Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
First would spray the three-way pesticide around the parameter, so usually windowsills, basically nothing that comes into human contact. It just helps them stay contained whenever everything's heating up, so it just kind of keeps them where they're supposed to be.
Answered on a call,
It is very rare for them to go up only because they are drawn by the carbon dioxide that we emit as we breathe. That doesn't drop low.
Answered by Dori on a call,
When he said his was, I think, 1,200 square feet, but yours is 1,500 square feet, so I think they're different units.
Answered by Mike on a call,
We do block them down. We have runners that go over them, things like that. We're very careful about how we do it.
Answered by Dori on a call,
$2,500 with the $200 deposit, which comes off the top of that $2,500.
Answered on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Savage and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Could actually chase them back into the walls. And that's what we don't want. So vacuum, high heat dryer, those are their weapons. And we will get out next week to hopefully nip this in the bud that is so strange. So strange.
I believe the technician is Victor. So what the technician does is when they get to the home, they answer any questions that Stacey has, sends everybody on their way, and then they will do that perimeter spray, as I was telling you before, and then they set up the heat treatment and turn it on and get back to their truck and do their paperwork, and that's when they run payments. So you guys won't have to worry about doing that.
We have been busy, busy, so I just want to refresh the calendar because you never know. Something could have been available five minutes ago and it's not now. So let me see. Okay. Now, in regards to clutter in your home, how much time do you think you're going to need to prepare your home? That's really the big thing.
Absolutely. Now, when the technician finishes your home, he will text and let you know that the treatment is finished. he'll ask you to stay out of the home for two more hours. Reason being, we've had your home at 140 degrees all day long. It's going to be really, really hot. So we want that temperature to drop a little bit, okay?
Always good to know a lot of the new condos and things like that, even the apartments will have them. No sprinkler heads. Okay. If by chance it does have sprinkler heads, we would need to know an exact count that would change your quote by a couple hundred dollars because we have to manually prepare them throughout the home so they don't go off during the heat treatment and soak everything. Okay, so, you know, we can figure that out later.
If you haven't stuck your vacuum cleaner in storage to empower yourself to feel like you have some kind of control, use that high heat dryer on any of your sheets, any throw blankets, throw pillows, any fabric in your home. But also vacuum anything and absolutely everything that won't go in a dryer. Vacuum slowly, vacuum thoroughly. It's not going to fix your problem, but it will keep that stain a little bit and give you a couple nights sleep, okay?
The proprietary pesticides spray with growth inhibitor. What we do is we spray the perimeter of each and every single room and closet. We spray very carefully and strategically underneath.
It is sort of that you're agitating and that explains why they're active during the day. So that does add up. Yeah, I understand now. Okay. I just want to make sure that we are going to come back and spray and they will have to be out for three hours.
Any bug that crosses that barrier is going to be instantly toast. But then we use, like I said, that trailer. We back it up into the driveway of your house or your property, and we set up that trailer with hoses that comes out, and then it uses propylene glycol as the sort of...
They won't just because what, like I said, what we use is the spray actually neuters them. So more than likely, a lot of those bugs are not going to be able to reproduce. So if there's only a couple of them, they're just the ones that are hanging out. They're just the ones that are probably surviving a little bit.
Bedbugs is all we do, but we wipe out pretty much anything else in the house too. It's just being that we are bedbug exterminators. That is the only thing we guarantee for, okay?
It's a proprietary blend. Hi, it's a proprietary blend of pesticide spray and growth inhibitor. Once it's dry, it's non-harmful to people and pets.
Now, what you can do to make you feel a little comfortable in bed at night, the only thing I suggest you purchase as a spray is mosquito spray with DEET, D-E-E-T, okay? Off has a Deepwoods brand of mosquito spray with DEET, and then I believe Repel and Sportsman also have mosquito spray with DEET. You do not. Do not want to go spraying that willy-nilly, okay? I know Billy will want to, so Billy no willy-nilly.
Bedbugs are hitchhikers, so they can be anywhere. But no, I was worried about... about the items that you've already moved over to your new place.
Sadly. With the spray, whether you're doing it yourself or hiring a company that just sprays, they're only going to kill a few, the ones that are on the surface. The ones that that spray can't reach, they keep living, they keep breeding, their eggs keep hatching. And as you know, they're coming at you. So you said Lakeland, right?
They like soft cushy items. Now, we heat treat anything, but the key is airflow. So if it's folded neatly, not like too full in a dresser, like where it's crammed and it's hard to close the drawers, that type of is is problem some. But if you have like hanging up clothes or neatly folded in a dresser, those are fine to stay. If you have like, you know, piles, the recommendation is just to wash those and leave them in the dryer, like dry them and then just leave them in the dryer. And that way after the heat treatment, you can put everything back up.
Was bitten in like they were in my clothes whatever it was ants fleas bedbugs something was in my clothes biting me for the last two days but no one sees any evidence yet. So I don't know what to think.
What was the treatment that was done? Was it just a spray treatment?
Going to be able to outrun it so you treat the whole house with apartments we don't have to do that if it was like I said firewall but when it's an older house broken down into apartments it's probably more like two bedrooms side by side you know what I mean it's probably not a firewall so
I know that Chase said he didn't see, your technician said he didn't see, I'm reading notes, didn't see any signs of bedbugs whatsoever.

Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Over the years, we have developed a clear process and plan that works no matter the scale of infestation. As time has passed and our team has worked together more, we have focused on delivering treatment and solutions for bed bugs that are proven to work. To do this, we follow a strict five-step process that helps us to prepare any property in Savage and beyond for the removal of bed bugs:
This five-step process means that we can, more often than not, eradicate all bed bugs present in your building in one visit. Instead of a course of return trips, you get a solution that is covered for a minimum of sixty days. Plan on the crew being with you for most of a working day: a full heat cycle plus the spray usually runs somewhere between eight and eleven hours, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.
| Heat only | Chemical | Combination | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kills eggs | Yes | Often misses | Yes |
| Residual protection | None | A few weeks | Weeks |
| Reaches hidden voids | Bugs flee deeper | Limited | Yes |
| Visits needed | 1 (with gaps) | 2–4 | Usually 1 |

Bed bugs die at 118°F held around 90 minutes, and 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
Older housing stock means more cracks and crevices for bed bugs to harbour in. Rentals turn over faster than owner-occupied homes, and turnover is how an infestation arrives.

Yes. Savage is inside our service area, worked out of our Bethesda office, about a 36-minute drive away. We treat homes and businesses there, and the treatment is the same combination of Heat Assault thermal heat and a residual spray we run everywhere else.
Same-week appointments are usual. Because Savage sits roughly 36 minutes from our Bethesda office, a crew can normally be with you within a few days of the call, and the whole job is one visit rather than a course of return trips.
Treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of the home, with most homes landing between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges. We give you the exact number over the phone before anything is booked.
Almost never. Furniture is treated where it stands: heat reaches inside mattresses, frames and upholstery where a spray cannot, so it does not need to be discarded or replaced. We will tell you plainly if a piece is genuinely beyond saving.
Clearly, you are dealing with an infestation of bed bugs in Savage. Some of the most common signs that we recommend you look out for when dealing with bed bugs include, but are not limited to:
Unfortunately, these signs prompt that you are dealing with a bed bug problem. With that being the case, taking action as soon as possible would be wise. If you spot even one of these signs, it is probably a clear indication that you have bed bugs loitering around your home or business.
