What is the inspector actually looking for?

Looking for any evidence of bed bugs. So we'll look for their casings. We'll look for evidence of bed bugs on the headboards, on the mattresses, on the furniture.

What happens after the inspection?

If the inspection comes back as bed bug positive, then at that point it's going to be your choice to determine if you want to elect our services to perform the heat treatment on your house.

Someone needs to be there to let him in inside the unit in the morning, and then he'll do his inspection process and then let you know right there on the spot whether or not he's found bed bugs.

When I called them, Mike refused to do a follow up treatment until I show him the picture of live bed bug. But they didn’t say they needed to do an inspection before treating meaning they never told me to show them proof before they did the first treatment and now they want proof after taking the money already. I talked to Mike before and said that I have them mostly in the bed and I need them to pick up mattresses Mike reassured me that they will. But technician said that they don’t pick up any mattresses only raise them with the special raiser but he said in my case it’s not necessary. So they lied and misled me to believe that there is warranty and that they will treat bed area.
