That's why we need to work quickly, and that's why I'm trying to get this worked out. This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Miami-Dade County and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
Don't waste your time on a spray treatment. Call us back so we can do the heat. It's one day. We will drive to Delray Beach because it's an all day project and we'll guarantee to get rid of them. But I don't think you have them.
Anybody that comes out and just sprays is not going to be able to guarantee, well, they'll say they can guarantee their work, but that means you're seeing them every two weeks to spray to get rid of bed bugs.
It's a proprietary blend of pesticide spray with growth inhibitor in it. We spray the perimeter of each and every room, every single closet throughout your house, any nooks and crannies we find throughout your house, and then we spray very carefully and very strategically underneath and inside any furniture that we find.
What we're going to do initially, after I talk to the owner, we're going to do an inspection, and we're only going to do the inspection instead of going ahead with the treatment because we don't have any pictures from you of the bites or of the bugs, and so they just want to come out there and see if they can see them also and get pictures of the bite.

Sell itself but the yeah the larvae can wreak havoc on you um so i would suggest um Well, what is going to help you, okay, no matter what it is, is any clothes that you have laying around the room, run them through a high heat dryer for at least 40 minutes. If there's any bugs on them, any larva, it'll kill it, okay?
When an egg is laid, it takes about 14 days to develop before it hatches. As soon as they hatch, they are out looking for food. They are hungry little buggers, okay? So, and that makes sense. So you're getting about three bites every night.
Then, of course, we'll spray A and B as well, but we're only going to spray Unit C. So I'm adding all of those notes right now.
In May, back in May, it might not have gotten over 122 degrees. And before that, so you could have had bedbugs in the vehicle and didn't even realize you carried them back into the house. That happens a lot. Okay.
I'm waiting for my team to let me know if we can have someone in Clearwater today to go and inspect it. So if you'd like, I can just give you a call back as soon as I get some confirmation.
Maybe after after you've done a couple loads and it's already hot then you could put your shoes in there and not leave them in as long so a good 30 minutes should do it because the dryer would already be heated up yeah
What you need to do is make sure you're going to bed knowing exactly what bites you've got, and then as soon as you wake up, you check to see if there are any new bites, okay, if there are.
Bed bugs aren't going to want it unless you spend time hanging out, sitting down, laying down out in the garage. They're not going to want to be there. So if they've accidentally fallen off you as you're coming in and out of the garage, they're going to go elsewhere because there's no food source out there.
Either way, whether you want to go with us, whether you want to go with somebody else, you just let me know, and I will confirm what they say is bed bug evidence if they find any. Okay.
What I would do is though, the first thing I would do is email your property manager and tell her that you have bedbugs in your rental unit and that you need to get it treated. and that if needed, I can send you over my license and my insurance. Sometimes property managers want that, sometimes they don't, but I can send that to you. But I'll tell you what you can do is you can tell me your address and your unit number.
That works too. Once I have the pictures, I'll confirm that we have them and then we'll share it with the team and then we'll make a determination if they're bedbugs or not. Based on what your husband was saying, it's probably bedbugs. There's no other bugs like that that kind of look like that in Florida. But yeah, we'll take a look at them and see what they are and then we can move on to the next step, either it be inspection or treatment.
It could be from the guest prior, okay, because if you're finding so many, they've had a chance to kind of be there and multiply a little bit, okay? So probably not from these guests that they brought, I mean, even if they brought, well, no, if they brought an adult female that had bred one time.
Is as I said an all day treatment from 8 a.m. actually would probably start about 9 a.m.
Was that the additional bite for two days later? Okay. That kind of sounds bed bug-ish because the bed bug.
Please. Yes. We would like to we would like to be able to diagnose. The bedbugs, you know, that they are actually a problem over the phone, we can generally do that with pictures of the actual bugs themselves or pictures of the mattress where they'll oftentimes they'll leave black spots on the mattress or of the bites because the bites that they leave are usually pretty indicative of, you know, we see the bites and if it looks like bedbugs.
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
