Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
Because the images that you sent us, I sent those over to the technicians as well as the owner. They've all seen those and agreed that an inspection isn't necessary. We would just go forward with the heat treatment because it's confirmed bedbugs.
Answered on a call,
It would take probably less than an hour to spray. I can ask him. He has a 9 a.m. start time there, so that would get him, at least on Saturdays, the traffic isn't as bad. That would be... gosh. Um, hang on a second. There was, you know, the same guy.
Answered by Dori on a call,
Why I'm calling you because I'm the owner and Mike is an employee that doesn't go out on the jobs. So I read what happened yesterday and I talked to Chase and that's why I'm calling you so that you know exactly. And yes, they don't spray that it can't. We can't spray anything that a person, a human has prolonged contact with. So we can't spray the tops of chairs. It's illegal. We can't spray the tops of the bed, but on the sides we can spray. And we've been doing this.
Answered by Julie on a call,
Absolutely. If you haven't paid them anything yet, then I don't see any reason why you can't cancel them.
Answered by Mike on a call,
Just bang out her shoes really, really well. And, you know, and do that in the bedroom or the living room.
Answered by Dori on a call,
If they think there's bed bugs what you can do is ask them to take pictures of any bugs they find, any bites they're getting, and then text them to you and you can text them to us. That way you don't have to go into the house and we can confirm whether it's bed bugs or not. Because a lot of people, if they see a bug on a bed, they automatically go bed bug. It could be just a wayward bug of any kind that just ended up on the bed. So we like to confirm because we don't want to take anybody's money if we don't think we can help them. So we just like to be careful with that. So have them share your pictures, you know, have them share their pictures with you.
Answered by Dori on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Bunnell and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
We have a 60-day guarantee. We know if we can keep you bed bug free for 60 days, this infestation is gone. Because if there is even an egg that was laid at like 7.59 a.m. and we started our treatment at 8 a.m.
Basically, essentially what it means is if you find live bedbugs after we do that spray or after we do the heat treatment, within 60 days of doing that heat treatment, you just got to let us know and we'll come back and we'll spray it again.
Hello? Bins full of clothing is not good. Bins full of other things is okay, but bins full of clothing is kind of the same thing as a pile of clothing. Can you take that clothes out of the bins and run them through the dryer and put them in a bag and then put them back away after the treatment?
I don't know if he is, I mean, I know he's in the middle of the heat treatment. I just don't know if he's at his vehicle. Hold on one second.
We don't, you know, there is a little bit of prep work that needs to be done, which is essentially taking people, pets and plants out of the house on that day of the treatment.
If maybe you're dealing with something different. It could be mites, scabies, bed bugs usually, they'll cling, a couple of them will cling to your clothing and go out with you, but they usually don't hang out in your clothing and bite you throughout the day.
They'll be at the property for the vast majority of the time that they're. that they're treating it. It's only until probably the last few hours where they're going to start disconnecting everything.
You're welcome. You have a great day. And then what Victor will do when he is done with the heat treatment mid to late afternoon, probably late afternoon, he will send you a text letting you know that he's finished, how the heat treatment went, and he'll ask that you stay out of the house for a couple more hours because we've had your home at 140 degrees all day. It's going to be pretty hot when you get home, okay?
You'd have to just coordinate with the tenants. It's also extremely important that on the day of the treatment that when the tenants leave, that they're not leaving with a bunch of things like bags and...
Possibly be bed bugs. So and you've dealt with her, you know, it's easier just to do the inspection. I told her to leave everything as is. Okay. And that way, if there is any evidence to be found, it will be easy for our technician to find them.
If they have an excess amount of clothes, like I was mentioning to you, you know, when you have an excess amount of clothes and you're really shoving stuff into that closet, I mean, it's a workout trying to get a top out or something, then we would ask them to take some of those items out, run them through a hygiene dryer.
Most likely the technician will tear your room apart and, you know, flip your mattress and stuff like that and leave your closet doors open, you know, as long as it's clean and there's nothing really on the floor and your clothes are put away neatly.
We start about 8 a.m., sometimes 9 a.m. It just depends on where our technician is coming from. You might have a little drive. So if that happens, we start at 9 a.m. and we need all people and pets out of the home all day. We promise to have you back no later than 8 p.m. at night.
If this was a house that had been converted, then I would say you got to treat the whole house.
A big deal. No. Let me see. Where are you? To just shift to. Okay, so what we do in this case is we come out and we respray. So you are an Ocoee. Okay, so what I need to do is get with the calendar. I'll update the team, let them know I'll get with the calendar and then figure out the.
Going to be multiplying. If you brought them back, they're going to be multiplying. So, I mean, it's really a question of take a look at your bites, try to focus on where they are. You're going to know if you start to get more. You might know tomorrow. You might wake with new bites tomorrow, and then you'll know.
Usually what we do when we speak to people, I know you spoke to Kendall, when I speak to someone that does have an Airbnb, I get that information. When were the last guests in? Did they have any complaints? How many days in between? That helps us kind of narrow down where they came from.
Let me tell you, you're not alone. We see this happen. The clutter almost encourages giving them more places to hide and it lets the problem get so out of hand before it's noticed or, you know, it's really sad. It's a very tough thing we have to see. Yeah. Okay. And now my question is, what is your cost for the process? He lives in Taveries.
Candace is not good with the heat treatment. You know, cross fire is. We use heat.
If you could go ahead, whenever you have the time today, if you could send us a couple of those pictures just so I can send that over to our text and they can confirm before we actually come out. But I do want to go over what our treatment does. It does entail because you mentioned that there were some other companies that you that quoted you as well.
Why choose us
We kill bed bugs. Only bed bugs. One method, done right, in a single visit — heat and a residual product together, on every job we run.
Unmarked vehicles and personnel
No logos, and no mention of bed bugs on trucks, equipment or uniforms. Neighbours see a van; they do not see why it is there.
Total peace of mind
Sixty days of cover on every job. Should bed bugs survive the treatment, which is rare, we come back out and eliminate the problem for good at no cost.
No other pests, ever
One method, done right, in a single visit. It is the only approach we sell, which is the reason we are good at it.
Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Over the years, we have developed a clear process and plan that works no matter the scale of infestation. As time has passed and our team has worked together more, we have focused on delivering treatment and solutions for bed bugs that are proven to work. To do this, we follow a strict five-step process that helps us to prepare any property in Bunnell and beyond for the removal of bed bugs:
This five-step process means that we can, more often than not, eradicate all bed bugs present in your building in one visit. Instead of a course of return trips, you get a solution that is covered for a minimum of sixty days. Plan on the crew being with you for most of a working day: a full heat cycle plus the spray usually runs somewhere between eight and eleven hours, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.
| Heat only | Chemical | Combination | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kills eggs | Yes | Often misses | Yes |
| Residual protection | None | A few weeks | Weeks |
| Reaches hidden voids | Bugs flee deeper | Limited | Yes |
| Visits needed | 1 (with gaps) | 2–4 | Usually 1 |
| Guaranteed | — | — | Yes |
Bed bugs die at 118°F held around 90 minutes, and 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
Rentals turn over faster than owner-occupied homes, and turnover is how an infestation arrives.

Yes. Bunnell is inside our service area, worked out of our Winter Garden office, about a 126-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Bunnell sits roughly 126 minutes from our Winter Garden office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
Clearly, you are dealing with an infestation of bed bugs in Bunnell. Some of the most common signs that we recommend you look out for when dealing with bed bugs include, but are not limited to:
