You don't have to put anything next to it. If you just get the camera really, really close to it and you take a really good close-up picture without any zoom or anything, a lot of times I can tell whether or not it's a bed bug.

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Palm Bay and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
They're super hard to kill. They're really good at hiding. We do what we call a combined treatment. We use a three-point pesticide spray on the perimeter of the unit. We spray the headboards, around the couches, etc. Then we have a commercial trailer. It's called heat assault. It's specifically built to do heat treatments for bedbugs. We run hoses from the back of our trailer into your unit. We distribute heaters and fans throughout the inside of the unit. We raise the temperature to 140 degrees.
He is usually over there doing you know heat treatments and stuff but it was his trailer that needed some work and so we brought it to one technician and they're at the warehouse doing that while he's covering the technician that's working on the trailer he's doing that heat treatment so you
He didn't need to lift your mattress up to treat it just because there are some mattresses that just don't need to be lifted when we're doing a treatment. Some certain mattresses do need to be propped up, but in your case, our guys are very experienced, so he knows that your mattress didn't need to be lifted up. So, I mean, I understand that something is biting you, but based on our technician's investigations, he didn't even find any bedbugs.
Let me go over what our treatment options are and just a bit about how that process would work. So what we do is a combined treatment that's a spray and heat because again with bed bugs we don't want to just get the ones that you're seeing but also the larvae the eggs and anywhere that they may be hiding. So when our technicians come out, they're going to do so in a discreet unmarked vehicle and they're going to spray the perimeter of your home.
We're going to have to look like we're going to have to do another heat treatment for the whole property like on the same day. So the whole property will have to evacuate, you know, for about 10 to 12 hours so we can get it done again. And we should have done this in the first place. And part of that was.
What we try and do. Now, if we don't have anything in that area and we have an available technician, then we do make them do the drive. But if we can get you on the same day that we've got a heat treatment that we have to be down there anyway, because our technicians go all over the place, okay? We have them busy and they go all over the place. But if we can coordinate.
We want to keep treat as much of your stuff as possible, but we walk a fine line. So we have some homes that are so cluttered.
Someone in a neighboring apartment and I would assume if you have a bedroom that shares a wall with another bedroom apartment you know your next door neighbor that that they could be coming from there how long have you lived in this apartment
I always try and keep people on track with that. And so you'll have your health care worker in there tomorrow. Basically, it is just a floor free of clutter.
Normally when we hear that there's still some bed bugs remaining, we normally like to wait a couple of days to see if the heat actually has done its job and the spray, the barrier that we placed down around the interior perimeter, we'd like to wait a couple of days. I know that you just have your son yesterday?
It's maddening, you know, they're just hitchhikers. Somebody brought them in not knowing or you picked them up somewhere not knowing. I mean, we just treated the dentist's office last week, just they could be anywhere.
The reason why we asked for ADT is because you would have to notify them to set it to test mode. So you don't have that. That's fine. You're not in a condo. Okay. All your trash needs to be thrown away as well. and put in a dumpster outside of the house.
Bed bug experts. Yes. I've heard some good things about them and I believe they're a company that uses the heaters that they bring up into your unit.

I suggest that you very thoroughly brush them right before you put them in your carriers and you take them out of your house because that bedbugs don't want to feed on animals if people are there.
It is you turn the whole building's sprinkler head system off or what we do, which is very expensive to drain them, tap them, whatever. So what we do is our technicians will actually prep those sprinkler heads individually if there are sprinkler heads. And for lack of a better technical term, I need to find out what these things are called, but I consider them sprinkler head koozies.
Not going to kill. So in a couple days, you think you're good. And then here come the next wave. Okay. And in a couple weeks, those eggs hatch. And then here comes another wave. So that will in the long run cost you more money and a whole lot of time and frustration dealing with bed bugs. Okay. And then there are different.
They're very difficult to see unless you... have started to get a bad infestation and then you'll start seeing them sort of during the day and that's when you know that they're really bad because usually bed bugs are only active between about 11 p.m to about 5 or 6 a.
Now choose and anything anybody needs to take with them needs to be thoroughly checked for any bed bugs and eggs. If their backpacks, book bags, vacuum them out thoroughly inside and out. And then once those items are checked, repack them back in. And then, you know, as soon as you get home, strip down, throw clothes if they need to be washed in the washer like you've been doing. If not.
Because if it heats the whole house, otherwise I wouldn't have a job. I would not own this company. If it didn't work, I wouldn't have a job. So we know it'll work and we've got hundreds, thousands of jobs that we've done. So this is not a mystery of can they hide from it? No, or my job wouldn't work. So we'll come out and spray again and hopefully you will stop getting bit from that and we won't even have to think about it again.
