Reaches into mattress seams, bed frames and wall voids a spray cannot. Kills every stage, eggs included.
Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.
Bed bugs die at 118°F held about 90 minutes; 122°F kills almost instantly. We hold lethal temperature throughout the home.
You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.
Why choose us
We kill bed bugs. Only bed bugs. One method, done right, in a single visit — heat and a residual product together, on every job we run.
Unmarked vehicles and personnel
No logos, and no mention of bed bugs on trucks, equipment or uniforms. Neighbours see a van; they do not see why it is there.
Total peace of mind
Sixty days of cover on every job. Should bed bugs survive the treatment, which is rare, we come back out and eliminate the problem for good at no cost.
No other pests, ever
One method, done right, in a single visit. It is the only approach we sell, which is the reason we are good at it.
Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

“My experience with BBE (Bed Bug Exterminator) was very smooth. Dori explained everything clearly on the phone and booked me quickly. The technician Chase came and did a full spray and heat treatment in one day, from morning to evening. The process was well organized and I felt relief after.”
“If you want your bed bugs gone CALL THEM!! Their team is top notch and truly care about what they do. Huge shout out to Dori and Victor, they took such great care of my home and killed every last bloodsucker! Thee best company for bed bug treatment hands down! Thanks”
“Kendall is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. She walked me through the process on the phone assessing for bed bugs as well as treatment options. She was interested in me FIRST and my needs, not just making a buck! The tech arrived on time and treated our entire home, 100% bed bug free for 3 months.”
“My experience with Bed Bug Exterminator was very positive. Chase handled the inspection professionally and didn’t miss any areas. Before that, Kendall had helped me book the appointment smoothly and answered all my questions. Everything felt organized and well-managed from start to finish.”
Heat only works if the whole structure gets past lethal temperature and stays there. That is a question of output, and output is a number.

Book Winter Garden combination treatmentA technician works the room the way the bugs do — seams, frames, outlet housings, the underside of baseboards. If there is nothing there, we put that in writing and you do not buy a treatment.

Request a commercial quoteEvery question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, 2 of them from Winter Garden and the area we cover from here, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
Our trailer is our heat assault system. It runs on its own generator, so we're not piggybacking off of your electric. So what we do is run hoses from our heat assault system into the camper or the RV, and we have heat assault fans. The system pumps the heat into your RV, and as I said, we hold it for a few hours.
Answered by Dori on a call,
We have locations in St. Petersburg and we have locations in Winter Garden and or I should say a location in St. Pete and one in Winter Garden and we do all of Florida except for the panhandle and the keys out of those two locations.
Answered by Dori on a call,
You have to be honest, we do a visual inspection, so and the thing is too, one thing I will be honest about, if it's a newer infestation, it can take a little bit of time for the signs to show up. Now, if you're kind of wanting to hold off and see if anything transpires, you can monitor. What we recommend doing when you're monitoring is I would, you know, resist trying to don't spray anything over the counter because that will actually make them even harder to detect.
Answered on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Winter Garden and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
What I suggest you do, because it is pricey to treat, you know, an apartment, and we have to have management approval, so that would mean your landlord would have to know that you have bedbugs. That could be okay, that could be a problem for you, it depends on the landlord.
I can quote you right now. If they have confirmed you have bedbugs, then you don't even have to pay for the inspection. We can just go ahead and book your treatment.
Heaven forbid, yeah. Then that's a new infestation because our heat treatment worked, you know, and sadly, with as bad as bed bugs are right now in the United States, a new infestation is not out of the question.
Do an in-house inspection, it is $200. But if you're found positive for bed bugs, that $200 goes towards your treatment costs. Okay. The treatment cost is based on the size of your home. So what our treatment is, it's kind of a one-two. punch. We do a combination treatment. It is a heat and spray treatment. The spray is the icing on our heat treatment cake.
All right. And I am, and I made a mistake on that appointment. So I'm canceling the one that I put in there for you now. And I'm creating a new one like a bonehead. Okay. So here we go. Now there is some prep that y'all need to do to the house. Okay. To get the most effective treatment to be done with bed bugs. In a one-day-and-done treatment, I'm going to send you a pre-treatment checklist here shortly.
If you do go on a vacation and you're at an Airbnb and you're there for a couple of days or a few weeks when you return home, what I recommend doing is washing everything that you brought over there and back, right? So immediately throw your clothes into the washer and then dry them on high heat when you leave. Leave the luggage outside for several days.
After treatment, if you see them again within, if we didn't get them all, you're going to know within a few weeks, which is why we do 60 days.
Now, the reason that we do the whole home treatment is because even though you've only found them in one room, that doesn't mean that they're not hiding out somewhere else.
Can, you know, say that, hey, this resembles a cockroach nymph. This resembles whatever. But I would suggest contacting a general pest control company. They will be more than happy to say, yep, that's a cockroach nymph. They might even know what kind and they can come out and deal with.
Would bring it up to $2,200 and what we do is we divide that in half we look at the first 1,100 up front which would be the $200 deposit and the 900 on the day of treatment and then the other remaining 1100 would be broken up into payments for you okay
I'm just saying that you can't rent them through us. I mean, you can obviously you can you can rent a heater, like a propane heater or even electric heater, but they, you know. You have to get the temperature up to at least 122 degrees. That's the threshold at which the bed bugs will die from the heat. But you also have to be careful that, like I said, in an RV and a camper, they're not built to the same standards that homes are built at, right?
Sometimes they don't come back. Sometimes the company does a great job. And then if you're going the same places that you've been going and some of those places won't.
Exactly what happens. They don't migrate from house to house. They are hitchhikers. And I'm guessing when you went and traveled in November and then came back to a bunch of bed bugs, that you had to clean up at least a month or two before that.
You're welcome. Absolutely. So tomorrow when you and your family leave the home after you let the technician in, obviously, and you leave the home, please only leave with the bare minimum.
The prep is actually... You know, some people think it's hard, but I think it's really simple as far as the prep. Our main three Ps for prep is people, pets, and plants. And then anything that's like combustible, like aerosol cans, maybe oxygen tanks, you know, stuff like that. If you guys have any bullets.
I can't answer that question. I can't answer that question. It could be your unit could be okay and theirs could have issues and then, you know, they could be getting letters on their door. I can't speak to that. I am not management. I am not corporate there. So I just can't speak to that.
I understand it's not cheap, but it's extremely effective. So if you do have the bedbugs and there's a problem there, it's a one done thing. You just, you know, you're out of your house for about 12 hours and then the guys will basically eliminate the problem and you get your life back to normal that same day. Okay.
We do have plenty of time, and I'm going to block off that time on Wednesday so nobody can schedule a technician for it. But we're just trying to see if we can get there sooner, so hang tight for a little while longer. As soon as I get some feedback from the owner and the technician, I'll give you a call back, okay?
Talk to you about how bad so many different kinds of bugs are in Florida and also take a look at the pictures that you sent us. Actually, Lisa forwarded your pictures so we could take a look at them. So give me a call. I'll be here for a little while longer. Um, I will actually be back in office tomorrow at 745.
That's really good news. Yeah, absolutely. So we are concerned, you know, that the bedbugs could still be there. But if you find evidence, please let us know and we absolutely will honor our warranty, okay?

Rentals turn over faster than owner-occupied homes, and turnover is how an infestation arrives.

Let us ensure that you can finally get rid of the problems you face with bed bugs in Winter Garden as soon as possible. With a treatment that covers not only Winter Garden but all nearby cities, too, we ensure that you are never short on solutions. Contact us about anywhere in Winter Garden or nearby that has bed bugs, and we can provide a treatment method that has been proven time and time again to get the job done.
Do not let bed bugs leave you feeling unhappy or uncomfortable at home or at work. Let BBE give you the peace of mind you need so you can sleep softly every evening. Whether you are in Winter Garden, Clermont, Gotha, Kissimmee, or anywhere else, let us help you.
In Winter Garden, our heat treatment starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by square footage rather than by the room, so most homes land somewhere between about $1,800 and $2,800. We confirm the exact figure by phone before we begin, with no per-room upcharges and no surprises. You can estimate yours on the cost and pricing page.
The reliable way to kill bed bugs at every life stage, including the eggs that store-bought sprays tend to miss, is our combination treatment. We pair Heat Assault thermal heat, which kills the bugs on contact, with a residual spray that keeps working for weeks afterward to catch anything that survives. You can see the temperatures that kill bed bugs in full.
While heat treatment will kill off bed bugs of all shapes and sizes, they are hardy creatures that can shrug off the heat of an ordinary hot day. Therefore, do not rely upon the warmth of a closed-up room: you need something that takes the heating level right up, which is what our professional Heat Assault equipment does.
They could have arrived by someone bringing them into your Winter Garden home unknowingly, or through cracks and gaps from one property to the next. What draws them in is body heat and the carbon dioxide we breathe out, and not clutter, though clutter does give them more places to hide. Our bed bug FAQ covers more.
Unfortunately, no. If you have tried the usual DIY treatments, you are likely only killing a small handful of the adult populace, leaving the younglings to take their place. The infestation keeps recovering until it is treated properly at every life stage.
For most Winter Garden homes the treatment is done in a single day. You will need to be out of the property while the heat runs and for a couple of hours afterward while it cools down, though unlike chemical-only plans there are usually no repeat visits to book.
If you have tried the usual DIY treatments, you are likely only killing a small handful of the adult populace, leaving the younglings to take their place. A professional treatment that reaches every life stage in a single visit tends to cost less in the end than a long run of failed attempts.
The good news is that despite being easily mistaken for other pests, bed bugs have a tell — or series of tells — that give you a clear indication that your problem is, in fact, bed bugs. We generally ask our clients to look out for the following signs:
The problem with bed bugs is that they are some of the hardiest pests around. They can survive in high heat and humid conditions, which is why heat has to be held for as long as it is. They move through the smallest cracks and crevices and stick easily to furniture, luggage, and clothing. Given they are so small, we do not notice them until they are legion.
If you want to get rid of bed bugs in Winter Garden, you must pay close attention to where they appear. In a household, they could have been brought in by a visitor, by yourself when staying elsewhere, or made their way in through a connected property.
Bed bugs get around with consummate ease and breed at a dizzying rate, so a small collection can soon become an infestation occupying many or all of your rooms. For business owners, a guest could have brought them in, or a delivery shipment, or new furniture.
We often assume that bed bugs only stick to beds or old, smelly furniture. Bed bugs do not care whether furniture, bedding, or properties are clean or dirty. They are here for one thing only — blood. They are just as easily found in an immaculate five-star hotel as in an old, second-hand bed.
