I actually work remote. I'm in Seminole. Our technicians in that area come out of Winter Garden, so we're right next to Orlando. So we have a location in Tampa Bay and then we have a location in Winter Garden and our technicians come out of both of those and handle all of Florida except for, gosh, the panhandle and the keys.

We are here seven days a week until 7 p.m. So something else I want to let you know, if you are shopping around, you want to, of course, find out what heat treatment, whether it's the heat assault, because there is one other company in Florida that does the heat assault like us. whether it is electric heaters or propane, avoid the propane, but then you also want to ask what is the highest temperature they go to? In a home your size, you don't have to go over 145. Bed bugs and eggs die off at 122, so we know with the heat assault system at 145, we will take care of your home.
Usually with laptops, especially if you plug them in and you're using them a lot, they stay. They build up that heat and bed bugs won't want to be in there.
You did see them. So that to me says you have a pretty significant infestation because, you know, at the beginning of infestations, they'll be hiding. But if you can even see them, they've probably built up pretty rough. But we can take care of it because our heat equipment is.
A lot of people start spraying alcohol and they go and they get a whole bunch of sprays that are just over the counter, you know, but even with some general pest control companies, when they spray, they don't deal with bed bugs all the time. Bed bugs are different than any other critter in Florida that we deal with.
If you have a couple people in the house and they're like, no, I don't want to get rid of my stuff, then just tell them you want to live with bed bugs or you want to live with your clutter.
Totes are fine to stay right there and stay closed. Okay, stay out of them. But what we will do is we will spray the perimeter of the garage just to add that to the protective barrier of the home. Just Okay. in case one happened to fall off, you know, as you were walking through the garage or anything, okay?
I would just take them straight to the washing dryer. I wouldn't bring them back into your room, just straight to the washing dryer.
Now, when we get to booking, I would need to make sure I'm sure it's a gated community. We would need gate code. We would need door code because no one's there unless you're going to meet our technician there. And that will probably be our lead technician out of Winter Garden, who is Victor.
If they'd been there for a long time, you wouldn't have to find them. Chase would have said, oh, these guys have been here for a while, okay? He would have said it's an infestation that's been around for a bit, and he did not say that.
You've been very thorough and you've definitely been doing the right things. You did a little bit of research, but you didn't go crazy, run out and buy sprays and things like that because that'll make them.
The technician will determine that when he gets there. It just depends, right? So it may just be a window, maybe front door could be, you know, if there's a back door on that mobile home. But yeah, the engineer will be able to make that determination when he gets there.
A lot of people do I mean I know I do so you would want to take those out of the house if you don't have a garage just set it on the back patio front porch just you know away outside of the house away from the heat
If it were me, I would monitor for a couple of weeks and see if you start getting bitten, you know they're still there. If you aren't getting bitten. And, you know, they have to come out to feed and you have if you haven't put any pesticide or anything or done anything to disturb them, it will give you a clear picture whether they are still in the home or they weren't just truly contained to the furniture that you got rid of.
Bed bugs feed every three to five days. Um, usually they'll kind of hang out for a while unless it gets way too hot for them, which has been doing. So either, you know, it could be that there were some eggs that were laid in your vehicle and it's just hatched, okay, and took a ride with you. But most of the time when it gets over that 122 degrees, the eggs will die off too.
