Our record in Aspen Hill

Why we run both, on every job

Heat

Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.

Residual

Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.

One visit

Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.

Asked on a call from Aspen Hill

March 2026

Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.

Don't they come back or hide and come back within that time?

We know that with our heat treatment and with our perimeter spray that we leave you with as a second layer of protection, that we will get rid of this infestation for you. Now, that being said, Billy, especially with what you guys do, you're volunteering, there is a chance this is not going to make you not have bedbugs for the rest of your life.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Are you guys located in Fort St.

We aren't located in Port St. Lucie. We have our primary location in Tampa Bay, our secondary location in Central Florida, and our technicians do all of Florida except for the Panhandle and the Keys out of those two locations. We treat Port St. Lucie, okay?

Answered by Dori on a call,

That wouldn't ruin that, would it?

Not at all. No paper might fly around. So any loose paper, we'd want to make sure there's a paperweight on it or in a drawer. The only drawers will open are the dresser drawers with clothing in it, closets, of course, but we do use the fans in there. So if it's loose, it'll fly.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Let me ask you, is the price, has it gone up?

We'll keep the price the same. Our prices have gone up a little bit, but we will keep the price the same for you.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Do you think so?

This is a one-and-done day treatment, so if we get in there.

Answered on a call,

Then 12 hours, right?

Eight to eight at the very latest now if Victor finishes up before he will let you know and that way you know exactly when you can get back into the home because there's that two-hour cool-down period that's part of that 10 to 12 hours Ryan

In our own words

20 from recorded calls

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Aspen Hill and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.

Had us set up our heat fans in there so what we do is a one day and done heat and spray treatment we use the latest state-of-the-art technology in our heat assault system it's the only system that was ever specifically created to eliminate the bugs and eggs And it's powerful. It's over 600,000 BTUs of power, runs on its own generators.

Dori

If you speak with your landlord, let him know how long it's been since you've been in the car and that you're deciding whether you want that treated or not, because as it's getting hotter, you know, it's going to kill the bedbugs, that heat that's in the car naturally.

Dori

Would there be any way to bring in, because we have to run hoses from the back of the trailer into the unit to use the heat assaults. Yeah, just trying to figure out first.

Mike

We don't use a powder. We use a pesticide spray and we spray around the baseboards of your entire apartment and that creates a barrier that if any bugs cross that barrier, they're going to be, you know, they'll be dead.

Mike

Just a regular driveway, all that, none of that affects the pricing. Okay, so this hits at our minimum, which is $1,800. And what we do, yep, what we do, I don't know, it sounds like you've done a little bit of research already, but we do a combination spray and heat treatment. The heat is really what kills the bugs and the eggs at one time.

Julie

Be able to get him an inspection. We have. Oh, one technician is having an emergency in the middle of the night, so he's out for the next few days.

Dori

Are even heat fans that pump that heat all over the place. So if you put loose papers in that house, those papers would just be flying all over the place because the heat fans really push that heat where it needs to go.

Dori

Hang out in the baseboards, in the wall outlets, wherever they can find those dark little spaces and they'll wait until that spray dissipates a little bit and while they're doing that, they're not twiddling their bed bug thumbs, they're breeding. They're creating more population. So, and those eggs, once they're laid, take about 14 days to develop.

Dori

Remember, with small items, your oven and your dishwasher are also heat resistant. Okay, now I wouldn't suggest putting firearms or ammunition in them. Most of the heat will stay off those items, so items like freestanding candles.

Dori

Our heat assault, it raises it very, very quickly in the home so that heat kind of sneaks up on them before they have a chance to get away. And holding it there for hours, especially at this time of year because it's so hot on the outside of the home, we don't have a problem nailing all the bedbugs and eggs in a one day and done treatment.

Dori

He's 21. But then again, I mean, with it being warmer in Florida, everything wants to bite us, you know, over the summertime. And now with it being warmer and they're coming back out because we're warming up a little bit, then, you know, I've seen mosquitoes and, you know, everybody's coming back out. So he could have thought that it was something else.

Dori

While I'm waiting for confirmation, let me just ask you a few questions just so I can have you on my system just to be prepared just in case they are. I do have your first name. What's your last name?

Charles

If you have any room in the closets to hang stuff up, just as long as you're not shoving them so tight in the closet hanging up that there's no airflow, I would say hang them up. Just get more hangers and get everything hung up if you've got room for it. That's the easiest way to do it.

Dori

She set you up for a respray and said we would contact you by end of day to narrow down the time, okay? Now, with a respray, you need to be out of the house for three hours while it dries, okay? And I'm sure Julie explained that to you. Now, we can do...

Dori

Once you get back home, it's going Yeah. to be quite warm. So go ahead and open your front door and back door, maybe a couple of windows, and that hot air will escape pretty quickly. So about 15 minutes after you've exhausted the air, then go ahead and turn your air conditioner back on, and that way you can cool down to a comfortable temperature.

Mike

I have good news for you. It's been a juggle, juggling, you know, technicians and stuff, but we can be out there tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. to do a respray for you.

Dori

Think you'll be fine with that because if you're doing it outside, then they're not going to get back in, okay, if there's any in there. What you do is just have a big garbage bag that, you know, you have right there just in case. And if you find anything with bedbugs on it, shake it off into the bag. The bugs will go into the bag, then you throw them out into an outdoor garbage can.

Dori

If he could, of course, you know, we know there's going to be the cockroaches and I knew that it was going to bring that population down quite a bit, but it might not take care of it. What I need is if he sees a bed bug.

Dori

Anything like that, the tote bags that like are more canvas or, you know, vinyl, something like that, then you just vacuum really well. Vacuum them out inside and out really well.

Dori

Spotting is what we call it. It's bed bug feces, okay, and you will find it on sheets or mattresses, sometimes on headboards, curtains, depending on wherever they're kind of hanging out, okay? It looks like somebody took a ballpoint.

Bed bugs only

No other pests, ever

One method, done right, in a single visit. It is the only approach we sell, which is the reason we are good at it.

The press comes to us

Community-focused service

Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.

Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.
