Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.

You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Why choose us

Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.

Measured across 11 call-backs where a caller in Land O’ Lakes did not reach us first time. Counts come from our own phone record. No caller is identified.
Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
Just come and spray. Now what he'll do, he may end up pulling up the sheets, things like that just to kind of check to see, you know, do an inspection while he's there. If so, then, you know, all they have to do is just put the sheets right back on the bed and stuff. Just make sure that the floor is free of clutter and all laundry is done and that'll take care of it.
Answered by Dori on a call,
Absolutely. And then all we need is somebody to let us in at 8 a.m. and then, yeah, 8 a.m. and then they're good to go on their day.
Answered by Dori on a call,
We've had a couple of, yeah, we've had, you know, several leads that I'm not sure if they've turned into a successful sale or not.
Answered by Mike on a call,
Perfect yeah make sure you get pictures and then just send them to us and you know whether on this number whether on your other phone number and we'll make sure that that Chase or Richard comes out and resprays for you if you see any more all
Answered by Dori on a call,
They do.
Answered by Dori on a call,
I just want to say if she's coming back tonight, is anyone coming home with her?
Answered by Dori on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Land O’ Lakes and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
It there for about five or six hours. And what that does is the heat will destroy the bed bugs, their exoskeletons will collapse, and their eggs will be completely devastated, which is something that the pesticides alone can't do. Now... There is a little bit of preparation work that goes into the heat treatment.
Five square footage. It's five square footage. So we treat the home and the furniture is just lucky enough to be in there when we treat.
We do what's called the combined treatments. The way that we exterminate these bed bugs is we show up in an unmarked truck and trailer. So it's very discreet.
We're heating your home up to 140 degrees for the day. So anything combustible, we ask that you move out of the home before the treatment so you have a home to come home to.
It's 60 days. If you find any bedbugs, live bedbugs, if you find any live bedbugs within that 60-day window, our warranty, we would basically go out there and retreat again.
All of your sensitive electronics, your TV, computers, laptops, gaming stations, monitors, just unplug them the morning of the treatment. They are fine to stay right where they are.
If you're getting if you're feeling overwhelmed and you might mean, I don't know, you might have to be doing all of this. I'm not saying you don't have to do it. We want you to prep. It's important, but you might be trying to be perfect and try and do it right and it might be overkill.
Might. You might, being that you are in an apartment complex, you do need to let property management know. And sometimes that works out well for you because they will pay a pest control company to come in and do it. Most of the time, though, they use their people and they just spray. Spray is only going to kill the ones that are on the surface.
They're normally wherever you're at for long periods of time so they can feed on you. So, I mean, if you haven't seen any or if your home has already been treated with our C&A.
You say. If you use a steam cleaner and there's one on the surface, it will kill it. But if there's any that are a little bit below the surface, they're not going to get that little blast of steam and they're going to feel that dangerous temperature just like the sprays. They're going to move farther away from it.
Is an expert in the very large houses in the Orlando area, and the heat assault system he has is the 600X, which is the most powerful heat assault system we have. So we would definitely want him doing it, and I can make sure that he's available on like on the 28th, 29th, you know. after your guest leaves.
The adults are about the size of an apple seed. The babies and the eggs are about the size of a head of a straight pin.
That's true. If you can open up the plastic bag and get your cell phone in there and get a good, clear, close-up picture, that would be helpful. For us to do... Our one day and done treatment, it is $1,900 for us to do it. We start about 9 a.m. in the morning. We need all people, all pets out of the home. We say we have everybody back in no later than 8 p.m.
We have been reviewing everything. We treated you on May 3rd, okay? On May 13th, you called me and said that you saw the bug on mom's chair. And then I asked you that if you see any more to put it in a Ziploc baggie and let me know immediately. Okay, that was on May 13th. And then I checked in with you on May 24th and asked how it was going.
I can give you a ballpark based off of the, well, I can give you an accurate estimate based off of the size of the house.
We will come back out. We'll just, you know, work it out between you and I to where Catherine's already gone because I don't want them talking to each other.
At least we have a couple options if I could get somebody in there quickly. But I would say if not, what you want to do is if I can't get anybody in there before your next guest leave.
It could have been one that, you know, had crawled into something that ended up leaving with you guys and then came back in, you know. It happens. It happens. Two bed bugs alive squished one and it bled. Okay, I'm just taking notes. I know, weird notes.
When they check into the home depending on the person's routine if they go straight into the bedroom drop their purse on the bed take their shoes off drop their clothes on the bed or the floor those bed bugs fall off they find that
I don't know if we're getting ads from you guys or not. I know that we partner with Google local service ads and also Angie's List. Those are the only types of leads that I've seen, but I'm just a representative. I'm not the business owner, and so I don't manage that part of the business. So I'm just trying to answer your questions the best that I can.

Yes. Land O’ Lakes is inside our service area, worked out of our Tampa office, about a 30-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Land O’ Lakes sits roughly 30 minutes from our Tampa office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
