This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in St. Lucie County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
The infestation, yeah, if the infestation gets out of hand again, then just a spray is not going to cut it. You need another heat treatment, you know? So we're going to try now that all the clutter's gone and the laundry and you're not staying.
With you being up on the eighth floor, if we can't do this treatment because of our trailer, you may have to try and find someone that does the electric heaters. They just bring a whole bunch into your home and do it that way. You'll want to make sure, though, when you talk to them, you want to ask what the highest temperature they go to is. If they say we go 150 and over. that can cause you home damage.
Now what I'm going to try and do is get it earlier in the day for you to make it easier on you. But most of the time we do our sprays after we finish the heat treatment so it's late afternoon or early evening.
Something like that, we would have to speak with property management and hopefully they would allow us to, like other workers, maybe pull up behind your balcony or pull up on the grass or something so we can get closer to you. We run hoses from our trailer into your apartment. So we would need property management approval to be there anyways.
We if we can park it right underneath so we do a lot of like high-rise buildings as well. We just need to be able to park a truck and a trailer underneath a window or door and we would run those hoses and heat fans up through a window or door.
It's very, very rare. Usually when they do that, there is a unit upstairs where somebody is living, whether it's a bedroom, whether it's another apartment, and that person might be gone.
It wouldn't, okay, he definitely can't be in there if Chase comes back out to respray, but the spray once dry is non-harmful to people, pets, and plants.
It does not keep them from coming back. They don't migrate from house to house. It's not like they're at your neighbor's house going, oh, Michelle's house looks good.
Bed bugs usually bite in a little cluster of three. They call it breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So if you got 20 bites, that can mean you had like six, seven bed bugs biting you that first time.
We have reviews there. It goes over the process. So it's pictures of our staff, our truck, our trailer, et cetera, et cetera. And when you see our trailer arrive, you'll understand that we're there to do business. Looks like a piece of military equipment.
We like to have that pesticide there just as a safeguard, just in case there's anything left, then that pesticide spray will give you at least another 30 days of guarantee that, you know, if there's anything left at all, that that pesticide spray would kill them. We don't expect a pesticide spray to kill the eggs. But a lot of times it's, you know, when you're dealing with these bed bugs, they're very difficult to eradicate.
It's a one day and done treatment okay we start in the morning if we have a technician in your area already we start at 8 a.m in the morning because we go all over Florida If we don't have a technician in your area and you've got to drive your way, not a big deal. We don't charge extra for that, but we start about 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. in the morning, just depending on where they are. Okay. And then whether we start at 8 a.m.
Got to worry about yourself, not what's going on in other units, because you are on a short time frame with them to be evicted, to be out on the street.

I think we can wait until Monday. Yeah, he just let you know. So he said he's seen three. So I'm guessing that he's probably had the issue. for about a month. It usually takes about a month or so unless people have a reaction to the bite. It usually takes people about a month or so to realize they have a problem. Waiting until Monday is fine.
You're probably doing an excellent job keeping them at bay because if this isn't going on for a few months, your infestation would be out of control. They'd be crawling everywhere. So it sounds like you've done as much as you can to keep them at bay.
If by chance one of the mechanics was dealing with bedbugs and, I mean, they move around a lot. Mechanics move around a lot. I would think there would be a chance they could lose one or two in your vehicle. But, I mean, you know, mechanics, you know, don't just stand still so that the bugs would cling on them all day long.

We got, I have a laundry list of people that just are, you know, old and hardly even know if they have bed bugs because they're partly blind and whatever. And then you tell them how much it costs and they're like.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is.
