This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Indian River County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
If you have excess and you're trying to declutter that space, then run them through a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes, bag them up in a brand new garbage bag, tie them up, set them in the garage. Just make sure you're not putting it stacking things next to the next.
There would be easy access for like if the truck came out to do the inspection or the heat treatment, they would have an easy access to get to that tenant, that unit.
We cannot heat the garage just because it's just not going to be able to hold the heat the way that the interior of the house would, but we will spray. We will spray the interior of the garage.
I'm going to have to, Kendall and I will work on the calendar. We'll figure out when we can get out and treat. Good news, it's not an all day, gotta be gone kind of crazy treatment like before. It is we get there, we spray, it's four hours that they have to be out of the house. So it's a lot more reasonable when we just come back in and respray.
When you have bedbugs in your old house, even if you move, there is a chance that they're going to move with you because they get into everything and cling on clothing and blankets and they get inside furniture. So even though you thought you left them behind and got a new bed, they have traveled. traveled with you. So the best way to get rid of bedbugs is doing a heat treatment. We do heat treatment for the whole home. So are you in a house or an apartment?
You do have some floor clutter, you can pick it up and you can put it on shelves or tables or countertops, just nothing that you sit or lay down on because those are going to be the areas where the bedbugs gravitate, where we sit and lay down because they're not fast bugs. Takes a while for them to get to us.
Thankfully bedbugs do not carry any disease, okay, and if your dog is on regular monthly flea tick medication, he's probably not going to be bothered at all by the bedbugs.
Looking for any evidence of bed bugs. So we'll look for their casings. We'll look for evidence of bed bugs on the headboards, on the mattresses, on the furniture. Make sure they throw those garbage bags into an outdoor trash can unless they just want to line the outdoor trash can with them and reuse them that way.
