What we do is with this trailer, we run hoses from the back of this trailer into your house and we connect them to fans and heaters. This will, after we turn the trailer on, it has its own power source, it'll start pumping out about 600,000 BTUs of thermal energy. And what that does is it brings the temperature of the house up to about 140 degrees.
You would want to put those in the oven just because it's going to be still get hot. It's still going to be warm in there and the whole purpose is that it doesn't get to that temperature. Everything in the cabinets will get to 140 degrees.

Can't remember and I don't see, okay, potentially bed bugs in other units. They are self-treating and Wendy told me after inspection that she only found out from neighbors. She had mentioned unit downstairs had bed bugs first, unsure if that's true or if the problem was taken care of. So, you know, he's just putting all his thoughts down. Told her best case scenario is get property management involved if there's a possibility of bedbugs in other units.
Basically what we ask is that there is a floor throughout the house free of clutter. Okay. So no piles of stuff on the floor. We want all laundry hanging up in the closets or folded up in the dressers. So no clothing laying over.
Small bugs do if they come out at night, they're drawn by your and if they don't fly, that's what they do. They march across the mattress. So, you know, for the first in, you know, so I mean, it is possible it's something else. So what you can do while you're trying to figure out, you know, when you want treatment or if you need treatment from us at night when you've got that flashlight, take some pictures, take as good clear close up pictures as possible. Okay.
They grow in population quickly. One female bed bug, an adult bed bug, once she breeds one time, she's laying five eggs a day every single day for weeks until she needs to breed again.
Want to keep the spray still active, so try not to mop anything. So also don't go back into the house for at least two hours or more. That's the reason why I told you 8 p.m. would be safest for you to go back is because we don't want you to go back to a really hot house. We were trying to allow it to cool down a little bit. And if you do happen to go back at 8 p.m.
Now, bedbugs are gone and you don't have to go on a cruise to get them anymore. So going forward, Shelly, just be careful where you go, where you sit down. People go to work, doctor's offices, restaurants, and it's just going the wrong place at the wrong time. Sitting down in an area where somebody before you has, you know, sat down and dropped off a couple and you bring a couple home. Now, there is some prep you need to do.
It's – and we'll just watch for some more signs. Watch for some signs of bugs. You might see them in the middle of the night.
It's also hot enough to kind of get inside the walls and things. So like even under the mattresses and stuff like that, we actually take thermal readings with a flare gun and we check underneath the beds and it's over 130 underneath the beds. And so the bugs will die at 122 instantly.
The reason being bedbugs are hitchhikers. That's how they got into your home. It's no reflection on how clean you keep your house, anything like that. So there's a very high probability that during the few weeks or the month or so that you did not realize what you were dealing with, they hitchhiked into other areas.
