I tell you what, we're going to make you less embarrassed because when we do show up at the house, it is in an unmarked truck and an unmarked trailer and our shirts say BBE. We are very discreet. No big dancing bed bug or anything like that. But when you are dealing with bed bugs, yeah, please leave that at home. When you are dealing with bed bugs, a heat treatment is what is needed. Spray, even if we, a professional company, came in and sprayed for you, there is no way that our spray would kill all of them. It wouldn't kill the eggs. It would kill a good amount, you know, of the bedbugs themselves, but the eggs would continue hatching and those that didn't cross the pesticide would continue breeding and it's a miserable ongoing process. And that is why we do a heat treatment. Now, we do a spray as well, but that's the icing on the cake. That's to leave you a second layer of protection that lasts for well over a month. I've raised the same concern. That's the first thing that I said to the owner, and he suggested that, you know, this is a method that we have been refining for three years, and so. Doing a couple of resprays is not completely unusual. And so, you know, based on the information he's telling me, he feels pretty confident that a second respray would do it. I also made a note on your account that we are resetting the warranty. to 60 days starting tomorrow. So you're going to get an additional two months of warranty. And we are not trying to like back out of this or try to get out of doing any. We are absolutely going to stand by our warranty and we will get it eradicated for you. I'm just, I do apologize that you're having to go through this. I know everyone in the family is sick of it. And we just want to, you know, we just want you to have a successful treatment and get this behind us. Okay.

It pushes out over 600,000 BTUs of thermal energy into your house. We raise the temperature of the house to about 140 degrees and we leave it there for about five or six hours. It's a scientific fact that once the temperature gets to about 122 degrees, the bedbugs will all die. Their exoskeletons are going to completely collapse on them.
What cool. we'd like to do is diagnose whether you have bed bugs or not over the phone. In this case, I don't think we're going to be able to do that.
