This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in The Villages and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
The hotel room, there have been times that we have been hired to do a whole hotel or a whole rehab facility or a whole assisted living and we break uh huh. it up by floors or wings and we do, we heat treat.
You just, you just, that's, and I will, a lot of people, okay, the reason why we say bag them and get them out of the way, because a lot of people are dealing with a huge amount of clutter.
I hope that it didn't cause too many problems. I do want to let you know we are giving you the absolute best treatment that we can give you. So you're getting the portable human and you're also getting the heat assault system.
My goodness. Then what we do is we just get straight to treatment for those people that haven't actually found any bugs, don't know what's going on, then we come out and do inspections.
If anyone asks, that's what we let our, you know, people, nosy neighbors, you know, because everybody's got them. That's what we let them know. And actually, our heat assault system, the trailer was used after Milton and Helene for a lot of our customers to dry out their homes that were damaged by the flooding of the hurricanes last year. So what we.
All we can ask for, doing your best, and we appreciate it so much because what that's going to allow us to do is to give you the most effective treatment we can.
That is, you know, there are a lot of things that all of us do differently, but I believe they're all of the same mind. Now you might get somebody shady that says, sure, I can come out and I can spray one room for you, or I can heat treat one room for you. Get ready to see them on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, and you're going to end up spending way more money than you would and still be dealing with bedbugs.
On. They're going to bite the first skin they come to. So concentrate in that area and not just on the bed in that area, but bed frame, baseboards down low. How can they get up there? Think like a bed bug. If you have a platform bed that's solid all around, it's really easy for them to get.
This is a competitive price for what it is, and after you book, I'll have to go over the prep, which will kind of be, I guess, between me and you and the tenant to make sure she does the prep, which is basically just decluttering the house. She doesn't have to remove, we don't.
I know it's a big expense and I understand you might want to research and, you know, try to figure out if there's a better way. But I've kind of told you the basics to ask anybody else, you know, if you're going to spray it, are you going to guarantee it? If you come four times for $400 of spray and I still have them, what are you going to do? That type of thing.
Think about it. If we found bedbugs, we're not going to say no bedbugs because that's money out of our pocket. You know, if we walk away from an inspection with no bedbugs. So, so, you know, I don't know what it is. Probably those nose seen them.
Quite a bit of bite. Okay. We need to know how many bites. Okay. That's really important. And I'll explain why. If there is one wayward bed bug in your home, okay, we'll just use one for example. They have a three to five day feeding cycle. When they come out to feed, they will bite someone. usually three times. We call it breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Pick them up and bring them in. You don't need to be traveling. You don't need to be going out of the country. You can be taking an Uber or going to your favorite restaurant and sitting at a booth or going to a doctor's office.
They do a thorough walkthrough, but it is your responsibility to make sure the prep is done. Now, if they see a missed candle or something like that, they just stick it in the refrigerator and let you know, hey, there was a missed candle. But the biggest goal is to make sure the home is clean and clutter-free because clutter is, you know, not a good situation for bedbugs.
Bite in a cluster of three, okay? It's either in a zigzag line or a linear pattern, and sometimes they'll only bite two because somebody might be rolling over, and then they get knocked off. And they're lazy bugs. They're like, okay, I've had enough food. So you might see them in three days if you only bit you twice. You might see the other one in five days if they bit you three times. He's a little bit more full. Okay. So what we do.
I know there's a big thing that, you know, big stigma where only dirty people get bedbugs, and that is just not right. We do germaphobes homes. We do mansions. We do mobile homes. Anybody can get bedbugs. Bed bugs are opportunists.
That is like the second layer of protection that should not be the first layer of protection with bed bugs Heat is the only thing that is going to kill the eggs and it's going to be the only thing that penetrates any furniture that they've gotten into, whether it upholstered furniture, mattresses, anything like that, or the walls. It's going to penetrate the walls and kill the bedbugs and eggs that are there.
Matter where you go. Yes, it doesn't matter where you go. You can go anywhere at the wrong place at the wrong time and bring them back home, okay? Just like people that let them stay in their home and the population grows and they try and take care of themselves, every time they walk out of the apartment, they're probably bringing a few bed bugs with them and dropping them.
