Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.

A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.

Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Orange County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Each and every time you vacuum, you immediately throw that vacuum dirt into an outdoor trash. And then your high heat dryer for anything soft and fabric. At least 40 minutes, it'll kill the bedbugs or eggs that are on them.
The reason why I ask is because our seat treatment is our trailer. So we get your trailer as close to your home, your front or back door as possible. And then we have to run hoses from our trailer into your home.
You are getting an all-day treatment where we come in and we do a... perimeter spray with our a proprietary blend of pesticide and growth inhibitor. We spray the perimeter of each and every single room and closet. We spray very carefully and strategically underneath and inside all furniture. And then we spray any nooks and crannies we find throughout the home. And then we set up our heat assault system. Our heat assault is the trailer.
If they found the hide-a-bed when they're moving cushions, then if they realize it's a hide-a-bed, they pull it out so it's all the way open so it gets a thorough heat treatment. So I don't think anything was said about a hide-a-bed, but that, you know.
What you want to do is all of that bedding and the pillows, if it's clean, just run it through a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes. Okay, it'll freshen it up, and then if there's still any living, which there shouldn't be, but just in case, it would kill any of it, okay?
Things like electronics, it's not going to hurt like the heat's not going to harm your electronics. But you'll see the list of the prep work that is required, but that will be out to you here in a few moments once we get that payment processed and you'll see it in your email, okay?
They don't need to wash their – the clothes that the tenants have, if they're just hanging in closets or in drawers, that's fine. There's no problem there. They don't need to take them out. In fact, we want most of everything to stay inside the home so that way it gets exposed to that high heat and so it kills all the bugs. Um, so you don't have to get rid of furniture. You don't have to get rid of beds.
If we had our trailer right there next to the outside wall, it would still build up enough heat.
Now, you can leave that. Now, how many are they large stacks? If they're large stacks, when clothing compresses like that, it makes a dense mass. Now, up on shelves, it's going to get a better heat treatment because heat rises first. Okay, so he's always going to fill up the top of the ceilings of every single room and closet first. So those are still going to get a good heat treatment.
You got to imagine if we're doing it at 140 degrees, you know, that heat penetrates through the vents, the walls, the mattresses, you know, just, you know, anywhere in that room area, the drawers will actually be opening the closet doors, opening your drawers just to help.
I know we cannot match the guarantee and the reason we don't match the guarantee is because bed bugs are bad in the United States so that means that you could go somewhere after our guarantee and bring more bed bugs back into your home so I
Not that I know. Just don't wipe down the baseboards, windowsills, or door jams. Your AC will be off when you get home, so you'll want to turn that back on. You'll want to plug back in your sensitive electronics. Okay.
It'll be one day you leave in the morning, you come back at the end of the day, and they're dead and gone. And we guarantee it if there's any issue, we'll have to come back out. That doesn't really happen, though. I would say once in a blue moon, if somebody has a really bad infestation or somebody has a really cluttery house, then we'll end up having to come back out.
Is what I said so so the garage like you're going to spray just to be extra precautiously helpful in case it manages to be out there but most likely you're just spraying to just as a precaution
I haven't spoken to many people that have had multiple bedbug infestations. It has happened. A few weeks ago, I talked to a woman in Michigan where she said 10 years ago she had a bedbug infestation.
Which is simple. Welcome to the residential property. We'll spray the perimeter of your home, like your door jams, your windowsills, and your floorboards. And I know you said that's something you may not want, but we would have to include that with our package because that's part of the process.
Not a crazy infestation, which is good because they're even harder to get rid of, you know, the ones that have been around for a year or so.
That way you'll be preparing your house a little bit as we go. And once we hopefully find you some creative financing, your house will be ready to be taken care of, okay?
Really good about stuff like that. Okay, so I am. And that's pretty much the highlight of the treatment checklist.
Be, that could be, but usually they'll be, you'll see if one bed bug bit you, they usually bite in three, okay?
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Orange County, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
