We serve communities across Florida, such as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Fort Myers, and Maryland, including Gaithersburg, Germantown, and Columbia, using a proven combination of thermal heat and a residual spray.

From our recorded calls

These are real calls. The answers are word for word. The questions are our summary of what was asked, because callers do not record as clearly as we do. We never publish a caller's surname, address, phone number or price.

Why do you treat the whole house and not just the bedroom?

We treat the whole home because that is the only way to be sure that we've eliminated all bedbugs and eggs. Bedbugs find their way into your home by hitchhiking. So when they come into your home, there's a very high probability that they have hitchhiked into other areas, even though you might not realize they're there yet.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Do I have to get every last thing washed before you come?

If there are a lot of throw pillows, blankets, excess stuff, then yeah, bag them up. You can run them through a high heat dryer at your leisure before you bring them back in. So don't break your neck trying to prep the house.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Does the heat reach them if they are not in the bed?

It will get them wherever they're nesting, not just in that headboard. It's going to get the back of your closet. It's going to get wherever, because they could be in multiple places behind a baseboard, behind a picture frame, up under the mattress.

Answered by Julie on a call,

Do they get into the garage?

The garage is not going to be a place where bedbugs are going to aggregate. They're always going to aggregate around people. So it's going to be inside our houses.

Answered by Mike on a call,

Do they live in the carpet?

They'll walk over carpets, but they don't infest carpets. We do all the bedrooms. We do all the beds, the living furniture where people lay down or sit down.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Will the treatment kill fleas as well?

We only guarantee for bed bugs, because that's all we do, but our treatment pretty much kills anything that's in your house. Now, I don't know if it would affect flea eggs. That I don't know.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Can you heat treat a car?

We can't do a heat treatment on a car, but heat treatment is the most effective way to destroy bedbugs.

Answered by Mike on a call,

Do I have to throw out the mattress?

You don't have to get rid of your mattress. You can keep them. The heat will kill any bugs that are on the mattress. You'd probably want to maybe vacuum the mattress.

Answered by Mike on a call,

Does the garage get heated too?

The garage isn't insulated, so we will go in and spray that really, really well for you.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Do you treat other pests as well?

We're a bedbug extermination company and we do bedbug heat treatments.

Answered by Julie on a call,

Where do you actually cover?

We have our main location in Tampa Bay, Florida, and then our secondary location is in Winter Garden, Florida, and we send our technicians all over Florida except the Panhandle.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Will a mattress cover stop them?

Those covers are not going to prevent you from getting a bed bug infestation. All those covers will do is prevent the bed bugs from getting inside and touching the mattress.

What callers told us

I think we might have made a mistake in that when we got in and we saw how infested some of it was, we went out yesterday and bought a new bed mattress and base, and it's being delivered today.

Said on a call,

I couldn't quite tell if it was a bed bug and I looked it up and I thought, you know, that's a bed bug. It just doesn't have a head on it. So it was underneath the sheet, between the sheet and the mattress.

Said on a call,

In our own words

This is our own crew, on recorded calls. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.

With the protective barrier spray that we leave, it lasts for actually six months. It starts dissipating close to that two-month mark. So that leaves you some extra protection.

Said by Dori on a call,

The hot air will absolutely penetrate through that mattress and under your box spring. So if you had any bedbugs in the property, then they would have died.

Said by Mike on a call,

That process takes about 10 to 12 hours, and while we're doing the treatment, the people and the pets and the plants will all have to vacate the house.

Said by Mike on a call,

They're not like fleas that love to live on the skin, under the fur.
