Keeps working for weeks after we leave, so anything that survives or arrives later does not restart the problem.

You get the prep list and an arrival window. Anything you are unsure about, we answer on the phone first.
Quoted over the phone before anything is booked, so there is no site visit and no surprise on the day.
A full heat cycle takes the whole home to lethal temperature, then a residual product goes down per its label.
Eight to eleven hours on site, depending on the size of the property and how much is in it.
We walk you through what we found and what to watch for, and the home is yours again the same day.
If bed bugs come back inside sixty days we return and treat again at no cost.

Quoted as bed bug experts
Reporters do not find us in a directory; they come looking for someone who does this all day. CNN introduces Allan as the operations expert at Bed Bug Exterminator, and he has been quoted by name in thirty articles across fifteen national outlets.
Community-focused service
Seven offices across Florida and Maryland, each with its own locally staffed crew. The office that quotes your job is the one that turns up to it.
Affordable, high-quality heat solution
Priced by the size of the home rather than by the room, and quoted over the phone before anything is booked. No site visit, and no per-room upcharges.
Experienced, dedicated team
As Allan puts it: once we take on your project, your bed bug problem becomes my bed bug problem. If it turns out not to be bed bugs, we say so and cancel the contract. That has happened.
The single best solution — Heat Assault
Heat Assault reaches kill-zone temperature throughout the house and keeps climbing, which is what takes out the eggs as well as the adults. Paired with a residual spray on every job.

Measured across 14 call-backs where a caller in Riverview did not reach us first time. Counts come from our own phone record. No caller is identified.
Every question below was asked by a real caller on a recorded call, 11 of them from Riverview and the area we cover from here, and every answer is what one of our crew said back on the phone, word for word. We give the caller's first name, or their postcode where we do not have one, and never their surname, address or phone number.
We do a heat treatment. We treat the whole home. So we do a heat treatment, and then our second layer of protection is a spray. So what we do when we show up at your home, we first answer any questions that you have. We get there a little bit before 8 a.m., and we...
Answered by Dori on a call,
A charge around the same price. They'll just do it periodically. And the reason being is because they only offer spray treatments and a lot of these spray treatments is periodic. So they'll come out and spray once one week and then once another week. And with our heat treatment, we actually do a combination of heat and spray. So let's spray the perimeter of the inside of your house and then we'll come in with our heat assault truck and we'll do this all in one day.
Answered by Charles on a call,
What we do is we spray the garage. We don't heat treat the garage, so we do treat it just not with the heat.
Answered by Dori on a call,
It will be $1,900 to do your home, and that $200 deposit comes off the top of the $1,900. So it would only be $1,700 at the time of payment, at the time of treatment.
Answered by Dori on a call,
We go to 140 degrees. If anyone says they go close to 150 or above, that can cause you home damage.
Answered by Dori on a call,
I honestly don't know. Our technicians didn't ask. They were just told to shut down by management, probably because the tenant didn't get approval, and it's probably in their lease that they need to have approval.

Answered by Dori on a call,
I'm surprised, but I do believe I saw a customer come in that said they needed to reschedule their appointment.
Answered by Dori on a call,
Not all night. We start, Riverview, I would say let's start at 9 a.m. because our technician would be coming from St.
Answered by Dori on a call,

Answered by Dori on a call,
Start about 8 a.m we have you back in the home no later than 8 p.
Answered by Dori on a call,
At $1,700, we take a $200 deposit when we place you on the calendar, which leaves a $1,500 balance, which is due at the time of treatment.
Answered by Dori on a call,
We do have a payment plan that we can offer. It will increase the price by about $100. And then what we do with the payment plan is we split up the cost.
Answered by Mike on a call,
That. What they typically do is they usually won't feed unless you're in a sedative state because the CO2 is what they're attracted to. That's what makes them come to feed. So unfortunately, usually if there's one, there's more, especially if you've been to this home more than once.
Answered on a call,
We have you on July 10th, so you moved up as if you want a closer date, not a farther date, right?
Answered by Dori on a call,
You do $200 deposit and we're going to block out that day for you.
Answered by Julie on a call,
This is our own crew, on recorded calls about jobs in Riverview and nearby. Word for word. Each one says who was talking and when.
You're using a heat gun on a chair, the ones that are on or any porous surface, the ones that are on the surface, sure, they're going to die immediately. The ones that are deeper into a chair, that temperature isn't over 122 degrees by the time it reaches them.
We do is our technician, they go back in the house every half hour to monitor the temperature, to make sure everything's okay to adjust our heat fans, okay? And when we are dealing with fish tanks, we go in and we take the temperature of the fish tank, of the water. We have never lost a fish yet.
It will kill the bedbugs, it'll kill their larvae, their babies, the adults, but more importantly, it kills the eggs. And I say more importantly it kills the eggs because chemical treatments alone do not kill the eggs. It will kill some of the adults.
If there is still an issue, we have a month left on the 60-day guarantee thereabouts, a little bit more than a month. We will definitely come back out and respray if Catherine is not there. Of course, we need everybody out of the house for four hours.
Don't clean the windowsills because you're going to have about a 60-day protection from that pesticide. So if there's anything left over, sometimes the heat, it will kill them, but they're still sort of kicking and alive and you'll see one that's just basically alive or just barely hanging on. And so having that...
Let's see the pictures are coming right now. And that's the most important part of the prep for it being effective is clutter free.
Can move away from it as well which pushes them into other rooms so we treat the whole home though what we do we get there a little bit before 9 a.m.
Then others have a stronger reaction to the anesthetic that the bed bug has on their probiscus, the little straw that they stick into us. Mm. And they'll swell up like about mosquito bite size. Some have a major reaction and they look like they have hives or welts. Everybody's a little bit different.
You can't hang them up in a closet on hangers and put them in, you know, a dresser drawer, if you still have stacks or piles, which is totally fine, you need to run those clothes through a dryer before we get there. Dry them on high. Wash and dry if you want, but dry them on high and take them straight out of that dryer, put them in a garbage bag, tie that thing up tight.
Even if they were on the other side of your mobile home, they would have found you in January. It would have been a continual problem. They would have found you in early February. So now, how cluttered is your home? I'm trying to remember. Is your home fairly tidy and not a lot of clutter?
We base it on the square foot of the house. Um, but we, uh, we've actually preferred not to do spray only treatments. They just don't really work that well, um, and require multiple trips.
If they're in the wall, you can't find them unless you start popping off baseboards and, you know. So honestly, being that it's been a few weeks, okay, and you're unsure, I would think the easiest thing if you have someone that you can just ask to stay in the same bedroom for a couple of nights, they would know. If it's been a few weeks. If there's any bed bugs in there, they're going to be hungry, and that first night, they're going to come out and bite someone.
I think it's too early to tell. It could be something else. Have him sleep in that other room for the next few nights. Let's see what happens.
Wow all right so I'm going to send this to our technicians okay so what we do with our treatment it is a heat treatment and a spray combination we treat the whole home okay even if you're just having problems in one room because hitchhiker bed bugs are known hitchhikers so they hitchhiked everywhere Jackson or potential customer bedbugs on ceiling okay I'm going to send this to our team and get their thoughts on that weird okay could be that, you know, that they are cat bugs. I mean, the only time this is a double wide mobile home. Okay. Are you getting bites or anything?
In the dresser everything on the dresser there's nothing all the clothes that were in the dresser i put it in the bag and taped it in a trash bag all the clothes that are hanging up in her closet they're still hanging up in her closet uh
We really don't work with any companies but Any cleaning crew, you know, in the area, just as long as they have good reviews, I think would be good to get in there.
Try to hide. And then, you know, if his room is just way too junky, I'll tell you, let's try this, this and this. I'll just advise you. It may not be a big deal.
The take the bed, like take the sheets off. And if you look around the corners of the bed or the mattress, a lot of times you'll see these black spots. And that's where that's going to be where the bedbugs are going to be congregating. Right. So they're going to be like in the corners of the beds, sort of between the folds. But you'll have to take like, you know, the sheets off to take a look at it.
We'll just should we just make the agreement for the 2,000 and then wait and see what happens to the laundry we can always add on to it yeah
That's a win-win situation. And then I want you to take your cell phone and I want you to turn the flashlight on your cell phone and really check the seams, the piping on the mattresses, all sides of the mattress, his crib or his bed, inside and out of the bed frame. And I want you to do that as well. Anything that you can't identify, whether it's marks. whether it's pieces of something, take good clear close-up pictures and text them to us.

Bed bug heat treatment in Riverview starts at an $1,800 minimum and is priced by the size of your home, so most homes run somewhere between about $1,800 and $2,800. There are no per-room upcharges and no surprises, and we confirm your exact price over the phone before any work begins. Our bed bug treatment cost page has the full breakdown.
The reliable way to kill bed bugs at every life stage, including the eggs that store-bought sprays tend to miss, is our combination treatment. We pair Heat Assault thermal heat, which kills the bugs on contact, with a residual spray that keeps working for weeks afterward to catch anything that survives. You can see the temperatures that kill bed bugs in full.
While heat treatment will kill off bed bugs of all shapes and sizes, they are hardy creatures that can shrug off the heat of an ordinary hot day. Therefore, do not rely upon the warmth of a closed-up room: you need something that takes the heating level right up, which is what our professional Heat Assault equipment does.
They will not. The bed bug is an elusive creature that can easily move from one part of your home to the next and never stay in one place, and it can wait months between meals. Left alone, it simply has the time to spread to other rooms and, in an apartment, to the units next door.
In most cases the whole job is finished in a single day. You and any pets do need to be out of the home while the heat runs, and for roughly two hours afterward while it cools, but there are no repeat visits to schedule the way chemical-only plans usually require.
If you have tried the usual DIY treatments, you are likely only killing a small handful of the adult populace, leaving the younglings to take their place. A professional treatment that reaches every life stage in a single visit tends to cost less in the end than a long run of failed attempts.
Not at all. Even spotless, five-star hotels and brand-new homes can suffer from bed bugs. If they are brought in from another location, bed bugs will find a place to live in almost any Riverview property, clean or not.
