I'll tell you, they're masters of hiding. They're very hard to find unless you are in that sensitive state because they are attracted to the CO2. That's how they know to come out to feed. And I'll tell you, doctors are the worst.

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Titusville and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Floor clutter gets in the way of that. Floor clutter also breaks up the heat that we need so desperately down low. We would worry about ceiling clutter at the top of shelves if bedbugs hung out in the ceiling, okay? But the bedbugs hang down low with us. So we need that heavy thick blanket of 140 degree heat down low where the bed bugs are hiding and nesting. We know the tops of every room are going to get a fabulous heat treatment because heat rises.
Dryer at least 40 minutes, and then just have them fold it up and ready to put back on the beds after our treatment, and you'll be good to go, and then I'll send you the treatment letter on Monday.
I understand you want fast. but you also want the best treatment you can get. So a couple questions to ask. I don't know the other companies you're talking to. If they're doing a heat treatment, you want to know what kind of heat treatment.
They came to us for a bed bug treatment and we treated the home on June 29th. This is for a total of $4,900 and they said that you would be paying the heat treatment cost through an insurance claim. Um, we thought that we were going to be paid directly by you. We were not. The check was sent directly to them, at least that's what we were told, and they spent the money on something else.
I totally get that. You have to protect yourself as the homeowner. So yeah, I totally understand that. But for them to, you know, knowing that they had a 60 day guarantee if they were still having issues, take advantage of that.
All right. So what I want you to do, okay, treatment with May 5th. Treatment May 5th. I'm just taking notes so I can help monitor.
You do not have to be there at the time when they're done. Of course, to let him in unless you have a door code or a lockbox or a key stash or something. So once you let him in, you're good to go. When he, Victor, is going to be your technician, when he finishes your house, he will send you a text message. He'll let you know how the heat treatment went. He will remind you not to wipe down any basement.
We call it breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So they come out because they hide. I mean, they're notorious at hiding. And when they're hungry, they come out, they bite you breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and then they go back into their little hiding hole.
I think it's the best move. And because if we don't, it'll, let's just say we don't do it and the treatment is not successful, you're going to call me back in two weeks and say, Mike, we're still dealing with bedbugs. And then I'm going to start asking, you know, questioning our.
They say that this is extremely, extremely unusual that there would still be bedbugs that are biting you. It's not. It's completely unusual to see a couple of bedbugs after a treatment, but usually they're either on their last leg or they're kind of like, you know, they're dying and they're definitely not going to be biting.
It's usually about dinner time, so our technician, when he's done, will text you, letting you know that he's finished up. He'll let you know how the treatment went and he will ask you to stay out of the home for a couple more hours because we've had your home at 140 degrees all day. So it will be a little cooler than that when you get home, but it's still going to be hot.
The advertisement. No, we show up in an unmarked vehicle. So your neighbors will not know anything is going on. If they, you know, if any of them look outside and see all they're going to see is either a black or a silver truck that's going to be backed into your driveway. It's going to have a black trailer. And as far as they'll know, you probably cleaning carpets or something. They're not going to have. It's very discreet.

Now, with adult females, they're the bitches that they are, excuse my language, all they have to do is breed one time and they're laying five eggs a day every single day for a few weeks until they have to breed again. That is definitely bed bug.

Honestly, to me, with these guests saying everything was good, and then after they checked, they said they had bed bugs. That sounds to me like they're a scam. Usually when people get bit the first night or two, they are on the phone with the owner going, we have a problem.
If they know where it is and go, you know, yeah, there's going to be some, can you pull our plants outside and can you, we've got a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, pull that outside and, you know, he'll go over the list with them. But I would want them to look into that.
Maybe, maybe, maybe. It's a little unusual for you to have that many of them crawling around unless it's a really bad infestation. But if this has been going on a while, maybe they've multiplied. Do you think it's been going on for a couple weeks, a couple months?
You it they will keep laying eggs and reproducing and you'll have 10 times as many bedbugs in like 60 days than you have now.
