Now, earlier today, I spoke with Valerie, who is DOE-A. I believe she's the one, the elder affairs, the background checks and the clearinghouse and all that stuff, because I had watched videos. I have read 58 pages of that 59 page PDF and I'm like, okay, I'm still confused. Where am I getting this number? Am I doing this strictly for the business or is it, am I entering all this information for each individual employee?

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Martin County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Things that you have piled up, it breaks up our heat and it also gives bedbugs more of a place to hide and nest. And to give you the most effective treatment, we want as little clutter as possible.
The exoskeletons are yellowish amber color, and they're see-through, and that's what they are. They're just the shed skin, okay? So you would be seeing those. So just stay vigilant, continue vacuuming, continue using your high heat dryer.
What the ones that don't die from the spray, they dig deeper into furniture or your walls, and sometimes it makes them a little harder to get to. But in an 1,800-square-foot home, we will heat that up very quickly, very carefully, and the heat will penetrate the walls and should be able to get all of the bedbugs and eggs in our one-day-and-done treatment. But if you do fall into that 2%, then we come back out and there is no additional charge to you.
If you know what bag your coat's in, take that bag to the dryer. Make sure that's one of the ones that goes with you to the dryer next.
Just let them know up front, okay, that, you know, you are preparing for a bed bug treatment that you want these items out before you get it and do they handle that, you know, they can easily protect themselves if they know what they're doing. Okay.

Even if you don't get it done this week and you go another two or three weeks, it's not like the infestation will be so bad in two or three weeks that our heat can't get it. I'm asking because we do what's called a heat treatment to destroy the bedbugs and their eggs, and those would have to be covered.
You don't normally have to do this. And really, this treatment works in one day, but there are cases where we have to come back out and spray. And it's not, it's very rare. But if you've got a really bad infestation, then sometimes if it's extra cluttery or an extra bad infestation, sometimes we'll have to come back out one more time. Boxes are fine. If you have shoes and boxes, like if one of those boxes in the closet is shoes, just open the box and the heat will penetrate in there and it'll get anything that's in the box with shoes.
