very discreet. Even if we were to do a service like a heat treatment service.
Now which treatment for your size home you've got a 1,254 square foot home it is 1,900 for us to do our all day and done treatment but the inspection price comes off the top of that so it would be 1,700 it
I would say you don't need to worry about an inspection. You just need to get taken care of. Stop spraying, okay? Don't spray anything. Don't put any powders down. It will just spread the issue. with sprays you're only going to kill the ones that are on the surface and bedbugs are not on the surface unless they're looking for food or on their way back from eating okay so they hide they hide in tiny little These little cracks and crevices around your bed, sometimes around your bed frame, baseboards, wall outlets, they could be anywhere, okay? So what we do is they spray in heat treatment.
You Google that. The first one that comes up is the one you want to call. They are a resource center for senior citizens. You let them know senior citizen looking for financial help for a bed bug treatment, and they will give you a couple agency numbers if they can. They can't help you themselves.
Our heat assault unit can heat up up to I think eight or nine thousand square feet, so I'd imagine we'd be able to do both.
Get you in Thursday. Thursday the 21st which is just a couple days away and there is prep that people need to do in the house so we don't want any floor clutter so people need to if they have floor clutter deal with it where can I put this on a shelf or a table or something like that we want all laundry clean and hang it up in the closets and fold it up in the dressers.
It's actually a combination. We will use... A three-part pesticide spray, we'll spray that in the interior. That's the first thing that we do in the morning when we get there.
Any towels, if you can place them in a tote or in a bag and, you know, put them up in your closet or in a closet or storage area and they'll be just fine there.
2,000 square feet and then what we do with our treatment while I'm working this out we start about 9 a.m. in the morning okay we come in we answer any questions that you guys have you know our technician will answer all your questions and then we send All of your family, all of your pets on the way for the day, okay?
Exactly. So you still get some continual defense against bedbugs even after the heat treatment.
It is a platform bed though right and that way they can just cruise right on up so they are probably probably around the upper area of your bed and this has been going on for three weeks you probably would not be able to fix the situation yourself but what I do suggest is anything and everything textile in your room especially items that are on your side of the bed take them take your bed sheets off And what you need to do is if they're clean, just run them through a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes.
It will make them go, oh, I sense the danger, and they will move deeper into wherever they are. So it could be deeper into your furniture, deeper into a wall, and then they will wait it out. If you were dealing with this for months and we talked to people that try and deal with it for years on their own, those bed bugs have built up. Yeah, it's so sad.
In that a cab or go to the movie theater or buy a shirt from the store and somebody done tried it on before you. So it just it can come from anywhere. It's not a sign of cleanliness or anything you've done wrong.
Anything that you took out of the house that you put on your back porch. Um, like I said, when you take it, when you bring it back in, make sure that you immediately, and I mean immediately wash and dry them on high heat and, um, the bag that they were in, I would throw that outside, uh, like if you have a dumpster or, um, like a garbage can outside, I would put that outside.
Be fine to stay. Those will be fine to stay. The only thing we would worry about is if you have pictures on the walls and they're actually affixed with that double-sided tape, you know, that three-in command tape stuff.
It could be, you know, that's why I said, you know, put your night clothes and your bedding in that high heat dryer as
For those people that have a mild reaction, the bites will show up faster, they'll feel the burn. For those that have like a larger reaction, more sensitivity, they'll be like mosquito-sized bites all the way up to looking like they're hives. So everybody's a little bit different the way they present.

Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Over the years, we have developed a clear process and plan that works no matter the scale of infestation. As time has passed and our team has worked together more, we have focused on delivering treatment and solutions for bed bugs that are proven to work. To do this, we follow a strict five-step process that helps us to prepare any property in North Bethesda and beyond for the removal of bed bugs:
This five-step process means that we can, more often than not, eradicate all bed bugs present in your building in one visit. Instead of a course of return trips, you get a solution that is covered for a minimum of sixty days. Plan on the crew being with you for most of a working day: a full heat cycle plus the spray usually runs somewhere between eight and eleven hours, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.

| Residual protection | None | A few weeks | Weeks |

Bed bugs die at 118°F held around 90 minutes, and 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
Older housing stock means more cracks and crevices for bed bugs to harbour in. Rentals turn over faster than owner-occupied homes, and turnover is how an infestation arrives.

Yes. North Bethesda is inside our service area, worked out of our Bethesda office, about a 10-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because North Bethesda sits roughly 10 minutes from our Bethesda office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
Clearly, you are dealing with an infestation of bed bugs in North Bethesda. Some of the most common signs that we recommend you look out for when dealing with bed bugs include, but are not limited to:
Unfortunately, these signs prompt that you are dealing with a bed bug problem. With that being the case, taking action as soon as possible would be wise. If you spot even one of these signs, it is probably a clear indication that you have bed bugs loitering around your home or business.
