Why we run both, on every job

Heat

Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.

Residual

Asked on a call from Fulton

May 2026

Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.

Do you do it with chemicals?

We have, it's called a combined treatment. We have, we use a three-part pesticide spray. We spray the interior perimeter of your home, like around baseboards and windowsills, door jams, things of that nature. But we also bring in a commercial piece of equipment. It's on a trailer, and it's designed specifically to destroy bed bugs and their eggs. It's called heat assault. And this unmarked trailer... So it's very discreet. It pumps about 600,000 BTUs of thermal energy into your house. And we get the temperature up to about 140 degrees and we leave it there for about six or seven hours. And that destroys all the bed bugs and more importantly, their eggs, because pesticides alone.

Answered by Mike on a call,

Order to do this?

I'll answer that one second. So it looks like we have this Friday available, the 17th. And so in regards to what would need to be removed from the property, not much. I don't know if you've contacted any other bed bug. removal services but oftentimes if they're not doing heat treatment they'll tell you well you've got to remove all of the linens all of your clothes all the curtains and everything like that we don't need to do any of that in fact we really don't want the we don't want the tenants to be leaving with much of anything except for maybe the clothes on their back and the shoes on their feet There is some preparation steps that go into it, but as long as the units are relatively clean and tidy, then most of the preparation is already done. We do have to be concerned about things because we are raising the temperature up.

Answered by Mike on a call,

Is this a townhouse on

Can. It can. And so what we give you is just an estimate, the technician, because he's been doing it for so long, he would be able to give you a better idea as far as how long it would take. If it was going to take less time, he would let you know that, you know, when he was done, if it was going to take more time to heat that up, he would also be sending either you a text directly.

Answered on a call,

Quickly are these things multiplying and spreading?

If you have one adult female and she has bred one time, she's laying five eggs a day every single day.

Answered by Dori on a call,

Then what is your title with the company?

We only provide bed bug extermination. That's the only service we do.

Answered by Julie on a call,

You guys come out?

Let me see. Let me just take a peek at our calendar.

Answered by Dori on a call,

In our own words

20 from recorded calls

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Fulton and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.

Usually, our heat treatment will wipe out anything that crawls in Florida. What we don't do is guarantee that it will take care of all of those problems. We only guarantee for bed bugs. But yeah, pretty much nine times out of ten it wipes out anything.

Dori

When Richard comes in he's going to want to spray the perimeter the baseboards of each and every single room in each and every single closet if there's a lot of floor clutter he cannot do that plus that also breaks up the sheet that we need down low because that's where bed bugs are hanging out around the baseboards wall outlets furniture If they

Dori

Then it's basically just staying vigilant and I would say if you have excess pillows on your bed if you have excess throw blankets things like that if you don't need them throw them through that high heat dryer bag them up in a garbage bag and keep them out of the bedroom keep them out of the living room

Dori

The heat, we raise the temperature up in the home to about 140 or 145 degrees depending on the size of the home.

Dori

It in the bud okay that should nip it in the bud the ones that are biting are concerning because that means something was missed and the heat treatment or something was brought back in and you've already gone through all that you hadn't brought anything back in okay

Dori

It gone. We don't need to take any chances. You would have to be out of the house for three hours to let that spray dry.

Julie

If you get there and suss it out and want to do this, that's how it would work. 200 down, the other 1,700 the morning of the treatment will text you when they can come back in. It'll probably be gone out of the house about 8 to 6.

Julie

They hitchhike home with you, and usually they bite you three times, okay, as you read online, and then that one same bed bug will not bite you for another three to five days. They have a three to five day feeding cycle. It takes them that long to digest the food they get from us.

Dori

It is square footage. Also, if it is an apartment, it depends on the floor. It depends on if there's sprinkler heads. So there's a few different logistics that go into it.

As I said, bad bugs are bad in the United States right now. I mean, I've got people getting treated today. We work seven days a week. That's how bad they are. And that's all we do are bad bugs. And that's what we've done for the last five years.

Dori

The rental property and was there all day, no need, okay, no warpage breakage, anything like that, heat treatment went well.

Dori

Get it. That's why, you know, our people don't cancel. They reschedule because of clutter and families and busy lives, you know? So we totally understand. We don't get anybody to cancel. They want their bed bugs gone, you know? It's just rescheduling. Okay, so Wednesday the 20th.

Because that's what's a little strange to me is that So if you still have them or got them back again, they're going to first have been biting you. They're not going to go just live in that spare room when they've got a perfectly good person to bite in the other room. They're going to start there.

Julie

I think with the amount of white things you're seeing, I don't think it is bed bug, but we're going to see this through, okay? I'm going to at least hopefully try and help you narrow it down a Oh, little bit.

Dori

Let's give it a couple more days because bed bugs have a three to five day feeding cycle. If that poor baby gets bit in the next couple of days, then it could be one wayward bed bug.

Dori

I was just going to say, like with your purses and stuff, if you can honestly remember, hey, I didn't use these purses. for well before we ever had an issue with bed bugs. Those will be fine to stay just where they are.

Dori

When you say, no, I was just going to ask, when you say being eaten alive, okay, let's break it down a little bit, because sometimes I can tell from the frequency and the amount of bites you're getting if it's a bed bug issue. So the first time you got bit, how many bites did you wake up with? Yeah.

The oval ones, and I'll send you, just for your educational purposes if you want, I'll send you what they look like in all different stages. This is a... Pretty calm picture compared to other bed bug pictures, so I never mind sending this one. The top row, when you get it, you're looking at it, is the life cycle of the male bed bug, from egg to adult.

Dori

Those two will be done and then what do I need with the vendor agreement that's just my copy we need nothing right excuse me I have a cough I've been talking way too much today I'm sorry

Dori

That doesn't mean that it took care of all the bedbugs in your room just running the blanket through, does it? It's very true. We do this for a living seven days a week for the last five years. Our sister company up in Michigan has done it for the last 10 years, seven days a week. We know what we're talking about.
