A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Priced by the home, not the room
Treatment starts at $1,800 and is priced by your home's size. Most Inverness homes run $1,800–$2,800. A heavy infestation or a hoarding condition adds $200–$300. The quoted price is the whole job: the heat cycle, the residual spray, and the 60-day guarantee inside the one number.
The exact figure is confirmed free over the phone before anything is booked — no site visit, and the price quoted is the price on the day.

“My experience with Bed Bug Exterminator was very positive. Chase handled the inspection professionally and didn’t miss any areas. Before that, Kendall had helped me book the appointment smoothly and answered all my questions. Everything felt organized and well-managed from start to finish.”
Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.

Very possibly. And with a mobile home when we heat treat. You know, I mean, even in Florida in the winter, it doesn't get as cold as it does up north. So when we heat treat and there's cold outside, that means that our heat system, excuse me, I'm sorry, I have to change my earbud.
Answered by Dori on a call,
What we typically can do is if as long as your guests are okay with this first of all Well, okay, let me get my order right tomorrow. We can show up around 8 a.
Answered on a call,
The plan was that we're going to do it at 10. My tech's going to leave your place probably around 8. By the following morning, your cleaning crew is going to go there, vacuum, clean, turn the air conditioning on, and when your guests arrive in the afternoon, no one's going to be the wiser. when your maid goes in the following morning monday morning the it's gonna be a little warm in there it'll probably be like 80 or something like that but it drops off pretty quick once we stop applying heat so if it's 140 when we leave it'll be like we usually say don't go back in the house for two hours because it's like sub 100 after two hours so after two hours it'll be like 90 which you know it's uncomfortable but not you know life threatening.
Answered on a call,
Out yeah will come out by next week then it's been how many weeks so yeah but I wouldn't be running around washing everything trying to get rid of them because that reduces the number of them that we could even you know find where they're nesting but it's in your room
Answered by Julie on a call,
I don't have a email direct. What I can do is just forward this message to them.
Answered by Charles on a call,
It is not a bed bug. I think it could, I'm not sure what that is.
Answered by Dori on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Inverness and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Going to try another spray okay we're outside the 60-day guarantee but we're still going to spray for you one more time but after that if you still see them then we're definitely going to need to get out for another heat treatment
Then do know if somebody tries to sell you a spray package instead of heat, ask them if they do a guarantee because we're going to guarantee and ask them how many sprays is it going to take because my understanding is it's, well, it's not my understanding, it's a fact it will take three, four or five sprays over a period of months and
Our trailer is our heat assault system. It runs on its own generator, so we're not piggybacking off of your electric. So what we do is run hoses from our heat assault system into the camper or the RV, and we have heat assault fans. The system pumps the heat into your RV, and as I said, we hold it for a few hours.
Just because it's up so high, I would have to get with my team because how we handle things, we actually use a commercial trailer and we run holes from the back of the trailer into the apartment, excuse me. In the 15th floor, I don't know if we have long enough hose for the 15th floor, so I would have to double check.
Will kill bugs but they cannot hurt eggs you have to wait then for the eggs to hatch and spray again and it takes a handful of time handful of times to maybe get them it's not a very effective method or it's not a surefire method sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't so we only do heat we only treat bed bugs and we have special equipment to do it and we would come in you guys would have to pick a day that you can be out of
Our guy's not scared of bed bugs, so he's a little more easy to do the prep than trying to get a stranger to come in and do the prep because they don't want to be around the bed bugs. He's not scared of them. He knows how to take care of them. Right? Right. Okay, we'll talk soon.
Spray. The garage we will spray. If you have a back porch with furniture on it, we'll spray and we'll spray the furniture as well. But it does no good to heat treat a garage. It does no good to heat treat like an enclosed porch. They're not insulated. Kind of like when mom used to yell at you, close the front door, you're trying to air condition the outside. It's kind of the same way, you know.
Also do a spray, but that spray is the icing on our cake. That leaves you with second layer protection that lasts for well over a month.
Bed bugs will die, their exoskeletons are going to collapse, even the eggs will die. So putting it out in the hot Florida sun, even though it's hot, it's not going to get above 122 degrees.
I know that you she said something about, oh, and he's got us in a hotel for four days. I said, that's because he cares and he wants you guys out of the bed bug situation for a while. You know, I would be thankful.
If it's bed bug related or not bed bug related. Now being that you have black sheets, you are not going to be able to see spotting on black sheets. Is your mattress and or mattress topper white?
The side door that faces the trailer, the lock is broken and he can get in that way.
We don't, no, we don't do just beds. We don't do just one room because bedbugs hitchhike into your home. So before you realize you were dealing with bedbugs, there's a very high probability that they have hitchhiked into other areas of your home.
It doesn't even say exterminator. We just use our BBE logo and we have our license number and our phone number, which legally we have to have on our trucks and trailers.
Our technicians have been in the business for many, many years. So they have lots of experience and what they do is we don't use dogs or canines rather for inspections. They're just going to use their Mark I eyeballs and they're going to be using lots of intuition and years of experience to look for the problem places where we would normally see bedbugs at.
When you go over to, it is, because it's really bad in the United States right now. And I think as I was telling you before, most people don't even realize it for a month or so that they're dealing with it. So before it's even evident in their home, they're sharing them, you know, wherever they go.
Sometimes it's harder as we get older to see them. They're small bugs. And then if we have issues, I mean, you know, I'm 64 and I got all kinds of pain and stuff. Would I notice? A bite? Maybe?
The second one I can see clearly by the shoelace it looks like. With the bug, I just, I would need to see it a little bit closer. Let me try this. Let me try to zoom in a little bit. I just know it's going to change the pixel a little bit here.
That way you'll feel a little bit more comfortable so again plastic keep it all wrapped as much as long as you can make sure that encasement goes on did you get one for the box springs as well
I'm not sure if I'm comfortable walking around naked in the privacy of my own home, I'll be honest with you.

Older housing stock means more cracks and crevices for bed bugs to harbour in. Rentals turn over faster than owner-occupied homes, and turnover is how an infestation arrives.
Driving distance from Inverness. Routed by proximity — cities closer to another BBE office are served from there.

Yes. Inverness is inside our service area, worked out of our Winter Garden office, about a 71-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Inverness sits roughly 71 minutes from our Winter Garden office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
