Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.

Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.

Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.

If you're getting if you're feeling overwhelmed and you might mean, I don't know, you might have to be doing all of this. I'm not saying you don't have to do it. We want you to prep. It's important, but you might be trying to be perfect and try and do it right and it might be overkill.
Answered by Julie on a call,
Our sister company up in Michigan, now they don't work the weekends, but I'm booked for both our Michigan sister company and our company down here. And we work in Florida, we work the weekends as well. And most of the time we are booked solid. Yeah.
Answered by Dori on a call,
The outcome was after our technician drove an hour and a half and spent about two and a half to three hours out there at the unit that we did not do the job. We lost a lot of money and refunded him his deposit.
Answered by Dori on a call,
The technician will open the drawers when they are heating everything up so you can just leave those as is.
Answered on a call,
It's not going to bother. It's not going to melt the ornaments or anything.
Answered by Mike on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Montgomery County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
A bag of clothes. Okay, I never would have told you to bring the bag of clothes back into the house for the heat treatment. I would tell you to make sure you run those through a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes, putting them in a brand new garbage bag so those are heat treated.
Would have to stay firm with the $1,800 quote Here and I can get an inspection for you for 200. Now if we do come and do an inspection and indicate that you do have bed bugs, that $200 will be counted towards your quote. So the day of treating your home, you would just owe us the remainder balance, which would be $1,600.
Then we use our heat assault trailer that's an unmarked black trailer. It's very discreet. Neighbors won't know anything other than maybe we're cleaning carpets or something.
Ah, okay. So then we're just going to be stuck with bed bugs then. It's going to be difficult to root them out without, you know, getting some assistance. Okay. All right. Well, if you guys change your minds and you would like to the heat treatment, just give me a call back and let us know. Okay.
Unusual to hear that there's still that active or there's still that bug left out of that heat treatment. But sometimes they're just so severe that we have to go back. But Victor's going to get you taken care of, okay?
Appointment was May 2nd, I want to say. Yeah, May 2nd. And with the respray, thankfully, it's not you have to be out of the house from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It's just. three to four hours while that spray dries. And the respray usually nips whatever problem it is in the bud.
If they have any questions, if you want to say, I don't even remember, just call Dory. Just have them give us a call and I walk them through it, okay? But it's really their prep is absolutely their prep is really important, especially leaving bed bug free.
Getting sick from pesticide and we should have enough of an idea to see where their case really needs to get back out there care Okay. or if that second spray took care of everything.
Just trying to get an idea on maybe how much time you would need getting your house in order, because the less more clutter, the more organized in everything. the more effective our treatment is. And especially because you've been dealing with this for years, they are going to be found in the weirdest of places. So we need to hit your home hard. I mean, we hit all homes hard, whether it's a small or a large infestation.
Of course, if you're an emotional eater and then, you know, you're stressing out, you know, it's, oh gosh, you know, so easy to, you know, do. So, and that's the way I am. So, with the heat treatment. What we do is we show up at your door a little bit before 8 a.m. in the morning, okay? We have an unmarked truck and an unmarked trailer. It does have our logo, license, and phone number on it, but that's, we need that legally, okay?
Did your pest control company, your guy, do an inspection of the unit? Did he just look at the bug and go, yep, bed bug, or did he go in and do an inspection?
It's more like some kind of an allergic reaction or bite. Okay, that white bug, how big was it or white-ish bug? How big was it? Do you remember? Best guess.
I am looking at the second picture that I sent you so in the right hand side it has a blue pink yellow and black pattern looks like spandex to me I remember that pattern back in the 80s okay they would just take bags and just shove it all in and get it out so they'd load the furniture up
They keep the chance to really circulate around the home and close better sometimes and especially depending on the clothes. If they're heavier clothes and you have them folded up, that makes a dense mass and those are things that you go into all the time. So there's a chance there could be a couple of bed bugs up there. Now, keep your eyes.
For those who have a reaction, they feel that burn, they feel that itch. Their bites show up pretty quickly, sometimes about the size of mosquito bites, other times the size of hives.
I hear you. I hear you. And I understand because you just want them gone. You don't need to be a bed bug expert. You don't need, you just need them gone. And you counted on this to work and you feel like we let you down. I feel like I know our treatment works and I know Chase knows what he's doing. And he described to me what he did. So I don't worry about that. But you don't know me and you don't know us.
Here's the thing. I have every other bed dead in my house. I mean, a bug. I didn't even know I had some of these bugs. So the thing was working. So why aren't these things dead? I don't know. And maybe some people would never feel them, but I can't sleep. I've been bitten every single night.
That is an adult male. So did he come into the home as an adult or has he been there long enough to start off as an egg? You know, eggs, once they're laid, they take about 14 days to develop. So, you know, we always try and figure out.
Usually what we like to tell customers is because there's a generator onboard that trailer, so it's going to mean you're going to hear a generator. And there's going to be, you know, mechanical sounds and hoses blowing and things like that. So what we normally tell our customers is that your neighbors really aren't going to know anything other than maybe we're just cleaning carpets.
Especially when it's bed bug specific. So and what they're going to do is while they're waiting, they're still breeding, you know, so when they come back out, they have a bigger, you know, force to come back out and, you know, start. you know, feeding on you again.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Montgomery County, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
