One-Day Bed Bug Treatment in College Park

Do a heat treatment. That is our cake. The icing on the cake is the perimeter spray that we give you within each and every room, each and every closet. We spray very carefully and strategically underneath and inside furniture as well. Okay.

A great question. So when it comes to the heat treatments, your electronics will be just fine. Those circuit boards that those circuits are printed on, that silicon is designed to withstand much higher heat than one just. just 140 degrees.

A lot of work, you know, and sometimes if that heat doesn't reach them at a temperature that kills them immediately, they feel the heat, they know it's a dangerous temperature and they move deeper into wherever they are. So you need to be really, really careful with that. That's why I don't suggest steaming because steaming is the same way.

Don't want you taking. No, so we don't want you taking anything outside of the house or outside the apartment other than what we just talked about for the preparation items. So leave when you leave in the morning after you after you let the technician into the apartment, when you leave in the morning, please only leave with the shoes on your feet and the clothes on on your back because we don't want you to come back.

A matter of fact, we will not leave your home chase will be there in your driveway all day long going into your house once every half hour once he has everything sprayed and then the heat equipment set up and then starts the heat treatment. He'll be going in once every half hour to monitor the heat to move the heat assault fans where we need it.

Now, if because you've been in and out of that house a couple times. If they just now made their way to you into your bedroom, that would mean that they're going to be a little bit more of them and you're not going to be able to fix your own issue. But I have my fingers crossed because bed bug treatment is not inexpensive. We do not come out and just treat one room. We treat the whole home. Okay.

If it is a bed bug, it's going to just like you and me, when we're approached by danger, we're going to move away from danger. So if they aren't embedded in a mattress, it'll go deeper into the mattress. If, you know, if you're doing the baseboards or whatever, they could go deeper into the baseboard.

Have had a wayward mosquito, you might have had a wayward sand flea, chigger, no-see-um, and each of those will bite in little clusters or straight lines as well. Okay. So hard to determine what it is right now.

They're bad. And when they get into your home, they'll get in different places you don't even realize yet. Okay, so what we do is a one day and done spray and treatment. Okay, we show up in the morning and we need all people and all pets out of the home all day long. We have you back home. No later than 8 p.m. at night. It's usually about dinner time when you can get home, okay?

Sometimes landlords will pay for the heat treatment. They want bed bugs out of their home.

I'm trying to figure that out. I'm trying to narrow it down. Bedbugs hang down low where we are, okay? So furniture, baseboards, wall outlets, where we are. If we hovered at the ceiling, that's where bedbugs would be, but we don't. So bedbugs aren't up around the ceiling area. That's why I wanted to know if the duplex was above you because they would come down from another unit if on top of you. That being the case that is beside you, I'm going to ask another question.

If we could, that would be very helpful. But they may, as I said, they may have hitchhiked out when you guys left and then came back in. They could have been from the car.

You need to do is you need to declutter your space. You need to do as best you can and get somebody out there to spray if you want to continue living there. If not, they're going to evict you. So, you know, beating a dead horse is not going to get you any further. What you need to do is get a game plan, get somebody out there to spray for you and declutter, declutter, declutter.

I wanted to give you some extra advice just, you know, even though I don't know if it's something we can do, like we have a portable unit, a portable heater that we could bring up, but it has to be vented, so she would have to have a balcony. She doesn't have a balcony.

The person who lived in the house before us had the kitchen remodeled and they brought in new cabinets. So we've only ever had termites.

I ordinarily say this, when you get back to the house, I would also wash and dry the clothes that you came back with as soon as possible, almost immediately if you can, right?

Now that's, you know, first, like I said before, we would have to determine without it. We have to make a diagnosis that you actually have bedbugs, so we would never sell you a product or a treatment that you don't need. So it would be, you know, ideally, you know, you could get a picture of the bites on your son's back and share that with us.
