Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Over the years, we have developed a clear process and plan that works no matter the scale of infestation. As time has passed and our team has worked together more, we have focused on delivering treatment and solutions for bed bugs that are proven to work. To do this, we follow a strict five-step process that helps us to prepare any property in Ormond Beach and beyond for the removal of bed bugs:
This five-step process means that we can, more often than not, eradicate all bed bugs present in your building in one visit. Instead of a course of return trips, you get a solution that is covered for a minimum of sixty days. Plan on the crew being with you for most of a working day: a full heat cycle plus the spray usually runs somewhere between eight and eleven hours, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.
| Heat only | Chemical | Combination | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kills eggs | Yes | Often misses | Yes |
| Residual protection | None | A few weeks | Weeks |

Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, 1 of them from Ormond Beach and the area we cover from here, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
Just trying to get an idea on maybe how much time you would need getting your house in order, because the less more clutter, the more organized in everything. the more effective our treatment is. And especially because you've been dealing with this for years, they are going to be found in the weirdest of places. So we need to hit your home hard. I mean, we hit all homes hard, whether it's a small or a large infestation.
Answered by Dori on a call,
You do not have to be there at the time when they're done. Of course, to let him in unless you have a door code or a lockbox or a key stash or something. So once you let him in, you're good to go. When he, Victor, is going to be your technician, when he finishes your house, he will send you a text message. He'll let you know how the heat treatment went. He will remind you not to wipe down any basement.
Answered by Dori on a call,
I don't know. We are not seeing any bed bug issue and we are bed bug exterminators, so I don't know what else it could be. That's why I wanted to see what was going on to see if we could tell you it's bed bug or if it's not bed bug.
Answered by Dori on a call,
That is really, really difficult if no one in the house is getting bit, having problems of any kind because they are so tiny and they have to be around for about a good month or so before there's really
Answered by Dori on a call,
Everything definitely is leaning towards bed bugs for sure um the picture of the bug it's can you get any closer to it maybe yeah
Answered on a call,
You should just be able to click on your text message thread and send the message.
Answered on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Ormond Beach and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Do stuffed animals, too, okay? Stuffed animals as well. So it could, your other weapon besides your dryer, okay, that you should use is your vacuum cleaner. Anything that you can't put in that dryer. To do a seat treatment on, you want to vacuum very carefully, you want to vacuum very slowly, and then immediately throw that vacuum dirt into an outdoor trash can.
You can do in the meantime is to strip the bedding of all the linens and put them through the washer and the dryer. Put the dryer on high heat. That will kill any bed bugs or eggs that are in the linens.
We don't spray the bed. No, we don't spray the bed. We don't spray anything that will have continuous human contact. So what we do is we spray around the interior perimeter of the home, of your apartment, around the baseboards, around the windowsills, around door jams, in your closets, around the... where the floor meets the wall. We don't spray actual furniture. We don't spray anyone's furniture.
We do spray first. If we are going to use our guarantee, it's with a spray and heat combination. The good thing is, though, the spray is not harmful and it will be super dry by the time, you know, you have to stay out for 90 minutes usually and we tell people three hours, but in your case, it'll be six or seven hours with heat. So it'll be nice and dry.
If your cleaning crew has multiple vacuums, tell them everybody bring a vacuum and vacuum like it's your new cardio program. Seriously, vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. Don't tell them to spray anything. No powders, no sprays. It will spread the...
Don't know. Yeah, I don't know where he got that. And I heard the phone call where you mentioned that to Kendall as well. And anything that I heard between her and Donald didn't mention a 90-day guarantee. So I think sometimes when it's an overwhelming situation and get a lot of new information that things can get confused.
They usually don't, you know, hang out, excuse me, underneath, but every now and then they can get under there, but the heat treatment should take care of those, right?
What we do is an all-day treatment. We start at 8 a.m. in the morning. We need all people, all pets out of the home for the day, and we promise to have you back in home no later than 8 p.m. And yeah, go ahead.
It very well might be because sometimes they're called elder affairs, coalition of, sometimes area agency on aging, many different names all over the United States, but they're a resource center for senior citizens and you just want to say, you know, I'm a senior citizen and I'm looking for financial help for event drug treatment.
Them that is in and around the bedroom, vacuum it really well and immediately after turning off the vacuum, throw that vacuum dirt into an outdoor trash can. What that will do is if there are any kind of bugs on or near the surface, that vacuum suction will suck them up into the vacuum and you're getting it out of your house.
Absolutely um and then a really thorough slow vacuum of absolutely everything that you cannot put in the dryer Okay, and immediately after vacuuming, throw that vacuum dirt into an outdoor trash can. Hopefully it's some kind of a mite-related or something like that, some kind of bug. You're going to suck it up and suck it out of the house, okay?
Amberish color, amber-yellow color. If you've ever seen a cicada locust that got out of their shell and you find the empty hard body, that is what the exoskeleton is for the bed bug, but of course much smaller. There are one, two, three, four, five times they shed their skin, their exoskeleton, to grow to the next size.
Will not lead you astray. So I want to make sure that we rule out bed bugs. And then if we rule out bed bugs, then a general pest control company can help you. If it is bed bugs, then you've definitely called the right company. Because we are the best at what we do in Florida.
Lightly woven cloth yeah if it's if they're bed bug encasements those are very tightly woven and they can't get through them okay but if they're not bed bug encasements they can so I would say take the pillows and run them through a hot high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes as well then what you want to do to make yourself feel a little bit more comfortable and what you're figuring out what company you want to go with you know things like that Then you want
Us, it is very effective. And what that means is that you will do it once and we don't have to come back and you don't have to live with these bugs for months or even years sometimes battling them, fighting them, getting bitten, having your house.
We don't luckily didn't get them. We've never had them, but it still was one of those things. It's still in the back of my mind of. He got exposed and being in this industry, it can be quite dramatic.
Bites every single day for like five days, that could mean that you have five bedbugs in your home on different feeding cycles. So not everybody's going to be on that same three to five days. If you wake up with 20 to 30 bites tomorrow morning.
That's usually because they're avoiding the spray or the powder that you put down. And while they're waiting for that to dissipate, they're breeding and growing in numbers. So that happens quite a bit. Okay, so I sent you some information on us. So you have us right at your phone, okay?
Even if you vacuum that, you might not have noticed those. I'm thinking, I mean, if you look at the one, oh, let me see, it's the second to the last one you sent me of the bed frame itself. Okay, the second one, the last one before the The far away picture of the whole bed frame. If you look at that picture in the bottom left, you see that one lone what we're thinking are eggs. You see the fuzz that's hanging off of that?
We'll try again. So yeah, I mean, I don't know how much to go back and forth because I want ultimately, if you have bedbugs. You paid us to get rid of them, and we're going to get rid of them. So I think where we are now is we need to be sure that's what you're dealing with. Chase says that you told him you had a pretty bad infestation, so he was really watching to monitor where, and he saw no bugs around the Oh, bed.

Yes. Ormond Beach is inside our service area, worked out of our Winter Garden office, about a 94-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Ormond Beach sits roughly 94 minutes from our Winter Garden office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.

Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
