We do. We do a one day and done heat and spray treatment. The spray is the icing on our cake. The cake is the heat treatment. We raise the temperature very quickly in your home to 140 degrees and hold it there all day.

Regarding apartments and condominiums, you have to notify the HOA or property manager ahead of time, and we can show them our licenses and insurance on their request. But we do need to have you just notify them that we would be coming in to do a heat treatment.
Depending on the issue you're having, of course, it. It is, you know, owner. It is up to our owners whether we do another treatment or another spray.

They'll remind you not to wipe down baseboards, windowsills or door jams for three to four weeks because we've given you that second layer of protection with that pesticide barrier. And that's usually late afternoon.
Low-income housing. Okay, so what we would need with him being in a wheelchair. Wheelchairs are notorious, just like recliners. There are so many little hiding places. Bed bugs love hiding in recliners and wheelchairs. So what we would need for the day of treatment, and I'll explain what we do, and that way you have a better idea. We would need to make sure that there is a secondary chair there that has stayed out of the apartment or is brought right to him as he's leaving, okay? So he can be in that chair and we can spray the other one and heat treat it.
It would saying. cost you less money to do the whole home at one time than it would if we did your part and then they ended up with issues in the other apartment. So it is more cost effective to do the whole home at one time. So for an 1,800 square foot, it would be $2,300 for us to do our one day and done treatment. What we do, 2,300.
With the heat treatment, the reason why it is different than the other companies that use electric heat or propane heat, it is three times faster at raising the temperature in your home, which is really, really important. The electric and the propane heaters have a very slow rise of heat. Just like when you use the steamer or the spray, those bed bugs, they're not smart, but they do sense danger and they sense that heat heating up to where it's at a danger zone for them and they will move farther away and try and get away from that heat.
It seems like she missed the treatment totally. Okay. And that is very, very rare in a house that's not cluttered. Okay. So I can't really begin to tell you where she came from.
We just want to make sure all the clutter is out of the way for the technician, so we want to make sure that everything is picked up and there's nothing just laying around. So if you do have the time to go ahead and wash those, that's the best thing.

I just want to let you know, some people that get bit by bed bugs never show a mark. Other people, they show the marks that people see on the Internet. Other people have more of a sensitivity, so their bites will be more mosquito bite size. Some people have a greater sensitivity. Those bites will look like hives. So everybody presents a little bit differently, okay? Sometimes we can tell. can tell from the bite.
Because that heat assault is no joke. That's going to get them. All right, let me go ahead and work on your quote if you don't mind hold it for just a moment.
That way what we would do is we would come out and do a respray for you. So good news, you don't have to be gone all day long, but you would have to be gone about three to four hours while that spray dries. And that should take care of the issue, okay?
Cling on to clothing, shoes, bags, you know, luggage, anything like that. And they come home with you if the apartment has a common area and you guys hang down there. And if somebody had, you know, bedbugs and they were dropping off a few, you could have brought them in that way. People can go to the movie theater or doctors or work. Um, you know, and if someone has been there before you that is dealing with bedbugs and dropped off a couple, then it's just the luck of the draw bringing them back home.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
